It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did the job really well, they did just what I wanted them to do.

I spend about $2000 with them which was way above the “Big Deal” but overall the service went very good and there were here on time. The guy that did the job came and did the job and then when he came back the day that they were going to do it he walked the entire yard with the supervisor and the guys that gonna be doing the work to make sure they understood everything that I wanted done and then he left. I don’t have a problem with that because the man he left in charge seemed very confident and they did a great job.

I scheduled a visit with Complete Tree Services to get an estimate on removing two trees from my yard. The visit was scheduled for the following week. They told me that I did not need to be home to come look at the trees and that if I was not home, they would email me the estimate. On the day they were coming I was home nearly all the day waiting for them, because I wanted to discuss what we wanted to do. I was busy all day, but at 4:00pm I checked my e-mail to see if I had missed them and if they had sent an estimate. I saw that they had sent me an email that morning saying that they were scheduled to come out and was I still interested in receiving their estimate. What an absurd question! I called them right away and left a message on voicemail that I was still interested. I also responded to the email that I was still interested and had waited all day for them. No one ever showed up for my estimate, or emailed, or apologized. I ended up going with another company. It is ridiculous to schedule an appointment and then email the day of the appointment to ask if you should still come. In my opinion, Complete Tree Services is a complete joke.

The work was completed smoothly.

They ran late from another job but Carlos called me and let me know that was the case. This was not a problem for us. They cleaned up every bit of tree trimmings and left the yard looking perfect. They were very polite and answered any question that I had. When time comes to take the tree down completely, I will contact them for the job.

I was very pleased with their service. I was completely satisfied with them. I got a coupon from them, and I used it right away. Their truthfulness on their service was the one that stood out for me. They cleaned up after their work. I was very pleased with their professionalism. They are going to come back two or five years later.

It went very well. They showed up on time, did good work and cleaned up.

We were very pleased with the work performed by Complete Tree Services! They did a great job trimming our tree and they cleaned up, chipped and hauled off all of the trimming debris. The entire process from obtaining a bid through payment went very smoothly. We will definitely use Complete Tree Services again in the future.

This company did a terrific job! They finished the job quickly, they were prompt and professional. They trimmed a very large oak tree and cut down a dead maple. They even ground down the stump and roots. I was especially impressed at what an amazing job they did when I was digging holes for a new tree in the same spot this spring. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I will be hiring them again!

They arrived when they said they would and performed a great job. Would definitely hire again.

We originally had this company trim these trees in 2011. Bad weather caused the work to be delayed, but the crew arrived and completed the trimming in the afternoon of the scheduled day. They removed the mistletoe from the Cedar Elm and trimmed branches that were growing into the Live Oak. They raised the canopy of the Live Oak to allow light to reach the lawn. They thinned the Youpon Holly. The work crew was very efficient, completed the job quickly, and cleaned up and shredded all the branches and leaves.

On time, Did work I ask for. Good. Will use again. All the good stuff

Spoke with company and they came out and quoted my work and completed in reasonable amount of time. I noticed a few more knots that I needed to have removed and they scheduled to have those removed also at no additional charge. great work and I would recommend and use them again.

Trimmed too much from my Crepe Myrtles. Went from full to bare. But my biggest disappointment was the hard sell upsell. Wasn't too pleased with the value for service.

It went well...they did everything they said they would; tree trimming was great and they were there when they said they would be....cleaned up and did an overall great job.

Carlos was very professional and punctual when he arrived to give me an estimate. He was very thorough and clear about what he felt needed to be done. The day his team arrived, they were on time and started right away. They were here all day and did a fantastic job. Everything was cleared away and clean when they left. I will definately use them again.

Complete Tree Services Inc. did really good work on my trees. They came here and did a good job. They scheduled an appointment. They were very thorough, explaining what should be done. He gave me a very comprehensive description of what they're going to do. We decided together what services I wanted done from the variety that he suggested. They came on time. They did a great job. They were a couple of men in the crew. They came with all the equipment. They worked and did a great job. They left the yard clean. They made sure that everything was taken care of, according to what we had agreed upon. Since then, my trees look great. They did exactly what they had offered me. There were no hidden expenses. They finished within the same day. Everything was good. I don't remember anything I had to complain about, which is very rare. I usually have something to complain about.

We were very happy with Complete Tree Services and the work the did. They were extremely thorough and professional from the beginning with arriving on time to see our property, with documenting the estimate, with keeping us informed of when they would arrive, and with completing and cleaning up. When they were delayed the day they were to come out, they called promptly and let us know the status. The delay from a scheduled morning appointment to early afternoon caused us no problems. Because they called in a timely manner, we were able to adjust or personal schedules. As a lessons learned, I would discuss more clearly how I wanted them to trim the crepe myrtle so that as a personal preference not quite as many branches would be taken off. But overall, the bushes still looked very good. We will very definitely use Complete Tree Services again.

We have used the chipping and hauling service several times during the past two years with excellent results. Requested service in about a week in advance to chip and haul away tree limbs and brush. Crew arrived in late afternoon and completed chipping service in a expedient manner. We were very satisfied with the results of the chipping and hauling. Also requested quote to grind stumps. Estimator counted about 85 stumps that the machine could physically access. Crew ground about 65-70 of the 85 stumps. Received invoice for 85 stumps plus $100 surcharge for 'additional stumps'. We negotiated with vendor and settled on what we felt was an equitable final price which we paid in full. Later after more thoroughly inspecting property we discovered that between 8-12 stumps where missed during grinding operations. A few of these stumps were not easily visible during low light conditions that occured during later afternoon and early evening time frame. All of these stumps would have been physically accessible to the machine. We have been removing these missed stumps ourselves. Also crew made some effort to rake chips and partially fill holes. Debries along with piles of soil was left for us to remove from one of our rock gardens. Some large roots exposed sticking out of the ground. We recommend: That the crew foreman during the estimating process use paint, flagging or other means to clearly mark stump locations that the grinding crew should remove. Also by marking these locations, a more accurate count of stumps can be used in the cost estimate. That the clean up crew not leave large piles of chips, soil and debries in customers rock gardens or other well maintained landscape features. For safety and efficiency reasons, large stump grinding jobs should be scheduled earlier in the day.

Complete Tree service was very responsive in getting me a quote and thoroughly explaining what the service would include. They trimmed my shrubs and other landscaping as part of the deal. Although I felt the price was a little high at the time, the service was vey professional and educational. There were many trees being knocked down because of summer storms, and I knew mine needed to be trimmed professionally to withstand the storms but still be full. Complete Tree Service knew exactly what now to handle that for future growth.

Unfortunately, I don't remember the gentleman's name. Jose, maybe? Regardless, we requested an estimate to trim three trees; a 30 year old red oak and two 35 year old live oaks. The scheduler was pleasant and courteous, told us when the estimator would arrive. He called to let us know when he was on his way. He and my husband discussed what we wanted. That evening an estimate was emailed to us. We scheduled a date and the crew arrived promptly...probably a little early, in fact. They immediately went to work and did some SERIOUS trimming. Each member of the team worked diligently, stopping only for a well-deserved lunch break. Clean-up after the trimming was complete and thorough. They were probably here 6-7 hours. For the first time in years light now reaches the ground. And there are a lot fewer sticks and leaves to rake! We have already recommended Complete Tree Service to others and will call them again when needed.

Before they arrived they had the utilities flagged to make sure that they did not hit anything unexpected. (Excellent planning) Carlos, the owner, and his crew arrived a little later than scheduled, but he called in advance to let me know that they were running late. They trimmed an existing large red oak shaping it and removing dead branches. They then removed a severely damaged maple and ground out the stump. They erected a plywood barrier to make sure that the stump removal machine did not throw rocks and dirt onto the house. When they left, the existing red oak tree that they trimmed looked great. The new red oak was planted, staked/braced, and thoroughly watered. Lastly, they cleaned up the branches, wood chips, excess dirt and debris out of the yard and cleaned off the sidewalk, porch and street. They raked the yard and it looks better than before they arrived. They did the job very professionally and did an excellent job in cleaning up as they worked. The job took about 3.5 hours. As a follow-up before they left, Carlos went over the work and gave us verbal instructions on how to care for the new tree. His office also sent us an email with the same instructions so that we also had them in writing.

They came out and gave us an estimate and then showed up when we scheduled the work to be done.

They were able to send someone to provide an estimate the same day I initially called. The work was scheduled and completed promptly. The crew worked efficiently. I was impressed at how well they cleaned the area and removed all the cut branches and debris. I will definitely use this company again.

I thought that the deal would be right on; however, by the time I got the estimate the price became $1,600 and that was in addition to the deal that I bought and paid for. This company did a good job although they left a lot of the roots of the tree that they took down. I had to get in my yard with an ax to break up some of the leftover roots so that I could plant another tree in the area. I guess that when it's all said and done, I feel like their pricing was too high.
