Description of Work: My trees are mostly 15 years old plus. They did a fabulous job, raising the canopy, getting the limbs off the house, removing 3 pecans & grinding the stumps. The trees are shaped beautifully and look so much more healthy! They are much happier and so are we! The price was very reasonable too. Thank you!!

Description of Work: We needed an old dead pear tree removed along with the stump. The initial estimate was done very quickly and was easy to set up. We were okay with the price so we went ahead and had them perform the removal. All of the billing was done via e-mail (with the payment sent in via USPS) which I liked. Good customer service.

Description of Work: I bought the original Angie's coupon. Complete tree service came out and gave me a quote to trim trees that was 2 to 3 times higher than any quote I had previously. I had them cut one tree for the coupon and do no other work. They did a nice job but way over priced.

Description of Work: Carlos and the crew at Complete Tree Service were excellent.Carlos set the appointment for 2 PM on August 27th.The crew was prompt and started at 2 PM on the dot.We had 12 trees worked on, and within 4 hours the job was complete.This included the trimming, mulching, clean up , and discard of the mulch.I would highly recommend this company, and will use them again.Joe

Description of Work: I used them because of their rating here. Carlos Torres estimated two days for the job and it took one. First, remove a 30-year-old maple about five feet from the house with a diameter of 3 feet at the base, with the top half dead [total 60-65 feet high] from the 2011 drought with several dead branches up to 20-25 feet long hanging over my roof, and grind the stump 6-8 inches below ground level. Second, trim and thin an Arizona Ash about the same size and age, hanging over my roof, a neighbor's roof, and the street. Shredding into the truck while the rest was going on. The crew of four arrived on-time and started work at 9. 2.5 hours to take the Maple down to almost ground level. After lunch, 1.5 hours to trim the ash. Another 2 hours to grind the maple stump and haul off the shreds, and clean up, including blowing the street and sidewalks clean. The only machine access needed was for the stump grinder, about four feet wide. I was truly impressed by the work of this crew. I'd had other people offering to do it for much less, but considering the potential damage to my house, it was worth the difference for the peace of mind their bonding offered.

Description of Work: Carlos was very professional and was on time for the quote and his crew was on time to do the work. They trimmed 5 medium to large trees, and did a great job, including clean up. I will definitely use them for additional projects.

Description of Work: Carlos came to give an estimate on Monday for pruning my trees. The estimate was fair based on the number of trees and the extent of the trimming needed, I had 5 trees (3 large live oaks, 1 huge red oak and a magnolia--he cut one branch off a 6th tree at no cost). He sent a crew of 4 on Wednesday. He told me it would take a little over half a day and that is exactly what it took. His crew showed up promptly at 8:30am as promised and completed the work at 1:00pm. He promised that a supervisor would be on sight the entire time and Mario was there. They were professional, efficient. They climbed the trees and used ropes to made sure large pieces did not fall on my metal roof. They brought a wood chipper and dump truck to dispose of all branches and limbs. At the end they used leaf blower and rakes to get the little stuff and the yard looked clean after they finished. They even said they recycled the mulch they had. I was very pleased with their work and will definitely have them come back in several years.

Description of Work: Carlos was very nice and explained everything to be done, which it was. Cleaned up well and did a great job. I was impressed with the fact that his crew wore goggles while working which to me shows responsibility on his part for his crew.

Description of Work: This company trimmed our out of control Bradford Pear tree so that long, overhanging branches were eliminated, and reshaped the tree to force upward growth. It looks great and we are no longer worried about a wind storm snapping those heavy branches and causing damage to our home. They also worked on our beautiful, and beloved Magnolia tree by cutting low branches and improving the lower shape only. We are very pleased with the results and the crew cleaned up perfectly!
