Overall service level was excellent. Prompt scheduling and arrival. Work was high quality and professionally done. Spent extra time to discuss other non-roofing problems and was very knowledgeable and professional.

Tony called shortly after I placed the initial order. He was very cordial on the phone, and able to perform the service on one of the dates I had provided. He showed up exactly on time, asked specific questions regarding the roof, and did a visual inspection on the ground, and then on the roof itself. He pinpointed problem areas, which he corrected, and took photos to show the before and after work. In my specific case, the repairs were around a skylight. I highly recommend his company and his level of service. It was a pleasure to do business with him.

Crew showed up on time and completed the work in two days start to finish. Very impressed by the speed and quality.

They replaced my back bedroom closet. I had to have dry wall and carpet replaced because it leaked in there. They did a beautiful job and they repainted the closet. Of course they replaced the roof first and the siding and screens. Everything that needed to be done, they did it. They were nice, mindful, on time and cleaned up after themselves, which you don't find very often. It hadn't been too long since I had carpet put on my back bedroom floor and they had all that covered and not one drop of paint got on the carpet. The carpet they put in the closet is beautiful. In other words, they did a very good job and I was very pleased. I was afraid that the siding wouldn't match and they took a piece of the siding where they had to order it and it came out the same color as my other siding. The cost was taken care of by my home owners insurance with Allstate.

They were very professional and trustworthy. They drill-proofed a defect that the builder had made. They fixed it for free even though it wasn?t their problem. It cost them another full day of work. It has held up great since then. They really went above and beyond for us. They finished their work and came back the next day for a full day to fix it for free. They were really good. I can't say enough good things about them. The insurance had paid for the work.

Tony was very responsive, very punctual, very professional, and very passionate about his work. Those are the good parts, and I was impressed. After meeting with him and deciding on a price, I told him I needed to be present when the materials were purchased. I wanted to make sure I was getting a good color. Tony was ok with this but he wanted me to only purchase a certain shingle, made by a certain company, meaning more affordable. I was not really wanting to be limited on what type of color or style I could get but Tony persisted. I finally compromised and chose a type of shingle that I was ok with, one that would fit his price point, and one I could possibly fall in love with. Once Tony realized that the shingles I chose were a little too pricey, he began to flake on me. He said he needed to call my insurance company and see if additional money could be requested. I will have to stop and mention he offered to put in radiant barrier. However, given the amount the insurance was able to wind up giving me, the price of the replacement roof and radiant barrier no longer seemed feasible by Tony. He told me he needed to make some phone calls to my insurance. So, after allowing this time to happen, on his own schedule, I waited for almost a week with no update about when the roof replacement could begin, just texts saying I'm re-doing the numbers. What numbers? We agreed to a price. I was ready to purchase shingles the day we visited the supply store, but I had to wait. I did get status updates about how he was going to contact me and talk about the price, but in the end, after having to follow up with him myself, he texted me that he wasn't going to complete the job and our agreement was cancelled. Over text. I like Tony, so it pains me to say this. However, we had agreed to the price, and just because I accompanied him to the materials store to pick my shingle, I didn't feel like this event would have changed anything related to the price and the money he could make. Buyer beware. I wasted my time with him.

Tony was recommended by a friend. He gave me the best price of 3 bids that I obtained. We set a day of service but I had to reschedule; Tony accomodated me and my schedule with no problem. On the day of service he and his crew showed up on time and completed the job the same day. The team worked hard throughout the day and cleaned up my property, leaving no evidence they had been there. Overall, Tony did an outstanding job.

Tony had come to my door just like 150 other contractors did. Very friendly, he's been in the business many years but recently started his own company. I was skeptical because his bid was so much lower than the others I'd received and he needed me to either pay half down or pay for the supplies up front (new company). I reluctlently agreed to pay for the materials up front (he went and picked out what was needed, I just had to go to Home Depot and pay). I was terrified I'd just given way $2000 and would never see him or the materials again. He stayed in constant touch with me. Let me take a photocopy of his drivers license and assured me I was in good hands. We had to leave town unexpectedly. Just as we were leaving his crew showed up. They all knew Tony, said they'd worked with him all over Houston and Florida, they assured me he was a good guy and good guy to work for. Tony called me that evening to inform me my roof was done. In one day, they arrived, removed, reroofed, and COMPLETELY cleaned up the mess. I was so surpised at how fast it was, I had my neighbor go look. Tony came by a few days later to verify we were still satisfied (we were) paid the balance (exactly as quoted). My quote was for 20 year shingles, he actually was able to get me 25 year shingles at the same price. He did not charge or try and charge me any more, they just happened to have a sale going on. He could have tried to up sell me, he didn't. Same price, just better shingles. He filled out my insurance paperwork for me to fax in for my depreciation and I'm a happy camper with a new roof hardly a week after the storm!
