I usually have the same lady every other week to clean my house. They are all well trained.

They are very good. I have been using them for many years. I liked them in the beginning because they came and met with me and we talked about what would be done in my house. You have the same service tech from cleaning to cleaning. The service techs leave a report for you fill out and send back with them. I pay $100 for them to clean every two weeks. I am continuing to use them.

They did a great job. They worked quick and got everything.

I am satisfied with all aspects of Buckets and Bows' Maid service.

I like them quite a bit. They take really good care of my home. They do not damage anything and my house is nice and clean. They use organic products, it is really important to me that they use non harmful products. They have the same person come every time and I like that. I like that they are licensed and bonded. They keep my house key so that I do not have to negotiate the key everytime. They also well charge my credit card once a month so I do not have to write a cheque every two weeks. I find it very convenient. They are above the average in price. In terms of punctuality, it is hard for me to say because I am at work when they come. They always tell me when they are coming and how long they will be there. I use their services every two weeks and would continue to use them in the future. They always do a follow up call to make sure everything is perfect. They are just very nice.

I sent them a quote request from their website, got an immediate response and set up an appointment for a detailed walk through quote and to set up service. They met me that same day to get everything in order. The initial cleaning (top to bottom supreme) was great! It was so nice to come home to a clean house and not have anything to worry about. I am looking forward to the regular every other week cleanings. I wasn't home when they came, as I gave them my key, so didn't meet the girls who actually cleaned. The woman who came for the estimate was pleasant and thorough and answered all my questions.

Buckets and Bows provides both residential and commercial cleaning services. I have had the pleasure of using both for many years. This company employs professional, well-trained people who are dedicated to excellent customer service and satisfaction. The service is reliable and strives to meet very high standards set by the owner, Deborah Sardone, many years ago when she started the company. If you're not satisfied when the cleaning person leaves, they will come back and re-do whatever is not to your liking. I have enjoyed working with this company for commercial cleaning needs also. Once again, they provide reliable, professional cleaning teams to handle our specific needs. I highly recommend this company for any cleaning needs you might have. They have trained estimators who begin your service by coming to your home and walking through to determine your needs. The cleaning person will make sure blinds and ceiling fans are dusted as well as baseboards and chair rungs. They use a system of cleaning that ensures most surfaces are cleaned each time. This is a very thorough service. I am always happy when they have been to my home.

My communication with Buckets and Bows was very prompt and professional. We have not used a housecleaning service before so I had quite a few questions about the cleaning that were answered to my satisfaction. I was asked about my preference for chemicals for my wood flooring, etc. I was even asked if there were particular areas I wanted the technicians to focus on. I was pleased that it sounded like it would be a very thorough service, which is what I wanted for a house that had been empty for a year which I was about to move into. The service providers arrived promptly on the scheduled date and immediately began working. One of the techs was slightly late, but this was not a concern as the other technician immediately started working. My fiancee and I left the home during the cleaning. We were quoted 4 hours and we had some additional errands to run. We did have a utility worker and handyman visit the home while we were out and we received a call from Buckets and Bows to confirm their arrival before the technicians would let them in. I thought this was very nice and appreciated the calls. We returned after the technicians left, but also received a call from Buckets and Bows on how we would like for them to lock the premises. This was very nice as well. The biggest issue we had was with the actual cleaning. The Top to Bottom Deluxe cleaning indicates a "focus on build up" and this was just not evident. The cleaning indicates scrubbing the stove top. This was not done. There was buildup on the cooktop stove which was not removed (similar to the buildup I have in my current home). I then used the scrubbing utensil from my current home along with the cooktop cleaner (which I believe was left behind) to remove the buildup myself. As a matter of fact, I have the exact same cleaner at my current home as well. The front of the stove had not been wiped down as there was dust still on the broil pan door. The Top to Bottom cleaning indicates cleaning doors, however, there are a very obvious set of fingerprints on the coat closet door which was not cleaned. They also indicate that they wipe out cabinets and drawers. However, the cabinets in our master bathroom still had some dust on the inside. The Top to Bottom cleaning also indicates that light switch plates are "washed", this just simply did not appear to be done as there was some smudges left behind on those as well. The service indicated that wash or wipe all baseboards. We did visually see one of the technicians performing this task; however, while taping the baseboard to prepare for painting, we noticed several small spiderweb/cobwebs. Perhaps our perception of what a Top to Bottom Deluxe cleaning would entail; specifically in regards to how thoroughly it is completed, were off. I didn't imagine I would have to take pictures afterwards to document work which was not done satisfactorily. Lastly, the only glitch in the customer service (to this point, the customer service had been excellent) end was that we were told we would receive a call the next day to follow-up on our services, which did not happen. Despite the initial interactions and the politeness and promptness of the technicians, this was a very disappointing first experience with a cleaning service. Service Update - June 3, 2011: After submitting my electronic score report, I did receive a call two days after our original service was performed from a representative from Buckets and Bows. She apologized for not contacting me for my follow-up call the day after my service and inquired about whether or not they coudl send another technician out to address the issues. I had actually addressed several of the issues myself, but agreed to have a technician come back out to spot check and redo some of the areas. Again, the technician was prompt, very friendly and accommodating. The air conditioner on the home went out that morning and so it was very warm, but she worked diligently to address some of the areas. We appreciated this gesture and felt as though they were attempting to give us our money's worth for the cleaning we thought we would initially receive. Everything we had issue with was addressed; however, the fingerprints were still on the door! They had apparently been wiped, but were still there. In the end, I just took a wet towel, and wiped it away with a little elbow grease. Later that night while putting away dishes, I noticed dust on the cabinet (albeit at the top) but on the shelf nonetheless. I did change my original quality score from an F to a D. I know that we would use them again, but appreciate their customer service efforts at remedying our issues. The efforts at customer service were still great, I just wish the quality of their cleaning was.

I had used Buckets and Bows many years back and in a different house. When I was on Angie's List looking for house cleaning help, I came across them. So, I called and scheduled for someone come out to give me an estimate, which they did. The estimate for a top to bottom clean was high ($550), but because I had a half off coupon for the first cleaning (printed from Angie's List), I thought I'd go ahead. However, when I presented the estimator with the coupon, she said it was only good for new customers with regularly scheduled cleaning that had to be weekly or bi-weekly - none of which was called out on the coupon. I asked her to have the office consider honoring the coupon since I had not used them in years and was going to regularly schedule monthly cleanings. The office called later and told me that NO they would not honor the coupon. Must be nice to have enough work that they'd turn down a new, regularly scheduled customer.

They clean well, care about your satisfaction and schedules, and can be trusted in your home if you're not there. They are a bit pricey, and if you miss a month they charge more the next time.

I was quoted at 2 hours. The maid arrived and spent over 45 minutes scrubbing the silver stove thingies under the burners. She then skipped my half bedroom/office/den completely in every way. After spending nearly four hours cleaning, and me having to run back out to get more cash to pay her, she left and I did not feel my apartment was any cleaner than if I'd done it myself. When reported to the office, they decided that I owed them $10 more rather than a whole new cleaning service. I would no more use this service again than chew my arm off.

I decided on just a general cleaning and was surprised and happy that they could meet my needs the next day. Although the employee was on time and did a fairly good job, there were some things that bothered me. Her husband sat outside the house most of the day and it took way too long to complete the cleaning (6 hours). Several spots were missed like dusting under the bed and over sinks in master bath. They may have other staff members who are better and faster.

The tech did a good job with all tasks.

I pay monthly but I think it is about $85 a visit. I think they do a really good job and they are thorough. They are definitely responsive and punctual.

I spent about $175 a month. I continue using them because I am used to them and also because they do a good job.

After a little bit of a rocky start with the service, I now am totally happy with the work they do. I have the same person who cleans every 2 weeks. Perhaps my "rocky start" was simply getting to understand what I expected and what was possible for her to do. She arrives on time at the same time for each cleaning. The few times times she's needed to arrive a little late or a little early, someone always checked with me well in advance. If you can't accommodate a change in time, they are very creative in doing the work as scheduled.

I liked them and I used them since they were local. I was happy with them and I don?t know why I stopped using them since it was a long time back. I think I found someone who was less expensive or someone who could do the work for me on the day I needed it done, but I was pleased with them. They used to come out whenever I used to call them. I think their price was pretty reasonable. Their punctuality was fine. I am not using their services now since I found someone else for the house cleaning work who I really like.

We have had buckets & bows clean our house three times now and they have done a great job. The first visit they sent two people to do a catch up cleaning and the other two times they have only sent one person to do maintenance cleaning. They have been very professional and on time and do a much better job cleaning than we would have done ourselves. The price is very reasonable and well worth the money.

We are always very pleased with their quality of service. There isn?t a whole lot more to say other than we have nothing to complain about at all. They even do a good job of tidying up the odds and ends you leave lying around (magazines, etc). We have been using them for several months now and have had no issues with anything being broken or ?misplaced?. We are two very pleased customers. We like the fact that they use a separate person to come in and quality check the cleaning persons work for/with them. That's a first time I've heard of that.

They are always punctual, get right to work, and do the job in a reasonable amount of time. The house is in such good shape when they are done. You can be at home or make arrangements with them to do the work while you are away. Our pets even love to have her there.
