replacement windows
+ -1 moreWe're trying to sell our home, however we're stuck with windows that sweat in humid conditions. We don't know what to do.
Description of Work: We purchased new double paned low E windows from Brite Industries in 2009 with 10 year warranty. Last spring our windows began to sweat between the panes so we called Brite Industries to come out to inspect our windows. My husband spoke to Mark twice in the spring of 2013 and Mark stated that he would send servicemen out to inspect the windows. No one ever showed up either time. We called 50 additional times since June 2013, however no one will answer the phone.

Description of Work: The company was to repair a window that had moisture between the panes. That was done.I waited almost 2 months for that to be done. I paid them up front to put in a frameless shower stall. After me threatening them with a lawsuit and waiting 2 months on the glass (their excuse for the delay) the new shower was put in. It has leaked from day one. The door does not seal and water pours out. They will not answer my calls, will not return a phone message and had told me 25% of the payment would be returned (which I have written on a receipt). I have filed a small claim in the Dallas Small Claims court. Flora Brewer
