Description of Work: Replaced broken controller and adjusted and replaced sprinkler heads.

Description of Work: We had a leak in our yard that we thought was coming from the sprinkler system. Mark and his assistant went right to work on it. They started digging in the area and were able to diagnose the problem immediately. We were also having trouble with our control box. It seemed to us that the system would start watering when it wanted to unless we kept it turned off. Mark had that sorted out as well. Our yard and control box are now repaired. It took them just under an hour to address our concerns. They had all the repare parts on their truck, so no wasted time! We were very impressed. They were polite, professional and efficient. Should the need arise, we will definitely use this company again, as well as refer family and friends.

Description of Work: I would definitely use them again. I was very pleased with their sense of urgency and professional work ethics. Cindy was a pleasure to work with and very nice to talk to. Thank you Cindy my sprinklers are working again!

Description of Work: Complaint was low water pressure and inadequate coverage . Underground pressure gauge leak was found in addition to additional underground leaks.Faulty sprinkler heads replaced and some redirected for better coverage. New timer was installed. Service was very prompt, professional, friendly and excellent quality! We very pleased! Will definitely use American Sprinkler Repair again!

Description of Work: These guys seem to get the service business right! I called on Wednesday with a problem with one zone of my sprinkler system. I quickly got an appointment for Friday, the 23rd. The lady said she would call on Thursdau to give me a estimated time. On Thursday I got a call in the afternoon stating that I was first on the list for Friday so I should expect someone at 9am. About 8:45 this morning I got a call from Terry saying that he was leaving and should be here on time, and he was. Terry arrived and quickly surveyed the situation, finding a bad wire, solonoid and valve in the zone. He made the repair and tested the system andhecked the other zones as well to ensure that the system was working well. Terry left just before 10:00. I have found the company I will use for Sprinkler System problems! Thanks!
