I am very happy with the repairs they did. They took the time to show me and explain what was done before and what they were doing. I appreciate how knowledgeable the technician was and how persistent he was to figure out what going on. The office staff was friendly and efficient in getting my appt scheduled. I will use this company again.

This is the third time I've used American Sprinkler Repair in the past 4-5 years. I was so impressed with their service on the initial call, I have become a loyal customer of theirs. They are always responsive and do high quality work at a reasonable cost. They are very experienced and know their stuff. They pay attention to little details -- for example, my last repair was adjacent to my pool deck. The repairman covered the deck with a plastic tarp to prevent the dirt from getting on the deck. He had to remove decorative rock to get to leak. After the repair was made, he replaced all of the rock into its original position so there was not a trace of the work which had been done left showing.

Finding the exact location of the leak was a problem: it was under a tree. The tech found and repaired the leak without harming the tree. Then he checked the entire system.

It was a big job and they did wonderfully. They fixed it quickly, surveyed all of my sprinklers, and generally were very pleasant to be around. The price was very reasonable for all of the work they did. I would recommend them to everyone.

They were absolutely awesome. We called a number of services to solicit quotes and repair times and they were the first to respond, offered the best price and quickest scheduled repair time. I greatly appreciated the fact that they contacted me early in the day to advise that previously scheduled appointments were taking longer than anticipated and asked if it would be acceptable to adjust the arrival time, which was not a problem. I was impressed by the fact that they contacted me and they asked me rather than assumed it was ok to show up an hour later than initially planned. During the whole repair process, they showed me what they were doing, explained the process and the reason for the repair and then offered to review all of the sprinkler heads to make sure everything was working properly. During that review, we discovered a broken head that needed to be repaired, which they did and also found two caps that needed to be replaced, which was also done. My 7 year old son came out to observe the process and our repairman - whose name escapes me now - was wonderful with him, talking to him, explaining what he was doing and even asking him to help him out. I enjoyed and appreciated the fact that he shared a little about his own family and the fact that American Sprinkler Repair is family-owned - made me feel like it was and is a company worth supporting. I 100% recommend them for anyone looking for sprinkler repair at a fair price with excellent service and wanting to support good people doing the work.

Our sprinkler system went out during a period of 100+ degree temperatures. A pipe feeding a zone control valve burst and the rain sensor bypass unit was not working properly. Our lawn, foundation, and plantings were at risk. I had a very narrow window of time before leaving on a trip. American Sprinkler was able to schedule an appointment within this short period and sent out a crew which quickly diagnosed the problem and made repairs. We had been having difficulty with the master control panel as well. The tech tried to repair the panel at the lowest possible cost rather than replace the entire panel. She had installed the unit for the previous home owner and was very familiar with the system. She spent an hour doing repairs before it was determined that the entire panel would need to be replaced. I really appreciated her efforts in the extreme heat trying to save us the expense of an entire new panel even though we eventually had to bite the bullet and get a new control panel. The workers were experienced; efficient; communicated well; and were customer oriented. I would not hesitate to use American Sprinkler System again. Simply said: they are the best!! I would recommend them to anyone.

Excellent. Great team of a man and woman arrived on time. They were extremely well trained and found the problems through digging up suspected trouble areas and checking electrical continuity of wires with inn a few hours. I highly recommend this company Carl Richards

Arrived and hour later than promised. Turned off water to sprinkler system and checked water meter. Since there was still water running the leak was not in the sprinkler system. He closed up the valve box, leaving the water off and gave me the bill. I turned the sprinkler system back on and it ran, but no water came out. I contacted another sprinkler repair service and the came out promptly, turned the water back on. Checked the system for any other problems, and charged half the service fee.

It went well. The technician was prompt and polite. He analyzed my problem before doing any repairs and he was able to fix them quickly. He also explained what he was doing and how the different parts of the sprinkler system actually worked. After speaking with him I may actually be able to do more DIY on the sprinklers in the future.

Replacement was done quickly and cleanly.

I have had a few different companies work on our sprinklers over the seven years we have been in our home. These guys were definitely the best and the most thorough. We have a large yard - 20 zones total - with a couple of those being stretched to the limit. They had to raise 15 heads and replace six others - along with other adjustments. It took Dave, their repair tech, about 3.5 labor hours to complete the work. He and I walked all of the zones, and he showed me the adjustments he had made - and heads/nozzles he replaced. There was one area that still was not getting covered, but he found a way to take care of it after trying a different approach. They are not the least expensive sprinkler repair company in the area, but I believe you get what you pay for regarding quality of service. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

These guys were great. They knew immeadiately what was wrong with the irrigation system. They made all repairs and tested the system in under two hours.

Mark showed up with his helper right on time and started right in on the work.Tested my entire system and proceeded to adjust and replace several broken heads,checked his work and adjusted all the heads for maximum performance.Reset my controller for me and moved across the alley to my other house where he had to do about the same thing.This was a rent house and was in worse shape,however Mark and his helper worked very quickly to solve all the issues(which saved me some money)since they work by hour.I really appreciate the way they handled everything.Having recently retired from a service type business I know good customer service when I see it. Replaced master control valve, located/repaired all electrical signal breaks, checked for broken underground lines, and replaced numerous broken sprinkler heads; all in a short period of time. Service was very timely and professional.

Service provider called ahead, arrived on time. Quickly understood the issues I needed addressed and spent just under an hour fixing everything. Took time to explain work he was performing.

Cindy came out with a few days of my emailing her. The sprinkler system was very old and had more issues than I had anticipated including needing to replace the sprinkler system connection to the water main. Cindy and her helper worked late to get the majority of the system working and then came back the following week to finish up. Cindy is very professional and clearly knows what she is doing. She worked quickly and I feel like the price was fair for her time and expertise. We will definitely use this company again in the future.

Very professional. Found and fixed the non working zone problem in less than five minutes. Definitely knows his way around irrigation systems. Dug around several sprinkler heads that needed raised and carefully replaced the soil and grass. Will definitely use this company again in the future.

Went well they spotted the problem quickly. Did a pretty thorough check IN THE RAIN and I am pleased with the service. So is our yard.

Honest, reliable ,dependable! They worked for hours trying to fix the problem? I had other companies come out who charged me, but never fixed the problem! American Sprinkler was awesome!

Everyone was very responsive to our request. Because of weather/rain the appointment was rescheduled for the next day, and showed up on time the next day. No complaints at all, professional, got right to work, and knew what he was doing. In fact we are planning on have our system inspected semi-annually - worth the money especially when trying to conserve water. Highly recommend!

When I called the company, Cindy, scheduled my appointment. She was very nice and scheduled the appointment within a reasonable amount of time. We also discussed price ahead of time. The technician called ahead which I appreciated, since I work from home and could manage my time to be available when they arrived. Two technicians came. One was definitely the lead person. I explained my issue and showed them where the control box was for the irrigation system and they got right to work. I also came out a little later when I remembered another issue in the zone they were working in; and they were very accommodating in trying to figure that issue out as well. Unfortunately, they had to dig up quite a bit of grass (we had just put in a new lawn) in order to see if the heads were connected. They did their best to put the new grass back. They fixed our initial problem and let me know approximately how much it would cost to fix the other two heads that weren't connected. He also let me know why they could not add them onto the current zones that were located in the same area. I was provided the Invoice. I gave the technician my AngiesList coupon which was deducted without a problem. I did have to pay by check rather than credit card because their unit was not working. All in all it was a good experience.
