American Sprinkler Repair

They repaired a sprinkler pipe that had come loose. I would recommend them. I was satisfied with their service. I would use them again. The workers were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and fast. I had used another company before but their prices jumped so high. That's why I changed and used this company.

They fixed the damaged sprinkler heads, they were on time (early actually), and they were professional.

Ben arrived on time and located the leak immediately, and had it repaired an hour later. Then, when he checked all seven zones for proper operation he discovered one of the sprinkler heads was leaking because it had been set too high causing it to leak when it was nicked by a lawnmower. He also cleaned out the mud that had accumulated in the box containing the water control valve to the sprinkling system. Total time on the job was 1-1/2 hours.

I asked two different landscapers to have a look at our leaky irrigation system. Neither gave me very good answers on cost or time. I had no clue what repairs would cost. Luckily I found American Sprinkler Repair! Two (2) hours; leaky valves found, repaired, total cost $388. Wow!

Tech showed up with a broken valve finder and then another he couldn't use. Rather than coming back later in the day with the tool need, he proceeded to dig random holes throughout my yard. He finally tells me he can't find my valves and needed to come back... about a week later. So there my holes sit in my yard. My evaluation went nowhere- for the time spent here, I didn't learn anything I didn't already know and the point of them coming out to identify what's wrong was never done. I received a bill for $99, for what I consider quite frankly work I should be billing them for to fix these holes all over my yard. I understand things happen, but billing a costumer for an evaluation that was never done is unacceptable and unethical.

Ended up replacing the whole sprinkler control box, and a backflow valve that had broken. They stayed from noon to about 6pm one night, then rescheduled some things to come back two days later to finish up.

Went well, but they had to come out twice do to a miscommunication. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I would use them again.

They've always done a first rate job, their always pleasant to deal with, and the prices always seem fair.

I've used American Sprinkler Repair twice and doubt I'll ever use anyone else. Both times their work was quality, fast, and competitively priced. They deal fairly, are good at communicating, and are friendly.

The tech, without my permission installed a wireless Rainbird electronic rain sensor and replaced 19 sprinkler heads. The cost was 560.00. When he came to the front door with the bill he was smoking a cigarette. When he finished it he dropped the cigarette on my porch and put it out with his boot. I questioned the bill with the tech who told me that 19 heads were leaking. He refused to leave unless I paid. I called Cindy who was rude and unapologetic about the tech performing expensive and unauthorized repairs. She asked if I wanted the tech to put all the old heads back on. I said yes. She asked me three times to acknowledge verbally that my system "may not function" if the tech put the old heads back on. I refused to state this. My system worked fine before the tech arrived except for two broken heads and one head that was stuck. I felt trapped and swindled. I paid the bill. I am filing a complaint today with the Texas Attorney General. Performing unauthorized repairs and demanding payment should be illegal, if it is not already. And, to threaten that my sprinkler system may not function if the work is undone? I saw that as a threat.

Absolutely wonderful service! I called Cindy and requested a system tune-up. She was able to get her guys to me in about 7 days. When her guys showed up, they were very friendly and professional. Moments into the tune-up they realized that I had a missing sprinkler head (a hatchet job from another plumber who fixed some underground pipes for me). They replaced the missing head, fixed another broken head, moved four other heads (some different projects I'm working on were going to block their coverage area) and refocused the zones to make sure I had good coverage over the whole lawn. The did everything in about 60-70 minutes and gave me a VERY reasonably priced bill. I will be using ASR for all my lawn irrigation needs.

They performed a full check, buried some lines, replaced some sprinkler heads, were very efficient and right on point with the estimate that was given. The gentleman who came out was very professional, on time and also gave me a courtesy call to confirm the arrival time. I was very pleased with their service and would recommend them to others.

After speaking with a few providers, I decided to go with American Sprinkler Repair. Techs arrived on time and promptly finished the diagnosis. Explained the problems to me, discussed costs and discounts. They completed the work in an hour. I am happy with their work and will bring them back if needed in the future.

I was amazed at the level of service and professionalism as well as the knowledge on irrigation systems. They arrived on time and provided a call in advance of their arrival. They used what appeared to be state of the art equipment in researching an electrical issue and were able to determine the source of the failure within 10-15 minutes of their arrival. They quickly were able to restore the connections and went on to test the entire system to verify it was working appropriately. They were able to determine at least two sprinkler heads were damaged or buried under the St. Augustine grass, a few nozzles needed were blocked and a riser was also a likely cause of a leak. All of those were fixed on the visit. I have a fully operational system and the work took just about an hour. They claim they are not the cheapest but the value I received for the final bill for the hour and for the parts to me was extremely fair. Through all of the repairs they explained the issues and what was being fixed as well. I have used four different service providers on our system since moving here in 2007, I will not go anywhere else other than to American from this day forward.

Our irrigation system needs repairs. We contacted this provider through Angie's List messaging. They responded, asking for contact information to set up an appointment. That was 9 days ago. We are moving on to another provider.

They arrived on time. They were quick and efficient in their job. When they charged i noticed the labor was charged twice, when i called abt it, Cindy was apologetic and reversed the charge immediately. The only downside was the cost i paid for the equipment. I paid full retail price for the equipment while it was available for half the cost online.

They have competitive prices and I have lived in this area for 20 years. They also have excellent communication. They always have phone calls before arriving so you are aware when they will be there. They also do email confirmations.
