everything was right. appt was made pretty easily. cindy did a great job . .the guy came on time and did the job quick. i was about to leave somewhere and he was pretty quick he spent about 30 mts i should say. but he charged me 100 bucks hourly rate. just amazed why sprinkler repair is so high . all other handy services are about 50-60 an hour. I also know one sprinkler repair based in mckinney at about the same price. forgot their name , so i called this one. little pricy ....thats all i can say

This company repaired my sprinklers, and put replacement sprinkler heads in. They gave me all the information I need to know, and they do a great job. Good quality work, very professional, and very reasonably priced.

Yesterday, we noticed a leak at the control box for our sprinkler system. We called American Sprinkler Repair and they said they could come out the next day. They were here promptly when they said they would be, they fixed the leak and made all the repairs in about 2 hours. All of the people we dealt with including the office/appointment person were very courteous and professional. I will definitely call them again the future.

I had returned from a long trip out of town and noticed that my lawn was starting to look stressed. I checked the sprinkler system and found that although the controller showed a zone as running that no heads would pop up and no water flowed. I called American and got an appointment the next day. The technician diagnosed the issue and and had it fixed in about 10 minutes. It turns out that while I was away someone had actually turned off the main water line to my sprinkler system at the in-ground valve. Maybe I should have thought of "sabotage" as the cause, but I didn't. In any event, American was punctual, professional, and solved my problem immediately. Highly recommended.

Called on a Saturday and still got a live person. Came when they said they would and completed the work much quicker than I expected. Did not try to sell me anything I did not need. It probably saved me about two days of work if I had done it myself. Could not be happier and will definitely use them again.

They offer outstanding service and the owner came out and worked all day to make sure everything was perfect.

Great! They used equipment to locate our underground box which saved us time and useless digging. They also did not charge for this service like other companies we called.

Company called the day before to confirm the appointment. They showed up on time and the owner and one of her workers were the ones that came out. I had another sprinkler company try to repair this last year and the repair started to leak again. The problem was due to a compression fitting that kept coming apart. American Sprinkler removed the compression fitting, placed a new brass tee on the water pipe and put a threaded fitting on for the sprinkler PVC connection. The work took around an hour and a half and was done well. I was pleased with the workmanship and so far there doesn't appear to be any further leaks. They also inspected my sprinkler system and replaced several sprinkler heads that were not working. They were very thorough and professional. I would definitely use them again.

Arrived on time. Two men went right to the breaks and fixed the problem by splicing the two lines. Then checked out each circuit and made sure they were correct, replace a couple of the heads at minimal costs. Did not try to get me to buy anything I did not need and did not tell me my existing systems needed to be replaced. Great quality at a fair prices. They said two men for two hours for about $100 and it took less than two hours. I will call again when I need sprinkler reports. I have reccomended to my friends.

RESPONSE TO CALLS FOR APPOINTMENTS WAS A LITTLE SLOW; STILL, I RECEIVED A RESPONSE WITHIN 48 HOURS. THE TECHNICIANS DID THEIR JOB AND MADE RECOMMENDATIONS ABOUT WHICH SPRINKLER HEADS SHOULD OR SHOULD NOT BE REPLACED OR REPAIRED. GOOD EXPERIENCE OVERALL.
