The shower had a faulty cartridge so it made a water hammering sound. Carlos was very professional, knew what the problem was, got the parts and had it fixed in no time. He was very professional, cleaned up after him nicely. Would definitely use him again. Very professional.

I can't recommend Carlos highly enough. He was extremely friendly, quickly resolved the problem for me and verified everything was performed satisfactorily. He went above and beyond to also educate me on how to fix minor future problems myself, what the best practices are to prevent problems, how to perform regular maintenance and how to be smart about buying a replacement unit in the future.

Carlos called when he was on his way. When he arrived he was friendly, took the time to hear my description of what I needed done. Carlos insisted on wearing his protective booties when in the house even though I told him he did not need to. Carlos did excellent work and cleaned up so well that you did not know he was even here. He completed both jobs a bit quicker then his time estimate so he reduced his price accordingly. What a pleasant surprise, HONESTY and QUALITY workmanship! I called my home warranty service because the whole house was not draining water. They sent a plumber who unclogged the drain on Friday. Monday I was on the phone to them again with the same issue. The sent out another person who said he unclogged it again, but said I needed to replace the entire pipe to the street at a cost of $3900. I decided I needed a second opinion, so I went on Angie's List. I spoke to Carlos on the phone and he asked how the other plumber knew the whole pipe needed to be replaced. He asked what they had seen when they ran a camera and I told them they hadn't run a camera. He quoted me a price on the phone of $180 for running the camera and figuring out what the actual problem was. He was also able to come that day. When he got there he ran a camera and showed me that there was a large clog (which looked like a mass of toilet paper) which just had a small hole poked through it. He said the other plumber should have used a tool with blades at the end to completely remove the clog, and that they way it was it would clog back up quickly. I asked if he could remove the clog and he said he could for an additional $125 (it was discounted since he was already on site). He removed the clog, and used the camera again to show me the result. He also showed me that the clog was there in the first place because I had some roots growing into the pipe. He showed me exactly where the roots were and said there was no need to replace the entire pipe as just that small section could be repaired (at a much lower cost). He was very friendly throughout, and I was very pleased with his work. At the end he also gave me a discount for being an Angie's List member even tough I had agreed to pay the prices he had quoted me.

The shower was just installed a few years ago--so it was a new set up that I was unfamiliar with. There were no screws holding the drain cover down and it looked like the cover had been grouted in with the tile. Carlos showed me how to use a hook-tool to pop off the drain cover, and then clean out the hair that had collected in a mesh just under the drain cover. That took about 15 minutes and Carlos didn't charge me for the work. Then Carlos pulled out the kitchen sink basket strainer and showed us where the corrosion was coming from. It looked like it had been improperly installed. He spend about 20 minutes sanding off the rust--worked up a sweat doing it--and installed a new strainer. All that for just $135. I had a 10% off coupon from Angies and didn't use it. The rust was ugly and he worked hard removing it. I was grateful and figured he should keep the 10%. He checked out the problem with the sink faucet, but it wasn't something any plumber could fix. He suggested, though, that I should look at the lifetime warranty from Kohlers, and even got underneath the faucet and pulled off a tag that gave the part # and manufacturing date. Carlos is now my regular plumber! Couldn't be happier.

Carlos quickly returned my initial phone called and scheduled an appointment for an issue I considered "non-emergency" for the very next day. He called the day of the appointment to ask if he could come earlier than originally scheduled, which was great for us. He was punctual, courteous, and professional. He went the extra mile to suggest a solution that would help us out in the future. Work was performed quickly at a very reasonable price. As I was offsite at the time, he sent me photos of the completed the work and called to explain what he had installed. He then called back a couple of days later to make sure we were still pleased with the work, and to remind us of his warranty on labor and parts in case we were to have any problems in the future. I would highly reccomend All Metroplex Plumbing to friends and family. He will be my "Go To Guy" in the future.

Outstanding! Very professional. Carlos came out for the initial consult and estimate. He took care to answer all my questions and made me feel like I was his most important customer, in spite of several calls on his cell phone during his visit. The day of installation went smoothly, including removing the old heater from the attic and installing a new one up there. He laid down protective cloth from the front door up to the attic stairs. Very knowledgeable and professional. Cleaned up after the job was complete and gave me a thorough briefing on operation and care of the new water heater. Offered a follow-up visit in a few days to check everything still working.

We had scheduled for later, but due to a cancellation, he called and said he could go ahead and tend to our leak. Carlos and his helper were very polite, clear about what they would be doing, and costs. His rates are good, his work was excellent. They also cleaned up the mess afterward, even where we had left mud on the sidewalk digging to find the leak. They were careful in digging in order to lay the grass back in place nicely. I appreciated the professionalism, attention to detail, and punctuality! We will use him again when the need arises.

Carlos came out and checked the shower drain, shower head and both sinks. He determined that we did not have a plumbing problem but that the leak was coming from cracks in our shower. We have had our shower re-caulked and it is not leaking. Carlos was very conscientious. He wore shoe coverings when coming in and out of our home. He covered our bathroom floor before laying out his tools, cleaned up before he left and also took with him anything that needed to be thrown away.

Our gas water heater went out on a Friday. After reviewing the plumbers on Angie's List, I selected All Metroplex because (1) I believe in supporting small business and (2) I prefer not to use big service providers who subcontract their services. I called and left a message. Even though it was after hours on a holiday weekend, Carlos called back almost immediately! He said he was really sorry, but he had no available appointments until Wednesday, and I jumped on it. (Any service professional who calls you back that quickly is worth it!) I told him we have two water heaters in the house and we could manage by hand washing dishes for a while! He promised that if he had a cancellation or an appointment take less time than expected, he would call. And he DID! On Monday morning, he called with some free time. He was EXTREMELY professional - dressed in a uniform and using shoe covers every time he entered the house! He was also VERY honest. I was prepared to have him tell me I needed to replace the water heater completely (hey, it is 17 years old!), but he didn't. Instead, he said it was the thermocouple. He replaced it quickly, then he analyzed the exact work required to replace the water heater, bringing it up to current code at the same time, promising to email an estimate. He said it needed to be replaced in the next 12 months or so and it was possible that it could start leaking without warning, but without ANY pressure tactics or spin. His charges were very reasonable AND he quickly emailed a very professional looking invoice. I love having a professional and reliable plumber in my contact list!

I cannot say enough nice things about my experience with Carlos. This gentleman could give the majority of the population a lesson in excellent customer service. Upfront fair pricing, extremely courteous and professional. Took great care and did an outstanding job! Wish I would have found him and his company a long time ago, I could have saved a few dollars, but most importantly I could have actually got the job done correctly the first time!

The bottom half of my driveway began sinking and I suspected a break in the sewer line. I asked All Metroplex to run a camera through the line to check for a break. Carlos gave me a reasonable, upfront price for running the camera that included a recording of the video. He did find a break and was able to pinpoint where under the driveway it was. Carlos gave a reasonable price on the repair of the sewer line. He did a good job of explaining what the price included and what they needed to do to fix the sewer line. He came back a few days later at the scheduled time and completed the repairs quickly. I highly recommend All Metroplex Plumbing. Great customer experience. Completely satisfied.

We had noticed some rust and moisture around the base of a couple of our toilets. I called Carlos after reading the reviews on Angie's List. Carlos thought it was more an issue with the bolts that hold the tank on the toilet instead of it being a wax ring seal issue. I set up an appointment with Carlos for Thursday and he said he would be at the house between 8:00 and 10:00 AM. Carlos called me 30 minutes ahead of when he was going to arrive. Carlos arrived around 9:00 (put his shoe protectors on before entering the house) and after looking at the toilets confirmed that it was the steel bolts that were holding the tank on the toilet were the culprits. I agreed to have him replace all of tank hardware ( new brass bolts, seal, valve, flapper, fill tube, water connection line, and handle) on all three toilets. We agreed on the price and he began work. Carlos is very neat and thorough. My wife and I were very pleased with is work and how careful he was with everything. He also performed a leak test with dye to make sure that the flapper valve was seated correctly and not leaking. He discovered one that he had installed was leaking and replaced it quickly and retested. Carlos worked for 3 hours to get everything replaced.

Got up Monday morning to discover my living room steamy, my carpet soaked, and my water heater leaking all over the laundry closet. Carlos called me Tuesday morning to say he'd finished a previous job early and asked if it was okay if he came early. (YES!) He arrived, put protective shoe covers on his feet, and set to work. He quickly determined that the hot water hose had burst and recommended replacing them with superior copper hoses, which I agreed. I'm so happy I called him!

Carlos was great as usual, this is the second time that we use all metroplex plumbing and I cannot say enough about how great their services are,we have found our plumber for life . They always do a neat job ,clean after themselves at a fair price and we will keep recommend all metroplex plumbing to our friends and family!!!

Carlos was wonderful! He scheduled the appointment to my convenience, he arrived on time (very prompt), was very consciencous with his shoe covers, protecting the floors, cleaning up after his work, etc. - in fact more so than I would have required but it was great! My disposal was not working well and it had caused back up into the adjacent side of the sink with all kinds of gunk in there. He fixed the problem immediately, and charged me nothing additional as I had purchased the Angie's list special and he said I was paid in full. I will definitely use him again.

Carlos arrived on time, scoped out the work to be done, confirmed the price that we had previously agreed on for doing the job, got right to work, and finished the job within an hour. When I select a contractor from Angie's list I always look at their map of where their past customers are located in order to see how their reviewers rated them. The ratings range from an "A" (shown in a green circle), to an "F" (shown in a black circle). I always select a contractor who has nothing but A ratings, with the exception of occasional B and C ratings. Then I read the B and C ratings to see it's the issue was anything serious. I never select a contractor if they had any D or F ratings. Too many contractors have one or more ?D and F? ratings, and I?m not about to be another victim of their poor performance, thanks to Angie?s List. My point is that out of 160 reviews, Carlos only had three B ratings which is why I ultimately selected him. His impressive website shows his very large truck which was well equipped with everything he needed when he arrived. His website also states that he charges by the job, not by the hour, even if the job takes a lot longer than expected. How encouraging is that? After installing the kitchen faucet, I asked him to give me a price for unclogging two bathroom sinks. When he checked them out he determined that they weren?t clogged as my wife had thought. I agreed and he charged me nothing for checking them out. Every time he came in and out from his truck he put protective cloth covers over his shoes in order to avoid tracking any possible dirt into the house. Every aspect of his performance and his business operation demonstrated his professionalism. Thank you Carlos. Well done.

When I mess up, I REALLY mess up. Have been without plumbing in the sink for several days as the previous person kept failing to show up to unplug pipes that I clogged when putting too much down the disposal too fast. Called All Metroplex Plumbing around 8:30 or 9 Monday morning, and he scheduled our house for between 8 and 10 tomorrow. Told Him that the sink has been stopped for five days, and would really be glad to see him. Carlos said he'd "try" to get here today, but no promises. Was thrilled when he called at 12:57, said he had finished another job early, and would be here within 20 minutes. And he was! Had the entire situation under control in less than an hour. He cleared out pipes from that area on the back of the house, then came in and cleared a bunch od gunk that had clogged the inside pipe. Excellent service, and Carlos really knows his business. Kudos!
