I called All Metroplex Plumbing and spoke to Carols hoping he would be able to diagnose a water leak in my wall and come out and fix it. After I spoke with him and described the problem, he knew exactly what the issue was. He said he has seen this before and described to me exactly how to determine if it really was a leak. I followed his instructions and ran the test, and in fact, there was no water leak. I think that was awesome. He offered his expertise in figuring out the problem and didn't even charge me. I called All Metroplex Plumbing for help and they responded promptly. When the service man arrived he found that the problem was likely caused by the street construction and was already corrected. He was even kind enough to waive the service fee in this case. (Of course I can't guarantee the same for any other situations. ). I feel like I have found an honest and dependable company to call in the future.

Carlos came out the very next morning and fixed the pipe that was leaking. Great service and very prompt!

Carlos did a fantastic job replacing my 2 water heaters. He replaced everything, drip tray, plumbing, gas lines, ventilation ducts, crossovers, reliefs. He verified the drains were working to the outside.. He insulated everything and secured everything tightly. He installed leak detectors and the electronic water supply valve plus the expansion tank. He even left me extra batteries for the electronic valve since I didn't have an electrical outlet near the heaters. He left no dirt on my floors and was very professional. A+

Carlos arrived on time. He looked at both outdoor faucets and provided an estimate prior to starting work. He was upfront about possible concerns. He completed the work with no issues. He was very friendly and professional. I also asked Carlos to look at my hot water heater as I am looking to replace. He was detailed about the work that must be done and provided the estimate. The experience I had with Carlos was outstanding. He was on time, courteous, and professional. He treated me as if I were his only customer and he had all the time in the world to look at my project(s) and answer my questions. He took time from his day to come on his way to another project to show me how to turn the water off as the leak was getting worse and it was going to be a rainy weekend. Carlos even loaned me the turn key. I also appreciated Carlos' appearance. He was always dressed in a clean uniform with his shirt tucked in. He was very conscientious and concerned that the job was done right, in a timely manner, and there was no mess left to clean up. I would recommend All Metroplex Plumbing to anyone in a heartbeat!!!!

Great, Carlos is very punctual and is not in a rush when he comes to do the job. He is very considerate (wears booties) and cleans up after himself. Not to mention that he is a very competent at what he does. I would highly recommend him. I feel that he is interested in fixing the problem and is very fair, not trying to up-sell you on something you may not need.

I wish all repiar people were as honest, easy-going, and easy to work with as Carlos from All Metroplex Plumbing. My front yard was leaking. There were puddles on the lawn and the sidewalk. I called All Metroplex Plumbing because of their excellent reviews (Lots of them, all A's and B's, No F's). Carlos came out and helped diagnose the problem. He said it was probably the supply line from the water meter to the house. He explained that the lines installed back in the 80's were prone to leaks, and showed me what he was installing in it's place, and why. He gave me a written quote and said the initial call/analysis fee would be deducted if I decided to go ahead. I felt the quote was quite reasonable given the amount of work required to install a new line, re-attach the springers, and replace the valve at the front of the house. He didn't ask me to sign anything and gave me a couple of days to think about it. He did not try to pressure me into anything. He also turned off the supply to the sprinkler system and told me to watch it to see if that stopped the leaks. If it didn't, it would validate the supply line theory. The leaks continued, so I called him to schedule for later in the week, since it was an all-day job. He and his guys came at the appointed time and did all the work, still without any signatures or down payments from me. I thought that stood out because a lot of people won't commit until you sign a contract and put up some money. Carlos trusted me, and he made me trust him. They installed the line and valve, and cleaned up very well aftewards. They replaced the dirt and grass such that you can't really see the work unless you get up close. But before covering everything up, Carlos called me out to explain to me everything that was done. He even fixed a faucet supply line that had become unsoldered, at no extra charge. He charged me what he quoted, and deducted the initial call fee and the Angie's list coupon. The fact that it took three guys about 7 hours to do the job, and they had to dig under two sidewalks, once again made me feel that Carlos' quote was very reasonable. It was a lot of work! Although no one likes to have to pay to get things fixed, Carlos made the whole affair a bearable, and almost pleasant experience. I will definitely call him again if I have any more plumbing issues.

I started to noticed that the wood floor in my master bedroom started to buckled so I decided to get on Angie's list and look for a plumber after I read bunch of his reviews I I decided to call Carlos from all metroplex plumbing ,he showed up the next day on time and I tell you something he is a pro!! He use booties and remove them every time he was out of the house,after doing some research he found that the leak was coming from the shower valve at my master shower, I have a kholer shower valve and this specific model the parts were really hard to find, he had to drive all the way to a faucet store near downtown Dallas so he can have my problem fix on the same day otherwise we would have to special order the part and wait several days ,my problem was fix he cleanup well and gave me some tips on what to do about the water damage Carlos is a professionat, that's one refrigerator magnetic that will stays on the fridge!!! Honest Reliable and Friendly!!! Definitely..

Carlos responded to our call very quickly this morning and provided estimated arrival time of same day. He arrived earlier than expected which was great! He was extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable! He took his time to explain, provide a quote and complete the work thoroughly. Took the time to explain all of our options. He explained the immediate repair/fix needs and long term. He was great!

They acted very professionally, came and saw the environment. We have an existing gas trunk line sufficient to support the cooktop, and an easy walk out attic, with good access to the area where the gas line would need to be installed. After hearing their estimate, about $1850 to run a single 25' 1/2" CSST hose (retail price, $80), and we would be responsible for repairing drywall, retexturing and painting, we decided to go a different direction. I understand that skilled labor is involved too, but cost estimations based on other similar work done on other sites ranges between $15-25 per linear foot, which translates to $375-$625. My hope was to be around $600, which is the high side of the estimate, my expectation was that it would end up being $800, and I probably would have paid $900 just to have it done. I'm not going to pay 3x the price though, for an easy run of what amounts to garden hose, and repairs to drywall and cabinetry excluded.

Around noon today my wife smelled a gas leak in our garage and noticed that a pipe / vent on top of the hot water heater was not connected. She called me and I immediately called Carlos and he was able to rework his schedule and get me in due to the emergency and arrived within an hour to fix the problem.

This is the second time that I have used the services of All Metroplex Plumbing and, like before, have only positive feedback. When I called Carlos and asked if he could install a new double kitchen sink for me, he assured me that he could. After setting a date and time, he asked if he could stop by earlier to get an idea of what I needed done. At that time, he told me what I could expect to pay for his services. At first, I thought the cost was unreasonably steep, but when the work was completed, I decided that it was worth every single penny. Carlos is one of the hardest workers I have ever known. He arrived on time with all of the equipment he would be using--none of that running out to the truck to get something he had forgotten. He worked quietly and methodically, always keeping the work area clean. I asked that he remove the garbage disposal and not reconnect the dishwasher. He showed me where a new dishwasher should be connected. So, I am enjoying my new, bright and shiny sink and feeling grateful that I chose Carlos to be my plumber. I would definitely refer him to anybody who is looking for a reliable and honest plumber.

Excellent, professional work. Second time Carlos at All Metroplex has helped us out. As usual, we were anxious to have use our kitchen sink, and he scheduled us for the next day. Called later, said he was ahead of schedule and could come right over! He came and made repairs to our complete satisfaction! The job was more complicated than we had though, and Carlos was thorough...replaced faucet and four turnoff valves.
