Better than expected!

He called me back right away and explained my situation to him because I was really concerned. He called and made some arrangements for our appointment. He was so nice and said he would be here in 30mins and he showed up in 20 minutes. He was more than kind and knew exactly what the problem was. Great person. His price was far better than any other place. I think he is fabulous. He also put on the paper socks before entering.

Carlos came out and cleared a clog so bad in an upstairs sink it had flooded the bathroom and had water coming up the sink from the a/c units that also drained through that pipe. Additionally he replaced a screw on the kitchen sink handle that had been lost, cleared another slow draining sink and reset a wobbly toilet. Carlos was professional and easy to work with. He gave prices for everything up front and also let us know what the cost would be for common problems that he might find during the repair that could lead to extra costs. Fortunately, everything went smoothly, but it was nice to know going in what the worst case scenario could be. Also, before he left he let me know there is a 90 day warranty on the work. I will definitely call Carlos again for our plumbing needs.

On Monday mid-afternoon our sewer line became blocked and backed up at the toilet, the shower stall and bathtubs. We called All Metroplex Plumbing and Carlos Moreno took the call. He told us that he wouldn't be able to get to our house until after 6 p.m. so we agreed that would be okay. He called about 6:30p.m. to tell us he would be here in about 1/2 hour. He arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem. He made sure that the problem had been corrected before he left. He was very pleasant, efficient and professional. If/when we have another plumbing problem we will be sure to call Carlos and will recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber. We were impressed with his attitude and service.

My water heater had caused the main circuit breaker to cutoff all the power to my house. The electricain who identified the problem said it was most likely a problem with the water heater element/elements that would cause the main circuit breaker to do that. After checking Angie's list I called All Metroplex Plumbing. Fred came out that same day, at the end of his workday, to give me a FREE estimate! He arrived on time and was very professional and pleasant. He concurred that the element(s) and/or possibly the thermostat were bad. He gave me two estimates. If only the thermostat needed to be replaced it would cost less than if the elements needed replacing. He also gave me a discount for being a member of Angie's list. The water heater was only three years old so the parts were covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The next day Fred arrived on time with the parts he'd picked up. While waiting for the water to drain, instead of taking a break, Fred offered to check and unclog the drains in both my bathrooms at no additional charge! When the water had drained he was able to remove the elements and show me the corrosion. He replaced both elements and the thermostat at the quoted price for just the elements. He refilled the water heater and waited for the water to heat. I will definitely call All Metroplex Plumbing for any plumbing needs in the future. I highly recommend this company!

The process went very well. As mentioned earlier, the truck was clean and the equipment used was high quality and well cared for. Carlos was methodical and efficient. Everything was cleaned up satisfactorily. Thank you Carlos!

I have never had a plumbing issue that Carlos could not resolve. His work ethic and integrity is beyond compare.
