Carlos is a wonderful plumber. He is always professional and courteous. He does a quality job and always advises me about coupons. If he comes in the house he puts covers on his shoes. He is so respectful of your time, property and budget. We are keeping his number. We have used him 3 times since we met him.

. Carlos was absolutely fantastic! I needed to replace 2 hot water heaters in the attic. They weren't leaking (yet), but were overdue to be replaced. I called several people for an estimate. Some just gave me a flat fee over the phone. Others came out and wrote a long estimate with a lot of extras. Carlos took the time to come out, answer my questions and be totally upfront about the total cost. The price was competitive...but more important, it was obvious Carlos takes a lot of pride in his work and doing things right. I didn't feel pressured at all. It was an easy decision to hire him. On the day of the installation, he showed up exactly when he said he would. Him and his assistant were completely professional in every way. He took the time to show me some things that hadn't been done correctly with the equipment the builder had put in. He showed me all elements of the installation, how to adjust the heaters, shut off the water and check the status. I couldn't recommend All Metroplex Plumbing highly enough. It's everything you want in a plumber - professional, punctual, does high quality work and does it for a reasonable rate.

Carlos was on time! That is something I've never experienced with the previous plumber I chose to no longer use. He explained exactly what was wrong, which I knew to be correct from former toilet repairs of this nature, didn't talk to me like I was stupid or try to snow me with other things that weren't wrong, and quoted a price that was much less than I'd been charged by a previous plumber for the same job several years ago. He was friendly, professional, quick, worked cleanly and cleaned the area after he was finished, and even gave me a tip on how to keep calcium from forming on the pipe of my aging toiled. I was definitely impressed and happy that I found him, thanks to Angie's List.

Carlos arrived on time and had the sink working very quickly. Very meticulous about cleaning up as well. I was told to check in a few days to see if there are any small leaks and he would return and fix those though I am not expecting any problems with his work.

Carlos did an excellent job diagnosing my toilet problem and fixing it. My toilet tank had been leaking for several days. I emailed Carlos, based on Angie's List recommendations. He responded promptly via phone. He visited the next morning, on time, and told me the tank was cracked and the toilet should be replaced completely. Two days later, and on time again, he arrived with a new Kohler Cimmarron toilet, and during the installation discovered that the flange in the floor was not flush with the tile. He warned me that too-high flanges can cause leaks down the road, so I authorized him to replace the flange as well. Carlos kept me informed of his progress throughout the entire installation/removal process. He left the bathroom spotless. He was courteous, punctual, thorough, and professional. All told, the job took about 2.5 hours from start to finish. I would certainly use Carlos again.

Carlos was very professional and courteous. He introduced himself and gave me his business card and then put on booties to come into my home. I explained to him what my problems were with my plumbing. I told him the metal arm was broken off on the inside of my toilet and I was now having to flush and fill the tank manually in order for it to work. I also told him my tub was leaking out water around the drain pull. He said he would check and see if he had an (o-ring) in his truck after taking the drain plug out and looking to see there was none there any longer. He came back in and put it on and then filled up my tub to check and see if it was still going to leak. He then replaced the metal arm on the inside of my toilet with a brass arm. He said this one wouldn't corrode like the other one did. He also replaced the flapper and did a leak test on my tank. He put in some dye in the tank and then watched to see if the dye came into the toilet. Well, it did. It wasn't a very bad leak and he said it was up to me whether or not I wanted to have the tank rebuilt. He quoted me a price of $195 and I told him to go ahead and rebuild it. The rebuild included a new gasket between the tank and toilet, new bolts, new flush assembly....well everything on the inside tank was replaced and the outside water line running from the wall to the toilet, as well as a new handle on the outside. After finishing with the toilet...the tub was still holding the water he put in it...He said some had leaked out but I couldn't tell the water had gone down any but he said it had just a smidge...but it had been over an hour and I was very pleased and excited to be able to use my tub again. He told me he pulled some hair out of there and he did not charge me for the work done on the drain and plug. The parts for the toilet were of high quality and he was quick and very clean while working on it. He put down water absorbing mats and used his own paper towels to dry his hands on and took everything back out with him when he left. My price ended up being $30 cheaper with my Angie's list coupon. I couldn't be more happy with the work performed. He kept me informed at every step and was very patient to explain and show me everything he was talking about. He was fantastic and I definitely would hire him again in a heartbeat!!!

Carlos came out on the same day he was called. Gave us an estimate that beat our other bids and quickly got to work. He was very professional and nice. After all the incompetent/questionable plumbers we've had in our house.. I will definitely be calling Carlos for any future plumbing needs.

The plumber was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He took his time checking everything and gave us advice about preventing plumbing problems in the future. We'll definitely use this company again.

The repair was successfully completed with a minimum of additional work that needs to be done. I do have some sheet rock and insulation that will need to be fixed. I am very grateful All Metroplex Plumbing for their recommendation to contact an electrician. I took action on his recommendation and we found a serious ground problem that put my family's safety at risk. I have since had the grounding problem fixed.

Carlos was able to come to our house very soon after calling. I originally thought it might be a slab leak but after spending some time testing the water lines, he determined it wasn't a slab leak. He came back the next day and found the source of the leak from a pipe in a wall. He did a great job finding the leak in the wall and replacing the pipe. He was very professional and would definitely use him again in the future.

, I was just finishing up changing the anode rod on my water heater myself, and went to turn the water supply back on, when I realized that the valve handle was turning and turning, but the valve itself inside was not opening. No water was flowing back into the water heater, and hence we had no hot water pressure. I quickly learned through the web and talking to two other plumbers (who returned my calls but were not able to come out right away), that this is very common with gate valves, especially when not used often. The first plumber I talked to on the phone was extremely friendly, but did not have time to come do the repair. He even walked me through a do-it-yourself method of replacing the valve, so that I could save the cost of having it done by a plumber. I wasn't really comfortable with doing the repair he described, and so when Carlos returned my call, I asked him for a price. He was very courteous, and gave me a detailed explanation of what the repair would entail. He even gave me a price estimate over the phone, which those big plumbing companies definitely won't do. His price was amazing, relative to my previous experiences with said large plumbing companies, so I asked him to come over. He gave me a window of 3-5pm, and he was at my house at precisely 3pm. Carlos was very friendly and professional. I tend to stay out of the way when tradesmen come to work on my house, but he was very happy to answer any questions I had and explained everything thoroughly. He gave me advice and a price estimate on replacing the water heater (an ancient 17-year-old model), and how to properly flush it (in this case -- DON'T, since it hadn't been flushed every year for many years). He had lots of pointers on how to improve the setup of my water heater closet, in order to avoid costly leaks into my home. He cheerfully accepted the Angie's List coupon, and the final price seemed to satisfy him and pleasantly surprised me. Carlos gave me his card and a magnet, so that in the inevitable event that I need a plumber again, I can reach him easily. I am ecstatic to know an independent plumber who does quality work and has fair prices, and whom it feels like I can depend on.

Toilet Flange Replacement gone wrong..... I tried to it myself but made a mess. Carlos explained how the drain was originally installed with lead riser soldered to brass flange. I mangled the lead to point it could not be re-welded - only fix was to jack hammer the concrete to get access to the 90deg bend and replace it. (he did not even laugh when he saw what I had done). He came back the next day (on time), did the work, and cleaned up everything. I was so pleased with his work that I had him fix a leaky outdoor faucet on the same day and arranged for him to come back next week to fix some other plumbing items I had been putting off. I plan to use him for all plumbing fixes in the future.

Carlos arrived on-time and provided great service. He thoroughly explained the problem, fixed it and did not try to overcharge me or create additional expenses. The job was priced exactly as quoted. Will definitely use again.

Carlos arrived promptly as I had requested an estimate on installing a gas line; he made a thurough inspection and explained fully what the situation was. He was very upfront and gave a thorough explanation of what it would take to complete the job. I was impressed by the fact that he did not gloss over anything, but gave an honest assesment. I have dealt with other providers and Carlos' being so upfront and to the point was refreshing. I was not able to employ his services for this particular job (through no fault of Carlos) and will be highly likely to call him in for other projects.

Carlos showed up early. He put shoe covers on and went right to work. He looked at the valve and explained what needed to be done. He let us know how much and explained that he would need to cut into the wall a little. The water still in the pipe had to be blown out and he had all the tools he needed. He worked fast and efficiently. He cleaned up after himself and did an excellent job. We had the water back on and our home back in order by 9pm. Thank you Carlos!!!! He even reminded us of a coupon he had currently on his listing. (Saving us 15%) We are going to have some other work done in the coming weeks. Carlos is great! Owner, Carlos, is the most courteous, competent professional plumber I've ever used. His problem diagnosis is clear and his work is great. Doesn't try to over sell. Very knowledgable and good customer service skills. Very meticulously clean ... used shoe covers every time he came into the house. He replaced the leaking ball c*** and installed a new water shut off valve. Work was done quickly, cleanly and timely. I couldn't recommend any other plumber more highly.

I have nothing but good things to say about All Metroplex plumbing. Discovered a leak in the front yard. Not only did he come out that night to assess the situation but had it fixed within 24 hours. Professional, organized, very timely and went above and beyond, will definitely use again.

I called several plumbing companies requesting an estimate on replacing it and All Metroplex Plumbing provided me with the best estimate on installing a 50 gallon Bradford White gas water heater. I scheduled the an appointment for the installation for the next day. Carlos (the owner) arrived on time and did a fantastic job. He explained in detail what he was going to do and pointed out what would need to be done in order for everything to be brought up to code. After he finished the install, he reviewed everything he did with me and even flushed out the water line before he left. I was extremely satsified with his work and plan to use All Metroplex Plumbing for my next Plumbing issue.

My 2 year old son decided it would be a good idea to flush a squishy rubber ball down our toilet this Saturday afternoon. I tried turning off the shutoff valve, but it was leaking. So I called All Metroplex Plumbing, found on Angie's List. They were at my house in less than an hour and were able to fish the ball out with an auger and replaced the leaky shutoff valve. I was extremely impressed with their prompt service and will be calling them again when/if I have other plumbing work/emergencies.

I must say this was the best experience I have had with a plumbing company. I had an emergency situation that required immediate repair and Carlos Moreno, owner and master plumber was ready for the challenge, on a Sunday. I called Carlos at 9:00 Sunday morning and he arrived promptly at 10:30, evaluated the situation and went right to work. After locating the waterline, and digging a six foot by 3 foot ditch they found the damaged waterline and repaired it immediately. If you are in need of a professional plumber that is only interested in resolving your problem and not over charging for their service, I encourage you to call Carlos. This man is professional, very knowledgable, which is refreshing to see from this industry. My issue was resolved within four hours. Carlos, thank you for being a professional and stepping up to the challenge. As a side note, I had another plumbing company come out Saturday and they spent four hours at my house, could not find the problem but were more than willing to charge me four hours of labor. They basically walked away from the job with a nice check for doing nothing. Call Carlos if you need a plumber, you won't be disappointed!!

I'm very happy with Carlos Moreno and All Metroplex Plumbing. I called at 9:43AM and was told they could make it over about 11:00AM. About 10:35 Carlos pulled up at my address. On the phone he had said he would likely have to go in from the roof, which would add $35 to the $150 cleanout charge, but after assessing the situation in person he figured he could get it done from the ground and said we were back to just $150. It only took an hour for the whole event. The main drain line is flowing again. I was unable to use the Angie's List Deal today; I was informed when I called that the Deal had to be scheduled so it couldn't be used on the same day and I didn't have a day to wait. About my scores: Price: B. I think some other places had better prices, but Carlos was available in a short time and that was important today. Quality: B. Keep in mind that in this scale B = "Good", which I take to mean "good", and not "not bad". The work was done today, and I believe was done well. In fact, though, some more time is needed, really, to know whether this was "Excellent" or "Good" work. I will say this: I do not think you will be disappointed if you hire Carlos Moreno/All Metroplex Plumbing. Remaining categories: all A. Responsiveness and punctuality I have described above. As for professionalism, Carlos was clean and neatly dressed upon arrival, wore clean room booties over his shoes whenever he entered the house, and conducted himself quietly and efficiently. Use of a Square card reader made the payment transaction simple.
