Uninstalled garbage disposal and reworked pumbing in my kitchen underneath the sink. Connected dishwasher and repaired a leak in the drain from my kitchen. Carlos is friendly and does a great job. I would definately recomment him to all my friends.

Carlos and his helper arrived promptly, put on booties and put down drop cloths to protect flooring on path to outside. Worked efficiently to get old heater out and new one in. Had to go to supply house to get a needed part. Came back to finish installation. When heater turned on, discovered existing hot and cold water lines were switched. Redid so that cold water fed into proper outlet. When heater turned back on, discovered leak in new heater, called supplier to report defective heater. Supplier delivered new heater promptly. Drained defective heater removed from attic, replaced with new heater. I can't say enough about Carlos' composure handling the unfortunate extra work.. He apologized for the inconvenience, but simply stated it was not good day for him. (He certainly did not anticipate having to take a second heater down from and up to the attic.) I appreciated him handling the problem cheerfully. The inspector commented on the fact that the installation was a job well done. We appreciate Carlos' willingness to answer questions and explain how things work to us. We will call him in the future if we have plumbing needs.

vAfter receiving a ridiculously high bid from another plumber to replace a toilet (I already had the new toilet, so only needed install), I decided to do it myself. After removing the toilet I discovered that the water valve was leaking. I called Carlos to come replace the valve and finish the toilet install. He arrived right on time the next morning and began working on the issue. He pointed out a couple of things in the process that needed to be corrected, which he did. While he was there I asked him about an issue I had with the hot and cold valves for the washer in the laundry room. He didn't have enough time that morning to replace those valves because of another appointment commitment, but was more than willing to come back that afternoon to finish. He came back in the afternoon and finished up all of the work. He was much more reasonably priced than the other plumber I had talked to and I felt that he was more honest as well. I would highly recommend Carlos and All Metroplex Plumbing.

I would highly recommend Carlos and All Metroplex Plumbing. I had a leaking water heater. An out of town plumber friend recommended I have the water heater replaced due to its age. I called a couple of plumbers and got estimates. Carlos' estimate was right around the quote my plumber friend said it should cost. Carlos' quote was also slightly cheaper than the quotes I got from two other plumbers. He was very nice, professional, showed up on time, and did a quality job. He set out mats throughout the house to make sure he didn't leave any mess on the floor. He was very patient in answering all of my questions. He made sure everything worked before he left. He did a great job!

The water line between the meter and my house had developed a crack near the meter and was leaking. This was the third leak in as many years to occur in the Quest pipe material, a material no longer approved due to its tendency to fail over time. For the previous two leaks I dug down to the leak source and patched the pipe. However, I knew that someday I would eventually need to replace the line, at a significant expense. In no mood to dig down the 3? to repair the leak for a third time, I decided to bite the bullet have the line replaced. I used Angie?s List to identify several plumbers and called to request a quote. I received a no quote and several others that made me want to sit down and catch my breath. Still without water, I then called All Metroplex. Carlos, owner and operator, arrived early and was friendly and professional. His quote was significantly lower than the others with the same 3 day lead time. After giving Carlos the job he was able to move up the start of work by one day by calling Dig Tess (Texas 811) and expedite my original request with them for utility marking from 48 hours to that same afternoon. Carlos arrived early the next morning and he and his helper started in right away. Since the direct path from the meter to the house would come too close to the large shade tree in front, I asked if they could extend the dig around to reduce the root damage that would surely stress the tree. Carlos understood my concern, was very amenable, and ran the line around and away from the tree. The worked occurred on Friday so it was going to be the following Monday before the building inspector would approve the work, so that meant that I would have an exposed trench in the front yard all weekend. Carlos and his helper worked through lunch without a break in order to get the job done early that afternoon and was able to have an inspector come by and approve the work. The workmanship was excellent and was easily approved. The trench was then filled and the grass sod was replaced. Due to the leak eroding away a significant amount of soil near the meter, there wasn?t enough fill dirt to level the area. So Carlos purchased top soil and filled the low spots. After completion of the work the area was cleaned and the walks hosed clean. I am very satisfied with Carlos? work, his professionalism, and his ability to expedite the process. I now have water, and a new plumber.

All Metroplex plumbing (Carlos) arrived promptly, made the repair I requested and professionally recommended an additional repair be made in the future. He advised replacing the fill valve, at some point, since it was old and would probably go out soon. With company coming for an extended stay, I opted to make the additonal repair now. Carlos left to get the required part (only took him 10 to15 minutes), returned and installed it; however, after installing he discovered it was not functioning to his satisfaction. He adjusted it as much as he could but still did not get the optimum result (water level).He pointed this out and gave me options ? leave as is or put original part back in until he could special order a replacement from Kohler (this model toilet does not accept the universal part for reasons only Kohler knows). I chose the latter. Anyway - basically Carlos did twice the work but did not charge me for it (and he deducted the Angie?s List 15% discount coupon from my total invoice amount). He will be returning as soon as he receives the part from Kohler. Carlos was very professional, extremely courteous, patient, explained everything and solicitously ensured the work was performed to my satisfaction. I am more than satisfied. All Metroplex (Carlos) is now my ?go to? plumbing expert. Please note ? it is very early for me and this is my first review for Angie?s List. My description of work performed may not be technically correct (since I?ve slept since it was done and my memory is now a little fuzzy) but I hope gets the basic point across ? that the service could not have been better. A+++ for All Metroplex and Carlos.

Carlos was excellent. This is the second time I used him and he did another great job for me. He had to work inside the house this time and he placed clean mats on the floor and wore shoe protectors so that he would not get any dirt inside of the house. I just cannot say enough good about this guy. He was on time, pricing was good and he did excellent work. He knows his business. We talked about hot water tank design, galvanic corrosion problems with hot water tanks and the pros and cons of copper versus PEX water lines. Carlos being a Master Plumber is well educated and very knowledgeable about his profession. Overall I am so pleased with him and will use him in the future.

I called Carlos at All Metroplex Plumbing after another company had had difficulty clearing the sewer line and claimed there was a break in the sewer line on the city's side of my property line that prevented them from clearing the line. The city in turn claimed they couldn't look at it to confirm there was something they needed to fix until the line was cleared, and it's the homeowner's responsibility to clear sewer lines all the way to the main line. With a stalemate between the original plumber and the city, I needed another opinion. I gave Carlos the reports I'd gotten from the previous visits and he spent a good amount of time talking with me, answering my questions, and explaining what might happen in different scenarios before he began clearing the line. He was able to successfully cable the sewer line all the way to the main line, which the previous company had said was impossible. After that, he did a video inspection of the line to check for any issues. He identified some small misalignments where the residential line joined the main line, and a member of the city's public works crew was able to stop by and have a look at it as well. Carlos also gave me some information regarding the life of the sewer line and general maintenance. Carlos at All Metroplex Plumbing was prompt, polite, friendly, informative, and cleaned up the site properly when he was finished. The pricing was straightforward, and I received an Angie's List discount. I really appreciate that he was able to do the job right so that I could quit worrying about the sewer line! If you're looking for a plumber, I would definitely recommend giving All Metroplex Plumbing a try.

Carlos is FANTASTIC. I am a Civil engineer and I do much of my own work at my home (I installed new water heaters, installed my own underground sprinkler system, replaced garbage disposals, etc., etc.). I do this to save a bit of money but mostly I do this becuase when I have work done by others at my home I am usually disappointed with the job and many times I re-do it myself. This last job (installation of a pressure regulator and double check back flow valve) I just did not have enough time to do it all myself. So I joined Angie's list (first time user) and found All Metroplex Plumbing (Carlos Moreno). Carlos answered my call at 8:00 pm at night and came out the next day. He called before he arrived and he actually got there early. He did a great job even with my very high standards. He cleaned up after himself and he wanted to make sure I was happy with his work. I no longer need my monkey wrenches, solder, flux, or torch with someone like Carlos around. The next plumging problem I have I will not even think of doing it myself. I will call Carlos. If you got a plumbing problem call Carlos. You will be glad you did.

He showed up on time and very professional. The last toilet was installed in correctly. He explained the problem clearly. We bought a new toilet that was the correct size. It is too bad that I can not give him an A+++++++. He is that good. He called a week after the work was performed to make sure everything was working and we were pleased with his work.

This is the second call for All Metroplex. Mr. Carlos himself came to our house for the kitchen and bathrooms faucet change once without any charge. On time or a bit earlier for our convenience always. Knowledgeable, professional and very humble to sale. Gave us really nice and sweet suggestions to saving our expense. My husband and I love him and call him again if we need any plumbing job.

The poor guy came on Mother’s Day and spent two and a half hours on something that I thought would take thirty minutes and took care of it so he was great. He was in uniform on a Sunday morning in clean truck and had things on his feet.

it went very well. Even though the shower knob assembly was missing a part, he was able to finish the job. He was great, I would definitely call him again.

Carlos arrived right on time, as usual, and proceeded to install new angle stops and supply lines in the master bathroom. He then installed the circulation pump on the hot water tank. We now have instant hot water in the master bathroom. We have used Carlos twice before and have been extremely pleased with his promptness and quality of work. A few months ago he replaced a outside water faucet and even showed us how to replace it if it happens to break again. We recommend him and will definitely use him if we have another plumbing problem.

Carlos was very polite he answered all our questions without us even asking them. He was quick and efficient. In the future if I need a plumber Carlos will be my only call.

I'm sitting here amazed at what just happened and can't wait to brag on Carlos at All Metroplex Plumbing! Our water heater alarm went off this morning, which shut down our supply. I called Carlos and he was available within two hours, which was GREAT news, as I was anticipating the stereotypical wait associated with plumbing problems. It turns out the alarm was tripped by something simple to fix. He took care of it and explained how I could troubleshoot the issue if it occurred again. I thanked him and walked off to grab my wallet, but he refused payment! Now, it may have been an easy fix, but it was a fix all the same and I tried to convince him to let me pay him something for his time. He just wouldn't have it, saying, "I would never charge you for something like that, ma'am." Whaaa?? Who does that anymore? We called him out several months prior to this with similar results: availability, humility and friendliness, professionalism, and reasonable rates. I'm so excited to find a plumber who I trust and like enough to refer! Call Carlos!! But pay him. ;)

I knew I had a major water leak when I opened my last month's water bill. Because of the high praise for All Metroplex Plumbing on Angie's List, I contacted them immediately. The entire experience, from the first conversation with Carlos to handing him payment for the repair, was very positive. We made an initial appointment to access the situation. Carlos arrived on time, listened, looked, asked questions, and was very knowledgeable. He called in an expert leak locator, who came a couple of days later and spent 20 to 30 minutes locating the leak ($225 charge paid directly to leak locator). Carlos assured me that this fellow could locate a leak within inches, and he did just that. The leak was identified as a "slab leak" and was located in a tight spot between a wall and the commode in the master bath. Since the leak was near an outside wall, Carlos recommended that they tunnel from the outside to repair the leak. Because of my schedule, we made an appointment a few days later for the repairs. Carlos and his crew arrived about 8:30 a.m. to begin work, and finished around 2:30 p.m.. They were very nice and knowledgable, worked hard, big hole, made the repair, covered the hole, and finish very neat and tidy. My water meter isn't spinning out of control any longer, and I am a very happy customer. Thank you, Carlos and crew!

I have known Mr. Moreno for many years and have always used his services. I recommend him to all my family and friends. I never feel that he is pushing services that I don't need like a used car salesman would do. His prices are fair and he always gives me options as to what can be done. He is someone that can be trusted.

We have had a variety of unusual issues with our plumbing over the past year, due to a poor plumbing job when the house was originally built. All Metroplex Plumbing was recommended to us by a friend, and we could not be more pleased. From toilet replacement and sewer line repair, to general drain clogs, to water heater thermocouples, Carlos and Fred have saved the day several times for us. We have been especially impressed by their knowledge, willingness to fully explain the problem and suggested solution, and their honesty if another company needs to be contacted because an appliance is under warranty. Not once have I felt I was being taken advantage of or sold "a line" just so they could do unnecessary repairs or replacements to make more money. My only hesitation of giving such a glowing review is that I selfishly don't want them to get so busy that they have to expand their company and take on other plumbers that may not be as good or who don't share their work and quality ethic! Well done, Carlos and Fred. If I could give an A+ overall, I would!

Those guys are good. We paid a little extra for parts but he was reasonable, it was like if we bought the parts from a store. We were really happy. He was courteous and put on the booties. The office people were nice, and they came out when they said they would. No complaints at all.

We had a failed inspection for our plumbing with a real estate sales. Carlos came to our rescue with his knowledge and immediately found the leaks by seeing how much water was going through the water meter. The leaks were found and a near hidden leaky fixture was replaced. Carlos Moreno is a very professional plumber and a honest straightforward man. He is someone you can put your trust in to become your plumber. We were delighted with his quality work and his high ethical standards. He's the plumber you want on your list to call when you need a good man to help with plumbing problems. I recommend him highly.

Second time I've used Carlos - first to replace hot water heater that was under warranty (installed by Home Depot originally) & second to replace kitchen faucet that broke off in my hand. He gave me suggestions of what to look for in new faucet & where I'd get best pricing. He also squeezed me in before he took time off for his 2nd baby's birth (which I really appreciated!!). In both cases he's given me an accurate estimate over the phone; and gave suggestions of some add'l option -- some I've done and others I haven't... and I've never felt pressured by his suggestions.

Mr. Carlos himself showed up even earlier than the appointment in the morning which was very nice to suit our schedule. He checked two automatically flow toilets (my husband could not fix with several trials) very carefully and explained us what's wrong and what we needed. It was really easy to understand and we loved his way to say: It will cost $$ or $$ flat. I won't charge for labor hour. He fixed both toilet problems and taught us what should we watch carefully from now on due to the 20 years old house. It was quick, nice and professional work. He was also saying he care a lot about the customers with Angie's List. He should be highly recommended for everybody who has a pluming problem. I feel sorry for him that I could not have time to write review till today....:)

I was given all my options and cost for each and then given details of the best option and why I should select that one. I was so happy I did. And most of all I was explained the issue in detail so I would understand the workings of the unit. This company is a keeper for EVER!

Carlos was responsive, called prior to the appointment and provided an ETA. Provided the cost before the service was performed and checked all work and went through what was done with me before leaving. He was professional and friendly and I have found my life-time plumber. He was outstanding.
