Mr. Carols was honest and trustworthy at the first visit for estimation, and gave us some discount because of the Angie's list member. This time was the third time to have him in our house and fix stuff. He was very nice to adjust his schedule along to delayed faucets shipment from Home Depot, and arrived punctually early in the morning. Cleaned up very nicely after the work had been done earlier than he promised. We feel we are so lucky to find him as our home plumber.

Our main line to our house became clogged causing our bath tubs, shower, and toilets to backup with water. Carlos was awesome. He arrived earlier than expected, which was great for us because we were trying to spend the day out of the house since the plumbing was not working properly. We have an infant so spending the day away from home can be unpredictable, to say the least. Carlos was able to diagnose our problem quickly as a clogged main pipe. He was very honest with us about the solution and explained everything he would do and that would possibly need to be done in the future to prevent the problem from recurring. He was clean and had our plumbing back in working order quickly. We would definitely use All Metroplex Plumbing again.

They came. They checked everything the last company said I needed. Metroplex Plumbing found nothing wrong at all! They were thorough and very good! They tended to what I needed done right away!

Carlos with All Metroplex Plumbing replaced our upstairs water heater last year. As luck would have it, our downstairs water heater also recently went out after 13 years of service. We called Carlos again. Just like last time, he was professional and did a good job. He was able to come out the same day to ensure this water heater wouldn't require any special parts. He then came out the day after and replaced the water heater. I would recommend him!

Went very well compled job in a quality manner

This is the third job Carlos has done at my place. As always he did a great job. He arrived on time, did the work requested and cleaned up after himself. With me being an engineer I know plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc., and Carlos is the only person I trust with my house. If you want a plumber who knows what he is doing and does great work call Carlos. I just cannot say enough good about him.

I thought I had submitted a review for January's work but did not so here goes: I?ve used All Metroplex Plumbing twice and am about to ask them to do more work. Carlos Moreno (the owner) did much more than simply replace the water heater. There were code violations that could potentially have dangerous results. He corrected all of the violations. Also we wanted the same 65 gallon size and brand we were replacing since it lasted over 15 years. It now had different dimensions and would not fit in the garage water heater closet. He advised some modifications and we had our sheet rock/painter make some changes. Carlos also did some of the modifications himself. I don?t think another plumber would have bothered to deal with the hassles. He also had to search for and order the water heater but managed to somehow get and install it the next day apologizing for the ?delay?. It would have taken much long if previous replacements (that were installed incorrectly) were indicative. Also he suggested installing a pan w/drain that we did not have (years ago an old heater leaked on Christmas day and flooded our living room ? and we had carpet then ? yuck). His work was exemplary and even with changes and additions the final cost was under his estimated quote (when does that happen?). The review form says ?we want all the details" so: Another thought - whenever I have requested permits in the past I received the same responses ? ?Sure, but your costs will probably double?. This includes not just plumbers but home remodeling contractors, electricians, etc. Carlos tells you up front he will be obtaining a permit and it does not seem to effect his prices. His prices were very fair ? lower than any previous plumbers.

Their plumbers are not technician and they can spend hours on the phone with Tech Support.

Carlos initially said he could not get to me until Sat morning, but called me Friday afternoon and said he was finished up early on his other calls and he could come help me, and he did within the hour, and provided me excellent service! I greatly appreciated it. I will definitely use him again!

Carlos was prompt and efficient - he quickly figured out that it was just a huge clog since the previous owners had had little girls and I guess over time, their hair got down into the pipes because he pulled out what looked like thick rope. Tub drained perfectly, no chemicals needed. We also asked him to install a dual shower head for us in the master bathroom. He completed that in short order as well. I don't think he was at the house for more than an hour. We found the $55 charge for the installation of the shower head a little steep but we were glad that he was able to do it for us on the fly and so quickly. We will use him again.

Carlos quickly identified the location of the leak...and fixed it well. He seems to quote higher price and then reduce after completion.

When I called All Metroplex Plumbing, Carlos, the owner, answered the telephone. After I explained my needs, he quickly set up a day and time to do the work; he was very pleasant. His arrival was prompt on the appointed day. Before doing any thing, he put on booties to cover his shoes; he put them on every time he came into the house and took them off when he went out to his van. This could be a small thing to some people, but it was a big and important thing to me. Carlos looked at the situation in my bathroom and explained to me what he had to do. He worked quietly and efficiently the entire time. When he was finished, he went over every aspect of my new toilet and its interesting features; my old toilet was so old and leaky I couldn't believe I hadn't replaced it sooner. He had put caulking around the base of the toilet, making it look nicer. I could tell that he put effort and care into his work. I can't say enough about Carlos and his excellent work. I will definitely be calling him again in the future for my other plumbing issues, and I will not hesitate to tell my friends about his outstanding work. t-gu

We have used him quite a few times in the past few years and we are still very satisfied with Carlos and his work. Yesterday we had him come out because we had a broken pipe under the foundation of our house. As usual, he and his crew arrived at the time he said he would. Before they started digging under the foundation they laid down some pieces of wood and piled the dirt that they dug from the foundation on the wood. They had to dig a very wide deep hole and under the foundation for several feet. They worked all day digging the hole, replacing the broken pipe and filling in the hole. When they were almost finished we noticed that our kitchen sink evidently had a leak as the cabinet under the sink was very wet. Carlos looked at it and said we needed a new faucet and if we wanted to run to Home Depot he would install it for us after he finished the outside work. We did get a new faucet and even though he must have been tired from working outside all day in the warm weather, he installed the new faucet for us. Carlos always has a smile, always willing to help when needed. We have used him numerous times for different plumbing problems. He always does an excellent job and always has useful information regarding the work he has just finished. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He has always done a good job for us and his fees are reasonable also. He is the best plumber we have ever had.

He was very helpful and explained and showed me what they were doing.

He did a very good job. He did not charge anything extra for the additional services. They were on time and I had used them previously. I will go back to them every time I have plumbing needs.

Carlos came to my home and let me know it was a dishwasher issue and he said he does not work on appliances. He told me to call an appliance repair company and if it was something else he would definitely come back. I do plan on calling him for any future plumbing needs.

The same day I called Carlos Moreno with a my concern about a soggy wet spot in yard near my home's foundation of which the Andy's sprinkler company had come and said a plumber was needed to repair leaking hose bibs and re-check pressure in line. Carolos Moreno was in the area and came right away to check out this concern. He said that the hose bibs were actually not tied into my home's plumbing but, tied into the irrigation system and a knowledgeable sprinkler company should have known this and corrected it. I called Andy's Sprinkler Co. while the Plumbing Co. was there so that they know that Luis from Andy's Sprinkler should have taken care of this on their visit instead of having me call a licensed plumber . All Metroplex Plumbing did not want to charge me for a sprinkler related matter however, I wanted to have the problem fixed and not have to stay home for another visit by the Sprinkler Co. So I requested Carlos to do this repair. He drove to a home depot to get parts needed and returned and did repair and check the pressure in the irrigation system and in my home. Carlos was very polite and did a good job. I will definitely use his company again.

I called Carlos to replace the innards of a toilet tank that had previously overflowed. We set up an appointment and he gave me a courtesy call ahead of time and showed up even a few minutes early. He immediately walked me through a no BS estimate of what I was in for and walked me through exactly what he was going to do. I went ahead and had him do another toilet in the house and check the other ones too. Carlos wasted no time...he went to work non stop for a few hours without even taking a breather. He left everything spotless afterwards too. There were no surprises on the estimate afterwards and he even honored an Angies list coupon that happened to be running. An honest, nice, hard working guy...highly recommend him.

Carlos was punctual, professional, and polite. I am a real estate broker and he is on my 'fav' list! I will not only highly recommend him but also use him for any property issues I have in the future. He is extremely knowledgable and communicates well. I believe he is honest and fair and takes pride in his work. His prices are affordable: a fair price for a great job - one done with quality materials and 'done right'

He came out and check on a problem I was having with an outdoor faucet. He was polite and honest. He gave me my options and listed the pros and cons of each one. I chose not to have the work done at this time. For any future plumbing issues, I will probably contact this company first.

I originally called a plumber i used a couple of month's ago but he was booked until the 17th. I saw All Metroplex Plumbing in the Angie's list Magazine named one of the top 100 Best Contractors in Dallas/FW. So i called All Metroplex Plumbing and booked an appointment for today. Carlos showed up when promised. He looked at our outdoor facet and gave me three options. I went with replacing our old one with a "frost-free" facet that won't freeze and bust. He had to shave the brick down to make it fit flush. He did a great job. I felt his price to be fair. I'm going to have him replace our old shower head and knobs next month.

Carlos was very professional and helpful. This is the 2nd time we have had him come out and it won't be the last.

Mr. Moreno was very professional and very patient in his explanations of our situation. He was very prompt. In fact, he was available earlier than the established appointment window. He called and asked if he could come early. Very unusual and very courteous. We certainly will use Mr. Moreno again.

My home is an older pier and beam home and, over the past few years, Carlos Moreno, the owner of All Metroplex Plumbing, has completed several plumbing projects for me. He installed a new water heater and made sure it was up to code. Carlos replaced all the plumbing underneath my house, including pipes that go from below into the house. During a remodel job, he installed plumbing in a hallway closet and then installed new stackable washer and dryer. He disconnected the old washer and dryer from my kitchen and removed the water and plumbing lines. He ran a new water line from underneath the house to the new refrigerator. He removed the old sink and an under-the sink dishwasher. After the new cabinet was installed, he connected water and drainage lines onto the new sink and installed a new garbage disposal. Finally, he installed a new full size dishwasher into the cut out on the old cabinet. Carlos was instrumental in helping me to understand when I needed different trade folks during the remodel job. He told me what needed to be done by an electrician, including moving the ground wire, helped me to locate a residential venting professional, and explained that I would need sheetrock to hide the new plumbing lines in the washer/dryer closet. The first time Carlos worked on my house, I was impressed with his pride in craftsmanship and his dependability. I have learned that he is a trusted and ethical professional who will do what he says and do it well. I believe Carlos? charges are competitive.

He was awesome. Before he comes into your home he covers his boots. I was more than pleased with his work, and I’ve recommended him to several friends who have used him as well.
