It was an emergency, so Carlos responded immediately and came out within a couple of hours. We were happy with the work her performed.

The work was performed on time as scheduled to perfection. The house was left spotless after the work was completed.

A pipe below our kitchen sink was leaking a decent amount of water. Carlos determined the cause and fixed it in under five minutes, and kindly charged me the minimum callout fee of $75 - so essentially not charging for the actual repair! Needless to say, this is the kind of business I believe deseves loyatly, which is why he now has mine.

Very positive experience - on all accounts! Carlos stayed in communication regarding our appointment time. He even called to offer to come early when his schedule had cleared. He used shoe covers when he entered the house and went right to work diagnosing the problem. It's easy to recognize the voice of experience when you hear it, and that describes Carlos Morena. Our problem wasn't one where you could simply follow the dripping water to the source - it was an exercise in critical thinking and good old fashioned trouble-shooting. There is no substitution for experience and the ability to think through a problem. Because the gas flow to the water heater pilot was blocked, it could have been anything from a common and inexpensive thermocouple or a much more costly gas controller. But since it was only a matter of clearing debris from the pilot line, the bill was for labor only. Upon completing the repair, Carlos double-checked all connections for leaks, and cleaned-up the work area. Professional, experienced, knowledgeable, attention to detail, and honest. I'm looking forward to calling Carlos back out next time we need a plumber and have no reservations of any kind recommending to friends and family.

Carlos arrived on-time, we agreed on what work was to be done, and he gave me a price before starting the work. I had a couple of quotes for prices from other companies. Carlos was by far the most honest and came in well over 2000 dollars under the other quotes. Came to do the repair on a Saturday without any weekend charge. The price was exactly what he quoted. No surprises. They were on time and extremely polite. Will use again in the future.

Carlos was great. Really good at answering the phone and keeping you advised. Needed him late on a Saturday. He said he thought he could get there but may be Sunday which is at a premium. Well, he got there and fixed the disposal quickly. He even called a few days later to make sure all was OK. Now, that is a first! Will use Carlos again!

Looked over job and gave cost analysis before starting any work. Very professional and cleaned up not only any mess he made, but also the fixtures he worked on. Very courteous and hard working.

I have a slab foundation 2 story home with two baths upstairs and a half bath downstairs. The problem was the downstairs toilet backed up. Everything else worked fine. I've have two plumbers out previously to find this problem. The first used a camera and told me I had tree roots in the line to that toilet. He said he really only worked on the service lines to the home from the street. I removed the toilet and found tree roots were between the 4" conduit and my slab and also inside the 4" conduit. I didn't know which way the roots had entered the conduit. They may have entered through a crack or they may have entered from between the conduit and the slab and then gone down into the conduit. I called a 2nd plumber he said the roots came into the pipe from a crack. He said it would be approx $2500-$3500 to repair. He would need to break the slab. Instead I broke the slab and dug down and found no cracks or roots entering. I called Carlos he was on time and very professional. Carlos used a camera to look at the problem. He said he needed to cut a hole in the wall to access the vent pipe so that he would have the correct angle and then he could remove what roots were in there. This worked beautifully. He then used the camera again and saw no cracks or roots. It's refreshing to find someone that is very good at there job. He was upfront about all costs and I would hire him again if I ever need another plumber. I highly recommend this contractor!

Faucet repair was something I always thought you could do yourself. However, when our "guaranteed -for -life" faucet broke and the company sent us a box of parts, it was clear we needed to call a professional. I found All Metroplex Plumbing on Angies List. Called him this morning and made an appointment for this afternoon. I am not naive enough to believe that same-day service will be everyone's experience but it was mine. Mr. Moreno gave me a two hour time frame of when he could come to my home -- based on my schedule-- and he was there within the agreed upon time. He had faucet working with all the new parts inside of an hour. I felt a little better about calling a plumber knowing that he had a special tool to remove the faucet cartridge as part if the repair. I've lived and owned homes in three different states and I don't know that I have ever seen a more professional plumber. He and his assistant put on paper "booties" to protect my floor, they put mats over the kitchen floor to protect them from spills and took away the old parts as opposed to leaving things behind for me to clean up. We have only been in this area for about a year and as everyone knows, finding good people to do repairs is often scary and costly. We now have a new household plumber.

As usual, Carlos came to the house shortly after we called him, and as usual, he was smiling. He had to get replacement parts so he came back a couple of days later to replace the bad parts. When we asked him what the charge was, he said we owed nothing. He said the parts shouldn't have failed that soon and refused to take any money for his work. We have used Carlos several times in the past few years and he is a top notch plumber, always able to fix our problems and his fees are very reasonable. He is very neat when working in the house, clean-up after him is unnecessary. Helpful giving us advice regarding plumbing, We found that we had a broken sewer pipe underground last summer. We had to have a couple of plumbers out for insurance purposes and one plumber said he would cut a hole in the bedroom where the sewer pipe was located. We definitely did not want anyone digging up our wood floors, and and tracking through he house with dirt and cement, so we called Carlos. Carlos said he would not go that way because it was too messy. He and his men dug under the house and yard, found the broken pipe, fixed it, replaced all of the dirt , grass and shrubbery. It was hard to tell where they dug as all of the grass and shrubbery was back in place! He is #1 as far as we are concerned. Don't hesitate to use him, he won't disappoint you. ` We have recommended him to several people and they are as pleased with him as we are. He He always has a smile on his face, very polite and pleasant.

I am delighted to recommend Carlos as a No.1 plumber around this area. Many of you surely have such experiences: When you took your kid to a dentist, a dentist told you ?Haai, I noticed the defect ?A? in row of teeth, it is highly recommended to fix it. Also, I found that a back tooth ?B? has a cavity, so it must be treated. And there are also carries ?C? and ?D?, they must be fixed as soon as possible?.?. Or, when you took your car to a garage, a mechanic told you, ? Well, I noticed that part ?X? must be fixed before the inspection. Also ?Y? must be changed, otherwise you will have a collision. The belt ?Z? is very old and should be replaced now..? The biggest problem for us is the lack of mutual trust. We are not the experts of dental or car things and have no choice but to follow what they say. Yes, it might be true that fixation/replacement ?ABCD? and ?XYZ? is really necessary. But we cannot wipe out the feeling of suspicion: ?Really necessary? Could be a kind of rip-off??? If you do not want to experience such an unpleasant feeling regarding with your plumbing problem, I strongly recommend calling Carlos. Carlos is a man of honest and sincerity with a strong sense of responsibility. He is neither talkative nor garrulous. He is reticent and just works. He does not brag about his techniques, but his works are exquisitely excellent. And he does never overcharge for his work, always honest billing. Always he explains us the cost and detail before he starts the fixation. If he says the replacement is necessary, yes, that is definitely necessary and neither more nor less than reality. He is reliable and you can trust what he says. Also, many of you surely have such a bad experience: ?Oh yeah, oh yeah, we will come to you around noon?. And no show till the evening and later at night when you call them, you hear, ?oh yeah, oh yeah, we have been busy and did not have time today. Tomorrow morning, we'll be there. SURE! " By~e!?. Carlos does not do this. He is always punctual. When he says he will come between 8 and 9 o?clock, he comes definitely before 9 o?clock. I wish this comment would be helpful for all of you who are looking for a good plumber in North Irving ~ Lewisville area. I recommend him without any hesitation and exaggeration that he is one of the best plumbers around here. Once you talk with him and once you see what he did for you, you will understand what I am saying. And I am sure that you also come to write a recommendation for him like this!! To know such a professional person is a biggest happiness and blessing for my life in Irving. I am very lucky that I know him. I knew that I had a hot water leak under the slab of our house but once Carlos, and his crew, found the leak they discovered that the sewer line in the area was also broken, probably from having the foundation repaired. Since they were already under the slab we had the sewer line repaired as well. It was surprising that they managed to get all the work done, and refilled the tunnel under the house in one day. (They moved a lot of dirt)

I have used Carlos' service in the past and have been fully satisfied. Carlos and his assistant arrived ahead of schedule. He diagnosed the bathroom sink and determined it was a simple fix. I also asked him to install a water hammer arrestor on the line to the water heater. He purchased the parts and completed the installation of the arrestor. He is a conscientious worker that thoroughly analyses the problem and gives you honest feedback on the problem. I highly recommend using his services and I will use Carlos and his staff for ALL of my plumbing needs.

Carlos and his assistant arrived at the appointed time, diagnosed the problems, and quickly and accurately put the toilets back in working order. They were courteous, tidy and efficient. Carlos guaranteed his work for one year. I recommend him to others and will use him in the future if needed.

Carlos arrived exactly when he said. He did the work in a very efficient manner and was very clean, even going so far as to put coverings over his shoes every time he came into the house. His prices were very fair. I was so pleased that I called him again a few weeks later for a toilet leak problem at my son's house. He could not find any current leak and said the description of the event didn't sound like it had come from the toilet seal. He explained in detail how that kind of leak would show up in that situation and what to look for if it happened. Since there was no work to do he did not charge anything. He even called back a few days later to check in and see if any leak had re-appeared. This guy is knowledgeable, thorough, clean, efficient and honest. He's my plumber of choice from now on.

I had reached out to Carlos before for an outside faucet issue which he he was prompt and thorough with and most recently I called hom for toilet repair. Both times I have used Carlos I have needed an appointment same day or next day due to my schedule and he has always been able to fit me in. For my toilet Carlos came in (very courteous of my home) reviewed the issue, came up with a solution quickly, advised me of cost, and we moved forward with repair. I needed all new guts (as I call it) for my tank, he completed this quickly and with little to no mess. My toilet is like new again! I did feel like the price was a little high so Carlos was willing to fully disclose and work with me to ensure my satisfaction. I'm,very pleased with him and will continue to use him for any plumbing needs.

He had to take the slab out and there was like a three foot hole. He replaced the toiled and I had no issues with the work at all. I would use him again.

He has done excellent job for me. He repaired my toilet for me and redid nubs and valves in my bath tub. He also put in a toilet before prior and did some valves as well. He was on time, knowledgeable and polite. He is very competent and I have no dislike at all. I recommended him to my Realtor and a number of her clients used him before they put their house on the market and they were very pleased with him.

I had used Carlos before and he is very honest and does a thorough job. There was a lot of plumbing work that needed to be done. Carlos made one trip to get the necessary parts and was done in 4 hours. I was very pleased with the results and after onemonth - there have been no issues.

Carlos was very professional and he always put on plastic "booties" before entering the house. He had all the necessary equipment to locate the sewer clean-outs and the broken sewer line. He extended a video device down the line and showed me the where the line was broken. He and his workers came out on Saturday at the time he said he would be here and made the repairs. He asked me to come out and look at the repairs before they covered the section back with dirt. They did an excellent job and they left the lawn neat and clean. I found his pricing to be reasonable. I highly recommend this plumber.
