We found Carlos to be very thorough in his explanation of how and why the water got in and what we need to check in the future. He was more than fair to not charge us. He had to drive to our house to trouble shoot the problem, which takes time and money. Carlos impressed us when he installed the heater 2 years ago and he did it again today. We will certainly continue to call him for our plumbing needs whenever they arise.

Carlos is awesome!!! I called around to a few different companies in an attempt to try and get the best service matched by competitive pricing. I finally got to All Metroplex Plumbing and judging by the reviews on Angies List, I decided to give them a call. I contacted them on a Monday. Carlos was very courteous and professional from the start. He initially advised that he would be able to come out to my home on the upcoming Thursday to give quote. On Tuesday, he contacted me and advised that he was nearly complete with a different job and asked if it would be ok if he stopped by for the quote and if agreed on pricing, would complete the install on Thursday. Carlos stopped by on Tuesday and gave a visual inspection of the 2nd water heater. Carlos gave me a thorough explanation of the process and what needed to be done. He answered all of my questions with thorough explanations. On Thursday, Carlos and his partner arrived at my home on time as promised. My primary request, please DO NOT GET MY FLOORS DIRTY and complete the project satisfactory! Carlos went above and beyond with this job! When they finished, Carlos left my home as if he was never there! No dirty carpet and the job appears to be clean! Carlos also honored his company's $50 discount for Hot Water Heater installs. AWESOME WORK Carlos! we will definitely be contacting All Metroplex Plumbing for future needs!

Carlos did a great job. He was very quick returning my call to schedule the appointment, he showed up on time and performed the job in around an hour. He was very professional. Carlos did a great job keeping the area clean while he was working and making sure it was in better condition than when he arrived! I will definitely use him again for future plumbing work.

Carlos showed up at the time he said he would. He had to do some things that were extra but he had already explained that to me. He completed the work, disposed of the old toilet and did a great job for us!

While the plumber did the job as expected he was quite annoying with all the phone calls and attempts to reach me to schedule an appointment. He left one message on a Monday morning, which is fine. As most people, I work and Monday's are filled with meetings. I was expecting to call him at some point during lunch or later in the afternoon. He started calling at 8:30 am, then again a few hours later then again in the afternoon. I was not able to return his call so then he decided to show up at my home unannounced the next morning stating he was "in the area". That REALLY rubbed me the wrong way and it was stalker like behavior. I think that is completely unprofessional and did not care for the surprise visit as I work from home and was quite busy. I asked him to leave and to wait until I called him back and scheduled a time with him like normal interactions. I ended up scheduling with him later in the week and he came and did the job as expected. For a plumber a garbage disposal replacement is pretty mundane, so it was done fairly quickly. He did try to charge me $120 for an $80 garbage disposal which I refused to pay. I told him I would buy it on my own and have him return to install it as he had only been there for 10 min to diagnose the issue. My coupon was for an 1 hour of labor. I stated he had not done any labor and had not been there for an hour. He said he did not want to come back and "miss his other appointments to do this installation". At that point, I had really become tired of this guy. I said either he comes back when I have the part or I will request a refund for the coupon or he do it now and charge me the acceptable rate of $80 for the part. He agreed to complete the job and I paid $80 for the garbage disposal. While is actual work was done as expected and was complete, I would not use this company again because of the incessant calls, the unprofessional show up and the price nonsense he gave me. Too many companies out there to deal with all that ridiculousness.

This is the 2nd time I have used All Metropllex Plumbing. Carlos is very professional. He completes his work in a meticulous, neat, and considerate manner. My questions were answered and explanations were provided.

Quick and efficient. Carlos responded to our call for a Saturday service. He made an allowance to get us in right away. He was fast, polite, prompt and knowledgeable. We will use him for all of our plumbing needs in the future!!

As always, Carlos was prompt, friendly, and professional. We have hired him to perform several plumbing jobs for us, and have always been happy with the results. Our water heater, which he installed almost a year ago, had a flood stop valve installed as well. The controller began malfunctioning in about December, shutting the water off about once a month and not re-opening the valve. Carlos purchased a new unit and replaced our controller, since it was still during the warranty period. He did go above and beyond, though, because due to inadequate attic ventilation, the water heater had previously been backdrafting hot air into the closet, which had warped the control overlay on the flood-stop controller. The ventilation issue had since been fixed (also thanks to some helpful troubleshooting and roof-climbing by Carlos), but Carlos was not sure the flood-stop manufacturer would reimburse him since the unit had some superficial damage. He went ahead and replaced it, possibly on his own dime, and was very gracious about it.

The provider showed up on time for the appointment. He was very courteous and professional. He tested the pipe/connection after the work was completed and gave me a one year warranty. Since it took him less than an hour to complete the job, he only charged me the labor (advertised discount) and no material charge. I will definitely use his service again next time. I will also recommend him to our neighbors, friends, colleagues.

Some major foundation repair led to the near-inevitable damage to plumbing. In this case they were sewar pipes and unfortunately the damage occurred underneath the foundation at the joint of an addition that had been done 10 years earlier. His choices were to tear up my kitchen floor, or to tunnel underneath the foundation about 8 feet. We chose the latter. Carlos, the owner and licensed plumber is one of the most professional contractors I have ever encountered in my life. Not pushy in any way. Even gave me alternatives with other companies. He was very detailed and took pictures and videa showing all the damage and the repairs. He kept me appraised and pretty much required me to be involved in the process every step of the way. This was a very complicated and expensive job but he probably needed to bid it high to cover anything unforseen. In the end it all went smooth. They were done in 2 and a half days and the cleanup outside my house was so good that you could not even tell there had been a hole. I would recommend Carlos for any plumbing job in the Metroplex. I will also add that in my one year of membership this was the 4th time that I have used Angie's list to find contractors all for major work (over $2000 each job) and every time I have had a pleasant experience. We have used Carlos for 3 years for all of our plumbing issues. He is very professional and explains all issues and repairs in detail. He stands out from other service repairmen because he is punctual and cleans up after his work is complete. He has repaired numerous issues for us over the years; we have never had recurrent problems. We believe his pricing to be fair and competitive. We appreciate that he takes pride in his customer service and building an excellent reputation. We plan to use him for a complete bathroom remodel in the near future.

We discovered we had a water leak after walking across our front lawn the evening of 4/7 and finding the ground saturated. Carlos had repaired a slab leak for us in a different area of the house, less than a year ago and we were very happy with his work, so we called him to help us with this repair the morning of 4/8. He said he could come and diagnose the problem the next day, 4/9, between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Carlos called at 11:30 a.m. on 4/9, said he was on his way, arrived around 12 p.m. and began his work. Carlos was very knowledgeable about the situation and he located the water leak, which was in a line under the foundation structure. Amazingly, Carlos said he would call his crew over and they would get started on the leak immediately. When his crew arrived, shrubs were removed, a big hole and a tunnel to the leak was dug. The crew was very neat and tidy. The hole was precise and they laid a tarp on our grass before they started shoveling dirt. Carols repaired the leak, rerouted the line and installed new cut-off valves. The big hole was refilled beautifully, very level and even, and their clean up was very tidy. Because they shoveled the big pile of dirt onto a tarp, our grass was hardly disturbed. The repair and clean up was complete around 7 p.m. Carlos and his crew were very courteous and professional. This repair was costly, but given everything that Carlos and his crew did, the hours they spent here, and the end result, we felt it was a very good value. Do not hesitate to call Carlos and his crew when you have a plumbing issue!

I had repaired this faucet a few years ago. But it was dripping so I bought the parts and tried to replace them again but it kept dripping. With it being a Friday and holiday for many I was having no luck getting a plumber. I called Carlos and he said if he was done with a couple stops early he would let me know. He called within an hour as he finished a stop early and said he would come by on his way to his last stop. I was very grateful for that and he had it done in no time. Plus Carlos was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Would definitely use this company again.

This is the second time Carlos has been out to address our plumbing needs. This time I needed a toilet flange replaced and a new toilet installed. Carlos arrived on time and explained what needed to be done and what the cost would be. He immediately got to work, but upon completing the toilet flange discovered that the toilet I had purchased was the wrong size. I called around, but could not find one that was the right size in stock. Carlos checked with all of his sources and located the one we were looking for. He went and picked it up and returned to install it. He explained the pricing for the toilet up front and also explained that he would warranty it for a year if we purchased through him. While he was here, he also replaced the cutoff valve for the toilet and removed an old utility sink and capped off all of the lines. Carlos was excellent, just as he was the first time we had him out. The quality of his work is also excellent. He cleaned up all of the areas that he worked in and left the place cleaner than he found it. It has been a month now and we couldn't be happier with the work he did and with our new toilet. I would (and have) absolutely recommend Carlos to anyone in need of plumbing work.

We set the appointment with Carlos to come out on 3/24/20159 between 12:30 & 3:00 to install water heater for us. He was punctual and arrived on time at 12:30 like he said he would. He wento to work right away. He had a helper with him. He was very professional in everything he did throughout the installation. His quality of work was excellent. He cleaned up the mess after the completion of the job and before entering our home he put shoe coverings on his shoes. He explained everything about the installation and how the new water heater worked. He said he would set up a time and date for the inspector to come out at our convenience. we will definitely refer All Metroplex Plumbing to all our friends and family. thanks again Carlos

Carlos, as usual, arrived on time, was very professional, and did an outstanding job. He explained the overflow warning system thoroughly. The work was quite extensive and took probably three hours from start to finish. We are very impressed with Carlos in every way. We believe he is very knowledgeable, fair and honest.

Carlos diagnosed the problem with the shower head very quickly. He had a spare cartridge on hand and replaced it. The shower works perfect now. For the water softener, he repaired some leaks and then he secured the backwash line very neatly to prevent future issues with the plumbing. He also recommended the best toilet, and then did a very good job installing it. We found Carlos to be a very honest person. Everything he did was meticulously done and his price was much better than other plumbers. He is very kind and respectful and we found him very easy to work with. We highly recommend him and from now on we will be using him for all our plumbing needs. This is the first review we have written on Angie's List. Because Carlos' work is so good, we wanted everyone to know that!

I had a problem with the faucet (no water flow) in guest bathroom and was expecting guests so it would have been very inconvenient. Carlos made time outside his schedule to come to my house and replace the hardware. He was very responsive to phone calls and messages. He made time to come out and worked late on a Friday for me. He also waived the fee on a previous visit to repair the faucet nozzle since we ended up replacing the whole thing. He is very reliable, professional, and polite and does quality work. Will definitely use him in the future!
