Description of Work: The service was excellent. This was the 2nd time I contacted them for help with a plumbing problem.

Description of Work: Kitchen sink plugged on Thanksgiving. Called them the next morning. Great same day service - super staff!

Description of Work: Due to soil movement, I needed an entire new line from my meter to my house. Some firms in the aera dont do this. The estimator was prompt and the work was completed on time. They were very careful to clean up my yard and to dig up and replace plants where the line was run.

Description of Work: Just had Carlos come out today to fix hot water heater. Ended up replacing under mfgr warranty and Carlos was great speaking with GE and Home Depot to get the exchange done. He also did a much better job installing than the original Home Depot installers. Carlos arrived on time and gave me a free & accurate estimate up front. THANKS!!!

Description of Work: Called for service on what we thought was an outside faucet leak. Called around 8:30am; Carlos said he would be out between 11 and 1. He arrived promptly and quickly determined the leak originated in the HOA's system. He repaired the outside faucet. It was not leaking but an attachment was not working and had "frozen" to the pipe. Carlos removed it and avoided the need to replace the entire faucet. I offered to pay him more than he would accept! Carlos will be first on my list to call the next time I need a plumber.

Description of Work: This company was here on time, the plumber was clean and seemed to know what he was doing and I was happy with his work. He installed new o-rings on my kitchen faucet and it stopped the leak. He was here when he said he would be and cleaned up after he finished the job. His rates was in line with everyone else so what more can one ask for.

Description of Work: I called Carlos to stop several faucets (indoor and outdoor) from dripping. They were approximately 40 years old, so I had him go ahead and replace the outdoor faucet and two indoor faucets, with the underplumbing and turn-off valves, as well as replace a part in the kitchen faucet. He did a wonderful job and I am so pleased. He arrived on time and explained everything in advance. I feel he charged a completely appropriate fee for the services and I absolutely plan to employ him for all future plumbing needs.

Description of Work: My daughters house: replaced the parts inside the tank of the toilet so that it would stop leaking. My bathroom sink: unblocked the drain by using a snake.
