Adams Exterminating Co

I used the Denton locations of Adams Exterminating Co at my old house, and was so pleased to hear that I could use their Lewisville location for my new home in Fort Worth. Adams is a great company and has always done fantastic work for me. They try to make sure you have the same technician at each visit, which means they know your home (and in my case my technician knows my pets!). I'm currently set up to have them come and treat the outside of my new home every other month. If there's a pest problem between regularly scheduled services they will come out and treat the home no charge, and if I ever need them to treat the inside again, they will do that at no charge, as well. The technician even mentioned that after our stuff was moved in (we hired a moving company) if there were any additional issues they would come back and re-treat no charge. He said sometimes moving companies can bring water bugs in their trucks, and anything I needed would be covered by Adams. They're not the cheapest pest company out there, but in my opinion their level of service can't be beat, and they're totally worth the price.

They are always on time and they always let us know a reminder that they are coming. They always question things before they start such as if there is anything new that they need to treat or know about. They do a good job and take care of everything. They always check around on the outside at the foundation and a couple of feet outside into the yard.

They are fantastic. They are awesome. I love those guys. They are really nice. I think I have been using them for 20 years. They are really reasonable and they come every two months. They are really good because if you have a problem, in the mean time they will come out for free and they will fix it. They treat outside the house and they only come inside the house if they have to. I really like those guys. I am very pleased with them. I never had a problem with bugs because of them. The only time I had a problem was when I forgot to throw the potato and there were ants all over it but they handled it well. I will highly recommend them.

The service was set up, way back when,as external pest prevention, requiring only a call to have the tech do an inside service too, as needed. Charlie, the tech, came the first few times as scheduled (by email advisories). The service I received was stellar, and he was both polite and efficient. Then suddenly he would appear on unscheduled days outside and not appear on days I had requested inside service. We discussed it and it became obvious the same person was answering the phones at the time I generally called.Then Charlie broke his arm and had an assistant. I called for an inside service again as I have unwanted multi-legged guests. But, once again an unknown person arrived and apparently did an outside service only... and no door bell. He was gone before I could visit with him. I have had to repeatedly call to get service scheduled on the day or two a month I happen to be in Texas. they have worn out their welcome. 5/29/14 UPDATE After a discussion with General Manager, Jason Johnson, an extremely pleasant technician by the name of Josh was sent to my home. He was very punctual, was obviously quite knowledgeable and made several prudent suggestions and observations. He treated both inside and outside the home and was there almost 40 minutes. Assuming the service remains at this level once again, I shall stick with Adams.

We had them for twenty years. They are awesome. Same guy has been coming out here for twenty years. Since they have done the initial termite treatment, we haven't had any issues at all. They know what they are doing and they are very careful. We had a couple of instances where our dog dug up the bait stations, chew them apart and then they replaced them...no problem. They know and like the dogs, they keep an eye on the property and if they noticed other pest issues, they will let us know but they will not charge us anything. They are nice people.

I have been using their service for about twenty years. I have had them same technician for the past twenty years. I love his service. He comes out and does exactly what needs to be done. They will also come back at no additional charge if there is a problem. In the past, they treated every three months both the inside and outside of the home. They now only treat the outside every two months. They said if there are any problems in the inside, they will come to spray again at no additional charge. I have not seen any pests since they started the treatments. I really like that they don't spray any chemicals in my home. They are awesome and the service has been fantastic. They call ahead to let you know they are coming. . If you can't have them come at the scheduled time, they will accommodate and re schedule.

The experience with Adams Exterminating Co went very well. They show up on time and they are a great service. I've used them since I moved in to the house six years ago and I haven't had a problem. Their demeanor is good.

They do a very good job and that's why we use them. The owner has a PhD in Entomology. Their prices are excellent and they are priced way lower than Terminix and other providers. They send us a card to let us know when they are coming and if it's not convenient for us they have no problem changing it. They are very punctual and professional. I will continue to use them for service.

I like the service. He is dependable. He comes out when he says he will, and he does what he says he is going to do. We don't have bugs in the house, which is a plus.

They have been very good. I have a contract with them. They come out monthly. They do everything to control the problems. There are cheaper companies out there, but they get the job done.
