There seemed to be a scam being run by this company so I ran away from them before they had a chance to get money from me. Wanted me to pay for service over the phone with a credit card BEFORE the first service was performed. Wanted me to sign a multi-year contract BEFORE the first service was performed. Did not want cash or check, wanted only credit card payment. Something fishy in their Lewisville office.

As always, they are timely, professional and thorough. We have used them for pest control and rodent control. They take the time to do a very thorough job. I don't have the service done inside my house. They spray and bait the perimeter of the house. It is always successful and if I have any problems, they return immediately to correct the issue.

So far, so good and the price was fine. It's not the same as others. His responsiveness was great and he's definitely punctual.

I used them for about a year. I stopped using them. I just wasn’t happy with the service but nothing good or bad stood out about them.

The representative was very professional - he let me know what he was doing, why, and what he found. The service includes three follow up visits to re-inspect the area. I receive a friendly reminder for these visits and can call to arrange an exact time for the appointment.

The technician was at my house within three hours of my calling. He was very knowledgable, thorough, professional, & friendly. I feel confident I will have no further issues with termites.

I called at 8am on Monday. They were very polite and helpful on the phone and were able to get someone out to my house that same day. The service guy was punctual, polite and professional. He answered all of my questions and made sure I understood what he was doing and what I should expect to happen as a result. I had a reappearance of termites about 10 days after service and once again I called at 8am on Monday and he was at my house within a couple of hours. It was a great experience overall.

They were very timely, worked very quickly, and knew what they were doing. He even put shoe covers on his feet.

Their pest control service is fine, but I'm actually going to stop using them because they're no longer performing up to my standards in terms of lawn care. Specifically, they never provide advance notice of their arrival, they never let me know when they're at the property, and their treatment hasn't been effective with regard to weed control.

We are happy with them. They've done a good job and have definitely been professional. We haven't had any issues. We have been pleased. In the winter we pay $46 a month and then in the spring we pay $46 every other week. They do the flower beds, cut and weed eat. They are a little pricey.

They work well with my tenants and do a great job. Their price is not the lowest in town, but they deliver good, predictable value for the price they charge. Highly recommended.

They are very thorough, prompt, they come within a few days of our call. They do very good job.

Dennis Jenkins, President, and the Lawn Care Manager contacted me and were very apologetic for the lack of response earlier. The apology was accepted. They agreed to do everything to make things right. That's all I was asking. I appreciate the integrity it takes to admit a mistake. Based on the promises made and my belief ABC will follow through, I have revised my ratings.

Outstanding. He was on time and finished early. Will be back next week to retrieve the traps. He was very patient with me and worked with my schedule and requirements.

When the treatment doesn’t provide satisfactory results, they come out and make return visits at no additional charge. They have a list of other services they provide. Their websites are www.abchomeandcommercial.com and www.goanteater.com. They’re conscientious about the treatment. I didn’t use them for winter treatment and we’re still battling weeds. But they’re staying with me on it and trying to be as helpful as they can about it. One criticism I do have with them is that they tell you on your bill that you can pay your bill online and their website does not work properly. Online it says I don’t owe anything but I’ve got a paper bill in front of me that says I do. They need to fix it so bills can be paid properly online. I have brought this up to their attention already. I could give them a B for their work in treating my lawn but a D in taking care of the website issues. I’m using them because they were recommended to me. If the problems aren’t resolved a year from now, then I’m gonna be shopping around somewhere else and finding out how good they are.

It went well. They were prompt, professional, and courteous. Their prices are higher than expected, however, I am hoping ABC will be more reliable and punctual than Massey/Myers. Once initial service is completed, the technician only treats the outside of the house and checks the termite traps, watching for any signs of termites. If the homeowner has any concerns, the technician will return and address the concerns at no cost as long as the issue falls within scope of contract.

The pantry bugs never went away even after discarding food. Less than two weeks after spraying additional fire ants returned in an area where they previously sprayed. Fortunately ABC returned again to spray.

I used another major pest control service for 15 years but became frustrated with the scheduling process and terminated the company. I contacted ABC over the phone and was very pleased with my first contact who explained all the options available and answered my questions. My first actual call was done by Chad who has been not only very professional and kind but very easy to work with as far as scheduling and the company has been very cooperative with every call and service trip. They have been out several times over the last month to check and control traps. They are always polite ,prompt and professional. I wish I would have changed to ABC years ago.

I would use them again in the future.

The guy who comes out is amazing and awesome. He is really personable. He came out the day after because he missed a couple of things and he was really quick. I moved so he moved my contract for my house. He works with me really well and I still have a contract with him. He charges me $100 a quarter.

I have been using them for many years. They are very good. They are polite and professional. They wear uniforms. They listen to your concerns. If you have a contract with them, they come out at no charge, anytime you have a problem. They just come out and address the issue for you. Their employees are background screened. They have access to your house. That makes me feel more comfortable. They are professional. They are a little pricey, but worth it. They are coming tomorrow!

This technician is amazing, so customer service oriented, professional etc.!!!!! I have been a customer with ABC for the last 12 years at my last home address and sometimes the service was spotty or the tech was less than average; also other times just the best. This new contract with them gives me a new lease and comfort that I decided to go on with their service. Bottom line the people who are in front of the customer are paramount to the success of any business! A++++++++
