Description of Work: I originally contacted them to chase a squirrel out of my attic. I was told by their office they only do annual contracts. I was in a bind so I agreed. It cost me $750 initially + $65/quarter. The technician, Cesar, was extremely friendly and did get the job done. However, I was still required to pay for additional visits that I didn't need. Please note, this contract only covered rodent removal. It didn't include any quarterly bug spraying, termite coverage or fleas. If I had decided to include any of these coverages, I can't imagine the cost of that contract! They would also send out "notices" telling me when the technician would be at the house for the quarterly visit. I received the last two notices the day of the visit which isn't very convenient for someone who works during the day. I gave them an average C rating, vs. lower because Cesar was very easy to deal with and always on time (when I knew he was coming). My issues are with the price gouging.

I am also really happy that Cesar made such a good impression on you when he was there. Rest assured, Cesar and all of us will be here if the rodents return. I am sorry that you feel that our pricing is not appropriate. I can tell you that we are a company that is built on relationships with our customers. We pride ourselves not only on the services we provide, but also on our position in the market. We know that we are competitive with our pricing, and while we have no desire to be the lowest price in town, we know that especially in the area of rodent control, our pricing is far lower than other competitors who perform similar rodent exclusion services. On the ongoing services, rodents are frequently repetitive invaders and often return and undo the work we perform. If that happens, we will be here to fix the problem for the low quarterly inspection price we quoted (usually averaging $65 plus tax per quarter). If we had combined this service with a pest control service, we usually take our normal pest control pricing which averages about $115 per quarter and add $25 per quarter for the rodent exclusion coverage. I want nothing more than you to be a satisfied customer. I know that if you do research on similar services, you will find that we are in fact very competitive. Description of Work: Animal, squirrel, raccoon and rat exclusion. They responded quickly and came out the same day for me. Their prices are fair and everyone was very nice and fair. Description of Work: We chose ABC for a minor ant problem in an older home. They use safer substances, and seem to act very responsibly concerning the safety of children and pets with the products they use. Our tech was very informative and professional. basis or if needed sooner, they will come out anytime between scheduled visits at no additional charge. So far, so good...seems to be a reputable, customer-oriented business!

Description of Work: I called ABC earlier this year to treat an ant problem and contracted with them for a year. | |They come out quarterly and whenever else I need them. The men are prompt, courteous, professional and friendly. The office staff is excellent, as well. | |Everyone at ABC goes out of their way to please the customer and I sincerely appreciate that.
