I called yesterday for pest control. My appointment was the next day! Anthony performed a fantastic job. He loves pets and assured me that all was pet friendly. I requested mosquito treatment, which he did right away. I was so pleased that I signed up for a 6mo service. Anothny advised if I saw anything to call and they would come out. This company is a cut above and that include Anthony!

I terminated them because they kept using a lawn mower that was too heavy and kept putting marks on my lawn and that's why I paid to have my lawn fixed.

I can't see any areas of improvement.

A week after my service, I had ants. On that Monday, I scheduled a Saturday appt. I ended up buying Terro and treating them myself. Cancelled my appt. 7 weeks later I have another issue, I call on a today, Monday, they can't come out till a week from Tuesday. It was my understanding they would come out if there was an issue. They will, you just have to wait. My technician is good. Their office staff is challenging and has been for a while.

It went excellent. They provide quick and efficient service. They have the same Technician come out each quarter to take care of my house. They are very punctual and responsive.

They come quarterly and so in June I had my next appointment scheduled. They came again and I can say I am very happy with their service. I think it is $90 a quarter. It is a quarterly contract so I am not obligated to continue to use them but I like their service. That was the thing that I wasn't very happy with when I've used other services in the past that they want you to commit to a long term contract. This is nice because I can discontinue it if I feel like.

Excellent! Called Tuesday and they came next afternoon. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Understood my fear of bugs! Highly recommend.

The ABC representative was prompt in arriving, efficient in dealing with the issue, professional, and a nice person. I have used ABC for many years and am very pleased with their services.

I contacted ABC because parts of the St. Augustine lawn were in poor condition. A representative came out to assess the problem and developed a plan to fix the lawn. In addition to the treatments they applied , they made some recommendations of things I could do , such as using peat moss, to help get the lawn back in shape. The lawn is now growing in beautifully ! Because they did such a great job with the lawn, I now have them treating the shrubs as well. The shrubs now look great too. Ernest is the technician who treats the lawn and shrubs and he is always very pleasant helpful! He lets me know what treatment is being used and answers any questions I may have. Employees like Ernest make doing business with ABC a real pleasure!

They have very good guys come out and spray. They are very knowledgeable and can come out with less than 24 hour notice if I need them. I have been using them for about 3 years now and the price is great. I pay Quarterly and they will come out anytime in between to spray. We had a Roach problem when we moved in our home because the Previous owner did not use a Pest Service. They came out and took care of the problem very quickly. I think their Mosquito service is a bit Pricey though...I believe they quoted me $70-75 for one service and that is On TOP of my other Service....I feel like they should have a combined sort of package since we are a regular customer and already pay for an ongoing service. Overall, I would definitely Recommend them to anyone and will continue using them for their Quarterly Pest Control.

We called ABC on Monday afternoon, and they assigned a technician to do the initial pest control service the next morning. The appointment was set within a two-hour window, The technician called about 45 minutes before his arrival. He answered all of our questions thoroughly, was very kind, professional and pleasant to speak with. The materials used are non-toxic, and confined to within the walls, up in the attic, and around the perimeter of the house. He presented a written contract before starting work, and even double-checked with his office to determine which discounts to apply. An ABC technician will return once a quarter to evaluate and re-treat as needed. We are very pleased with the service. Brian took his time to ensure that everything was done correctly.

Was quick to diagnose the problem and had the right parts with him to complete the job.

We like them. They were nice. They came immediately and did what they said they were going to do. They immediately got rid of the ants, which was what we had. We were all very pleased. They are professional and timely. We have really been happy with everybody on Angie’s List.

I actually used this company approximately 10 years ago and didn't forget the wonderful service they provided me. I was in need of getting treatment for visible active termites and they were my first choice. They came out to treat the termites and inspected all areas of the home and discovered active rodents in the attic. He treated the termites and came out at a later date to address all the issues with the rodents. They sealed holes, traps and such. I also love that if I have any issue that I can call and they will come out with no extra charge (I think I'm paying for people taking advantage of this part of their service). They absolutely do an excellent job but the yearly service cost is high to me. In this instance it is very much worth it to insure my home will be termite and rodent free but beyond my one year service agreement I highly doubt and I will extend my agreement with them due to the cost and the cost alone.

I am renting the house so the homeowners are paying for that so I can’t really speak for their price. They are incredibly personable people. When I moved here I saw a scorpion and when I saw one on my porch, it was really concerning. I told the tech about the scorpion and he sat and listened. We had an incredibly lengthy conversation about the difference between scorpion and all other bugs. He told me that they will do a special service and come back just for that and they did. The next time he was here; he remembered that which blew me away. That was outstanding customer service. He was here last week and he asked about them again. They probably have hundreds of customers and to treat me like the only one they have was really impressive.

Their customer service is very good. The people that they hire ---I don't know if they go through training or they just hire certain type of people but they are always very good. I've used them for a number of years.

They started as Stroope Services when I first contacted them but then they became part of ABC and they are still part of ABC. I have a quarterly service with them so I think that it was maybe about a month ago that they did the quarterly service last. It is the same guy that I started with at Stroope that still does the service and I have always liked them. I feel that they are a fair company and they are highly rated that is why I continue with them even though they are ABC now but it is still the same guy doing the service. They are charging me the same rate as when I started with Stroope and that is why I hang out with them. In a way, I guess that I am still rating Stroope Services even though they have a different name now. As long as the same guy is with them and as long as they give the same rate, I will continue to use them.

Took out a years service contract for both pest and termite control on my new home. This company has been extremely comfortable and easy to deal with since my initial contact. Customer service reps are eager to help and the service techs are extremely knowledgable and willing to explain. Contract is VERY reasonably priced and covers more than any other contract I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for pest control services.

One person came out for the work. It took less than an hour. They are professional and have great service and are always on time. If I were going to tell a friend or family member I'd highly recommend them and say they have great customer service. Overall it was great experience.

They come out once a quarter, They come for the initial visit and then 3 times after that. We pay $65 a quarter. The first visit is around $700 but they do a really good job. They advertised good results even though they were expensive the others didn't have the results that his one did. I think they work hard to try to get the job done. They even told me they might not catch every access point that there is but their repeated visits will help eventually.

I requested to be contacted for a quote. A man called. I tried to call back several times. No answer or response back. Then a man showed up on the weekend to perform service. This is so slimy and frustrating. I NEVER SPOKE TO A PERSON. EVER. What is this business tactic? Just talking to the man at my door I felt like this was a trick that they do. I think they hope you will just do treatment because they are standing in front of you. So frustrating.

We had opossums living under our deck and they caused a massive flea infestation in the yard around Memorial Day. We called ABC, they came out, sprayed the yard and gave us a ton of useful information on keeping the opossums from coming back under the deck along with things things we could do to make the yard less attractive to fleas. The fleas were brought under control almost immediately. While we'll never be 100% flea free outdoors it's a major improvement and we can go outside without getting swarmed. We were lucky the fleas didn't get in the house, but I wouldn't hesitate to use ABC's services inside if we need it in the future. I'm very happy with the people at ABC, they took time to explain everything they were doing and using and answered all the questions we could think of.

Chad arrived on time and explained everything to me. He worked very fast and was very professional covering every area of the outside and inside of the home and yard. Chad was polite, courteous, and thorough. I am very satisfied with the initial visit and will add to this review for each the next three treatments. I recommend ABC Pest control.
