They did a great job. They were always on time, answered the phones promptly and are friendly. It is easy to get an appointment. They will come out on Saturdays.

The first reason we used the company was name recognition. We got a referral from our daughter on them. They are prompt and come in when they are supposed to. We have been happy with their service.

They are worth everything. They do the pest spraying in a natural way which doesn't hurt kids or dogs. I would recommend them to others. We are pleased with them. They are always on time and they are everything we would want out of a pest control company.

Excellent service. The rep was very knowledgeable and spent as much time as needed to explain everything to me -- walked me around the property to point out what they would do. When the services were performed, the fellows that came were extremely professional and did a very complete job. They ridded my house of rats -- since the first visit, I've had no more problems. Great company!

I called them a few times for additional exterminating work and I found them to be non-responsive (didn't return phone calls) and unprofessional. After I terminated the contract with them when it ran out (the previous owner still had a few months left) they never even bothered to find out why I was dissatisfied. Instead, they showed up about 2 more times which felt very annoying.

Service person is always prompt and careful not to bring dirt into the home. Pesticide used does not have a noxious odor and is safe for my pets. The gentleman pointed out areas where mice might have entered my home when we discovered small mice had been caught in one of their humane traps. Overall, excellent experience with this company. The office always calls to confirm the appointment in advance, and is very accommodating if I have to reschedule the appointment. Service people are very prompt and will call just before arrival, if requested.

Ms. Allen came out to check the house and to let us know if we had any infestation, or needed any emergency treatments. We had just moved to Texas and had no idea what to do with the bugs here, and were looking for a yearly contract. She was very professional and thorough and checked the entire house and attic. She made some recommendations on how to deal with the bugs down here and what changes we could make in the yard to reduce the amount of bugs. She was very pleasant to talk to and was very informative. The only reason we did not go with their company was that we got a lower estimate from another company.

Two years ago we had a termite problem. They found two separate nests and wiped them out. A few months later we had a minor resurgence and they got them too. A month ago we had a few termites show up in a new place--got 'em. Good job.

We have children and pets, so we like that they use an organic product. We have used them for over a year and they have been successful in keeping these ants from eating our home's insulation.

I have now contracted with them quarterly to take care of the problem. They were very pleasant to work with, were thorough with their explanations, and reasonably priced for their work.

If we see anything in between the services there is no charge for when they come out. Their service is really good. The man that comes out is really nice. They will send a postcard telling you when they are coming out.

I signed a 2 year contract with them. The cost above is per year. They are not very considerate of the home. They have tracked mud in. When they promise things, you need to check back because it most likely won't get done even if you talk to a supervisor.

ABC Pest was very professional, from the assistants in the office, to the estimator, to the technicians. Everyone was friendly and accommodating with my work schedule. I would highly recommend them for pest control.

Rick Fountane was prompt, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. He gave me a great education on what needed to be done and a fantastic quote along with diagrams. The buyers opted to use their own service, but with the information ABC Provided I think they made a mistake, especially since ABC's quote was for $680 and the company they chose quoted $1462! I would highly recommend this company and the only reason we are not hiring them is because we negotiated with the buyer to handle the costs and they opted to stay with their current contractor.

I like that they are very aware of our son who is disabled. When they put down bait or spray they are very mindful of his condition and don't do anything that will lead to problem, very nice people.

Their follow up is really good. We are hiring them in the future. They come out and do a thorough check at no charge.

We are not going to use this company because we found out that our home warranty covers pest control. He was very informative and had reasonable price.

Wonderful! The salesperson was really nice and knowledgeable, gave me suggestions on things to do to get rid of mice, even if I didn't use their service. I do plan to hire them for the extermination service, but decided to re-side our house, which negates the need for hole patching. Response time was quick and the salesperson even followed up with me and had the company contact me to schedule an appointment to have them return to actually service the house. That was great, since I'm a procrastinator on calling.

Still using them on contract basis. Very satisfied with their responsiveness.

They must be doing a good job because there has not been any thing crawling around my house since we began using ABC Pest Control. We have a yearly contract with them and they come quarterly. They also respond the same day if there is a sudden infestation and that too is covered. We value their service and have already referred people to them.

I really like the work they do for me because they are always on time and they make sure the job is done completely. I also like that they use all natural products and not a lot of chemical based products that most pest control companies tend to use these days.

When they first arrived, they explained to me exactly what they were going to spray. I thought the guys were very considerate of my possessions, asking if it was ok to move something to spray. They worked quickly and quietly so as not to disturb me or my family.
