The initial inspector was professional and detailed. He gave me the feeling that all my problems could and WOULD be fixed. A different man came to do the insect treatment and rodent extermination. I called back after a couple of days and said the insect issue was still a big problem. A third man, manager, came out and said the previous person did not spray where I had the problems. He sprayed again and left. The only insects that died were rolly polly bugs on my porch. ABC sends out cards for service calls. They are dated from them, not me, and an 8 hr window of time is indicate. I told them I work and cannot take off an entire day, no one can in this economy, to wait for a service person. They accommodated me the first time. The next time I receive one of these 8 hour cards, I stop using them. My rodent problem was solved but I still had a terrible roach and ant problem. I saw an ad for Raid Max Bug Barrier. I bought a bottle, sprayed my entire house and roaches have been dying ever since. I wasted $500 when all I needed was to buy an over the counter product that ACTUALLY works. I will not use them again.

I had used them for years because they did ORGANIC pest control. Then I had them come out and something the tech said or did made me suspicious. I asked what he was using. Since it was a product I never had heard of, I asked to see the label. It was NOT ORGANIC. I was upset. Since I only used organic controls, I had planted edible crops mixed into my flower beds around the house. I wanted to know how long they had been spraying with non organic material. They dodged the question and never informed me of when they changed products. Their web site at the time clearly said they did ORGANICs. I called the office and got a lady manager that said, "Oh, you wanted organic materials!", like that was a big surprise. I agreed. The next time they came at the scheduled time, I insisted on seeing the materials he was going to use first. There was nothing organic on the truck. After several calls and much run around, they tried to convince me that the materials they used were safe. That was not the point. I had ordered a service that they advertised that they did and I was not getting what I ordered. I have too much knowledge of pesticides and I have observed that some of what was once considered SAFE is now banned from use world wide. They deliberately misrepresented what they were now doing and I never found out how much food my family had eaten that was not safe to eat due to the pesticides that were used. We developed some serious health problems about that time and I have always wondered if it was because they used products I clearly stated I did not want used. I have never found out about that. I reported them to the State, but I never heard of anything that came of it.

ABC promptly returned my call. They scheduled an appointment to walk through my home and understand my needs. Brandon arrived on time and was very courteous throughout his inspection. He thoroughly explained the treatment services as well as the chemicals that would be used as I was concerned about my dog's exposure to the chemicals. ABC added me to their schedule immediately and the service technician arrived on time for the treatment service. He was also very courteous and explained each of the treatments he was providing. I chose to sign up for their convenient auto bill for services and was given the option to may a monthly payment or pay each time the service was conducted. I would definitely recommend ABC Pest and Lawn to others.

I called ABC for an estimate for quarterly pest control. I won't be signing an agreement with them so I can assess there actual service but I can assess the customer service during my review & selection process. (1) I work and as often as possible need to be able to collect SOME information over the phone to determine if it is worth my time to take time off of work for an in-person visit. They said someone would have to come out to give me an estimate. They couldn't give me any idea of cost over the phone. So I left work early to come home and meet the guy to listen to him spend 5 minutes telling me things they could have told me over the phone and then give me a cost I was unwilling to pay. Oh, and that I have ants on the outside of the house. Granted, they couldn't have told me that over the phone, but since ants are part of their basic package there was no reason they needed to make special note of that anyway. (2) In any home we've lived in we've only required very basic pest treatment. They had no options other than their Signature Service which, although it sounds like it covers a lot, is a much higher price than I'm willing to pay and sounded like more than I really needed. Why treat for problems I'm not having? Again, I can't rate their actual pest service but I found the estimating process very frustrating.

I had multiple problems with this company. Twice, for the scheduled quarterly service, the technicians came but supposedly I wasn't at home (I was both times) so they left. If they rang the doorbell, I didn't hear it, and in the event that the doorbell was rung and I didn't answer the door... why not a phone call to see if in fact I'm at home but just didn't hear the door bell? In addition, I had numerous problems with accounting. When they switched to automatic payments via bank draft, I received multiple erroneous bills in the mail and continued to receive them even after multiple phone calls confirming that I was on EZ pay. Avoid this company. Not to mention, I had bug problems continuously so the product wasn't working.

I called, he came out and provided a quote right on time, and they suddenly started showing up to mow each week after that. Invoices showed up in the mail with Net 30 terms. They continue to mow and I continue to mail in checks. All is well with the world for the moment, though I still feel I might be paying slightly more with them than with many other service providers.

Showed up on time for estimate. Was very friendly and professionsal. Scheduled the service for a few days later. Everything went great.

The technician is always courteous and thorough. He comes when he says he will, and I love the website appointment scheduling opportunitiy.

The representative who came to do the estimate was knowledgable and friendly. He was thorough and even gave some toy bugs to my kids, which they loved. Told me what I had (it wasn't what I thought) and even suggested a way to save money. On the way out, he saw my brown bushes and told me what the problem was there (fungus, not bugs) and how to fix it inexpensively. I wasn't here when the other guy came out to do the treatment, but my husband said he did fine. He called to say he was on his way and was at my house 15 minutes later.

Rep was here 30-40 mins. Gave full report (no termites) and offered other company services, no pressure. If I need any of their services, wouldn't think twice about calling them.

Pete called in advance, and then showed up in the time window we had agreed on and even though he got caught up in a hard rain and 10 MPH traffic on the other side of the metroplex. He was very nice, very informative, and put shoe protection on his shoes AND chemical tank so as to not track anything into the house. He was not in any hurry, and answered all questions I asked as he did his job. He pointed out a few things he found while doing the work, and explained some of the benefits of their chemicals and treatments that they use. Overall, a great experience that I'll share with others.

I called them on 04/26/2010 to set up an appointment for a termite inspection for 05/03/2010. We agreed for the inspection to occur between the hours of 1200 to1400 hours with a phone call to occur 30 minutes prior to inspection. Nobody showed nor did I recieve a call saying the inspection was cancelled. I will not be contacting them again and will go with somebody else.

I happened to see a roach before the last visit and he treated the area where I saw it and nearby areas where the roach may have entered the house (we've seen none since). The inspector is very pleasant and explains what he is doing. The products he uses have a kind of wintergreen smell which is not bad. He is very conscious about protecting my dogs and warning me not to let them outside for an hour after he's treated for ants. We've had one of only two inspectors each visit; both who are very friendly and remember and ask about any issues from the last time they visited.

We have been pleased with their service.

They provide great service and the technician, Jim, is the best. He even helped me remove a dead raccoon from my home as well. He was not expected to do this, but went above and beyond. I came to them after my regular service with Terminex had expired. They do not sign me up for services I do not need. I certainly appreciate their hard work and honesty.

They are fantastic, they do everything for me. They do quality work, show up on time and are very professional.

I am satisfied with the service for both lawn service and pest control. I never heard back from the tree trimming service offered by the company despite two phone calls and assurances from the company. I will not be using tree trimming service from the company.

Someone came to my home the same day I requested an estimate to treat for termites. He was very friendly and didn't try to oversell us on treatments. They scheduled the work within the next 2 days and were prompt and did exactly what they said they would do.

I really like them a lot and have been using them now for a while. I haven?t had any pest per se but I just want to make sure I don?t get it. They are very prompt and very courteous when they come by weather I am here or not so that's a good deal. I see they?ve been here because they put there little trap above the ground to make sure the termites don?t have any activity going on. They spray for ants and everything but I haven?t seen any. They do inside and outside and have always been very nice. They have also got a great price and I think they charge 35 dollars a month. I compared them with other companies and I thought they had the best price for their initial services. The quality is good because I haven't seen anything at all. They always show up, let me know a week in advance when they are going to be here in the mail and most of the time I am here because I want to make sure they come inside. I want to make sure they do what they are doing outside. Just because I was doing a quality check on my own I didn't answer the door because I wanted to see if they would indeed go and do what they were supposed to do. I watched them, they didn't know I was watching them from inside and they didn't do the inside work because they didn't know I was home but they definitely sprayed the outside and checked all the little traps and everything so they didn't just leave me a bill. They are always on time, they let me know and give me a window of two hours every time. I have requested that they put me on the first of the list because I usually will just take a little bit of the day off and they are always here right at 8 O'clock in the morning. They are as professional as anybody in the business. I like them and would continue to use them in future.

They did a good job with replacing my sprinkler. They came, gave me an estimate, and came back 2-3 days later to do the work. They fixed it in 2 days and went back. They had to replace my remote controller. Their price is comparable to the market rate.

I saw their ads and I think they are family-owned. The guy's attitude was great: there was no big rush, he was laid-back, and I had to ask him if there was a yearly program because he wasn't pushy. Once he came out, the ants were gone within 24 hours. It would have been nice if it was cheaper, but the price doesn't surprise me.

They are very professional. The guy that gave me the estimate came in a tie. They have waited for me when I was late getting off from work.

I like them but they are a little bit more expensive than other people.

I was suprised to learn that a pest control company also did landscape work. Turns out that ABC has an entire division dedicated to landscape management. They were terrific. Fast, efficient and effective. Not one weed has sprung back up since they did this work and my flower beds look great. When I had a question about one of my plants looking sickly, the landscaping supervisor contacted me the same day and attended to my question as well as offering to come out and take a look at no charge.

They called to schedule the day for fertilization and left instructions for watering. I expect the yard will be shaping up nicely this year with our new fertilization schedule.
