They service us quarterly, and they've been very good so far.

Everything went great. I have been using this company for a number of years. They are environmentally friendly company. There chemicals will not hurt any of your pets. They are extremely thorough and professional company. I will continue to use this company.

I have used them before. Everything went excellent. The pest is under control and I think they did the job really well. They were here on time and they were very professional.

We found ABC through Angie's List My wife has been using them forever. My wife wants to cancel their services due to scheduling constraints. She made them aware from the beginning of using their services, prior to when we were married, that she wanted Saturday work only. They always re-schedule her to during the week so she is not abel to be home during their service calls. They did solve her rodent issue several years ago and the bug issue has diminished. But she is not happy that they continue to ignore her request for Saturday only appointments. They have also billed her for complete services when they have had to come back to finish the service. It took almost 18 months to get the scheduling correct that my wife wanted Saturday only. We have had 3 or 4 technicians that have been fantastic and thorough,and some that have not been as good as they other technicians. You do not have the same person every time.

See above description. Although Angie's list requires me to answer formal "yes" or "no" as to whether or not I would use this service again- I am actually undecided. I was just disappointed with the customer service. I know this happens to be their busy season, but customer service appears to be a seriously dying animal indeed.

He was professional and prompt. Recommendation was to treat between the walls only where the damage was observed. Since we never saw live termites, I worried that only treating where the damage was seen was not thorough enough. And it would be an added expense to have them come back and treat again if we found more damage. We ended up going with a different company that provided detailed explanation about the habits of a termite and how to effectively treat them.

Their price was too high. They were very nice. They were too good over the phone but their prices were too high for me. I could not afford their price. I was looking for something below $100. I ended up doing the work myself. I just wanted to do just one time spray in the yard and around the house. They wanted to come inside and I didn?t want to do that. They were trying to sell me on some package deal. They were very nice. The lady was very sweet. I went online on their website and scheduled a date. They called immediately. They were responsive. The lady was very nice and very knowledgeable. She knew what my problem was, but she was trying to sell me on a package deal. I didn?t want to do that. I would not consider taking a quote or using them in the future. They are too expensive.

Overall, they were fine. They were prompt and professional. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future; in fact, I have already called them back for some more work.

We switched from another pest control company because they provided more services for the same amount of money.

They come out quarterly and it costs me $100. When they first started my service they were very prompt. They always give me heads up as to when they would be on my property. They are there when they say they are going to be. I like them. I told them what I wanted and they told what it was going to cost without trying to sell me on every other thing they had. The guy did give me a list of other services the company does provide, but he wasn't trying to give me a hard sale on everyone of them when I just wanted fire ants out of my yard. Their price was average. I didn't call that many different places, but I think they are about average or they may have been a little less. I did everything a year ago so I'm not sure. I found their price to be reasonable. Their service is good. The gentleman that initially came out to talk to me was very knowledgeable and personable. He didn't give me a memorized feel. They are very responsive. I left a message on Sunday afternoon and they called me on Monday morning. The gentleman knew a lot and he answered a lot of my questions. It didn't necessarily have to do with the service I was getting from him, just other general questions that I had. I would continue to use them in the future.

ABC does fine, we are happy with them. They seem to stay on top of keeping the pests under control. The one thing I wish happened was that we got the same guy every time because there is one guy I really like.

I've been using them for years. I pay them monthly. They are very professional and I have no complaints. Their employees are always very courteous and professional. They call ahead of time and they do reminder calls from the office because I forget that they are coming. They just do their job. They are always on time, which is very different from what I previously had. I pay more than I did before but I had awful service.

I have used them for years and have never had any problems

We have had problems with ants, roaches, and other creepy crawly things, but since engaging ABC life has been much improved! I greatly appreciate that the product ABC uses is pet and people friendly...we have an indoor cat, and (other than roaches and ants) I enjoy the outdoor wildlife. Most of the technicians have been fantastic--I really like our current one, especially. They are extremely responsive when we have an "emergency" (ie: I see a roach run across a room) and someone will show up as quickly as possible to retreat where needed. We've been using them for almost a year now, and we've been very happy.

They have been doing lawn service. I am pretty pleased with their pricing. They do not use any poisons. They are more environmental friendly. They do a good job. I did recommend them to my daughter. She uses them now. They are dependable and reasonable. They do a good job. They are really polite when I talk to them. When they schedule something, they are on time. I didn't have any problem with them. If something pops up and call them, they will come right away. I don't use anybody else. I don't think they overcharge. They are reasonable.

The service was good. They did a good job. It didn't take very long and the customer service was good. I would use them in the future.

They came every 3 months. They are a great service. I am pleased with all of their services that they provide for me.

ABC Pest provides regularly scheduled inspections and and any needed exterminations for my home. As of December 2010, I've had three onsite visits from ABC, two regularly scheduled visit and a third unscheduled visit due to possible issues discovered during remodeling. In every instance, ABC Pest's onsite person did an outstanding job. They call in advance of arrival, they arrive on time, they are always professionally dressed, and they do a thorough job. ABC Pest's people have great communication skills and they are really good about answering questions and providing professional advice. As a pet owner, I'm concerned about maintaining a safe environment around my home and yard. As of this writing, ABC Pest is using pet friendly products. Overall, ABC Pest & Lawn has been extremely effective at keeping my home and yard safe from unwanted pests. Recommended.

They were very thorough. We did get quotes from about 3 different companies and we chose them since their services seemed to be the best price and deal.

They were very good and had a very good price. I would recommend them.

The work was fine...i just wonder about the price to the protection. The staff is great - they actually have various types of materials to use and we switch to the strongest one, more harmful chemicals without additional charge to come out and spray again. Very pleasant to work with.

Punctual as always. Service is always great and we don't have problems with bugs. If we do ever have any issues pop up they willingly come out to handle any spot treatments. Great service - worth the slightly higher price in my mind.

I ended up getting rid of them because they were not responsive about calling back. Other than that, their service is awesome. When they showed up they were awesome. The lawn never looked better while they took care of it. Their fertilizer is very good. I could not get a hold of them or they would not show up on the days they told me they were coming.

I've been a pest customer for a year now and it's gone very well. Roger is my pest specialist and does a phenomenal job of treating my home and educating me in the process. He's very down to earth and genuinely cares about helping me as a homeowner. Occasionally I've noticed pests in my house b/w quarterly treatments - all it takes is a quick call, and ABC sends someone out right away (it's free if you're on the quarterly program). If you live in a wooded and/or wet area where bugs are a continual problem, I highly recommend it. I've only been a lawn customer for about 6 months, so haven't really seen the full effects of a full year's worth of treatments. However, ABC is great to deal with, the people are extremely friendly and helpful. If you can request Roger for your pest work, I highly recommend him.
