One of the most honest companies we have dealt with. We thought we might have a terminate issue, but ABC came out, did a complete inspection, and said we have no issues with termites. They did not try to sell us a service or product we did not need. Because of there honesty and professionalism, we will be switching our quarterly pest control over to them. Best customer service I have seen from a terminate company.

EDITED TO ADD: I have spoken with Mr Jenkins, and I am satisfied that this was a mis-understanding, not a deliberate attempt to mis-lead. However, I still think the website and paperwork are confusing. Be careful and make sure you are getting what you want. I will say that the man who came out and worked on my house seemed very competant and informed, and I have no problem with the work perforned. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THE OFFICE TELLS YOU ABOUT COST! Do not believe what you are told over the phone. Do not believe what you read on their website. They admit it is wrong, they admit even their paperwork is wrong! If you get an estimate, get it in writing! I saw some kind of mud type nest on an interior wall. Based on the reviews and the coupon I went with ABC. I talked to someone (Tianna, I think) on the phone who said it sounded like swarming termites. She quoted me $500 up front and 4 payments of $65 per quarter for treatment and monitoring for a year. She said it was their Signature Service plus Termite control, and covered all kinds of bugs including fire-ants and roaches, which was in line with what I had found on their website. I set up an an appointment for inspection. The guy arrived on time and confirmed it was termites. He looked and showed me where they were coming in -- a crevice in the cement by the front door from work on the front steps a couple of months ago. I was quite glad that we had caught it early, before there could be much damage. It was when we started to do the paperwork that we ran into problems. Although the website only offers signature service and signature service with termite control, and what was discussed over the phone was signature service plus termite control, and even the contracts only referred to termite control as an add on to the signature service, not as a stand alone, I was told that the quote was for termite control only. If I wanted pest control, I was going to have to pay an extra $150 up front and an additional $120 per quarter! Moreover, they could not even keep their story straight! We called the office, and first Tianna told the guy that she had told me that pest control was extra (not true). Then when I spoke to her she told me she mentioned pest control because I didn't ask (not true, I didn't ask but she did mention it). They couldn't even get the amount straight -- She quoted me over the phone $445 up front with the coupon and the guy wanted 481. When I spoke to her over the phone, first she said it was 481 before the coupon and 445 after (which didn't make sense mathematically nor match what she had said before), then she said it was the 481 is including tax. I felt I was over the barrel. It would be at least 2 weeks before I could take time off work to get someone else out to the house, and I was unwilling to have that kind of delay in treatment while termites ate my house. From the other reviews, I believe they are competent at pest control, so I went ahead and got signed up to get the treatment today, but I will certainly be finding someone honest for monitoring in the future. I don't really need the pest control, and I understand paying taxes, but when someone tells me I will only have to pay $445 total today for services that include pest control, I don't expect to have that jacked up at the last minute when I am out of options. I don't like being lied to, and I don't do business with companies that lie to me if I have any choice. I won't be doing business with them ever again.

I found them off Angie’s List. I thought they were okay except that they were expensive. The price was $430 after a $55 off. I just thought that was kind of expensive for termite, but maybe not since I have had another termite guy. The experience was good, but I just thought my house is not that big and they went around and checked for termites and they put these things in the ground, that they are supposed to come back; that was for a year service of coming back and checking those little things they put in there on the ground to see if I had termites. I am not sure if I would use them in the future because of the price. I have to check around.

I had them for several years and I really like them. They work around my schedule. They are reasonably priced. They do a good job. I have no bugs.

Depending on the outcome of my wife's call tomorrow, we will either be very satisfied, or looking for another service provider.

The tech showed up promptly at the time he was to be expected. He was a clean, polite and knowledgable. A real professional, he explained everything up front as well has the methods he would use to safe guard our house against future pest. He worked swiftly and kept us informed of what he was doing and why he was doing it. It will be a little time before we can truly judge his work. Will provide update.

He was here right at his scheduled appointment time. He seemed very thorough and took time to explain what he was doing. The main reason we contacted ABC was because we had small ants in our kitchen. The man (sorry, I can't remember his name) treated for them and said if they weren't gone in a week to let him know and he would come back at no charge and try something else. I haven't seen anymore ants so I'm happy!

Initially contacted via email through Angie's list. Since I also carry another membership at an out of state location received an email form them same day they do not service that area. Replied to the email to straighten out confusion and received no response from it. Contacted again through Angie's list and received no response, ended up calling direct to arrange appt. Qualtiy of the two techs, Darin and John made me glad I continued to pursue this company (love their commericals and reputation). They arrived and provided a complete inspection of property identified potential areas where the black flying ant like wasps could be entering premises beyond the seen locations. Treated areas and explained product and each step they were using, why and its short and long term effectiveness. Also advised that with the treatment there could be an increase of entry for a few days. Signed up for a quarterly maintenance plan for the lawn and house.

I had an initial pest control treatment performed, they treated both the internal structure and external structure they also did a walk-through to identify any type of holes in our home that would allow rodents to enter the home. They went over and above in their services by treating areas of potential infestations.The guys that came out of were very professional and Todd was very very nice. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Really well. The technician was very informative when I asked him if the product they were using was dangerous for dogs. He completed the service quickly and I have been bug free ever since. Also want to note that they worked hard to fit me in- I let the lady making my appointment know I was not staying in my house due to the bugs- she made me an appointment that day even though they were booked. And they were extremely punctual.

Overall, I'm very happy with the level of service we've received to date. Their communication and follow thru are first rate and I'd highly recommend them to anyone else looking for this type of service.

The charge for the first service is a little more expensive and then it is just kind of upkeep. They will come on the weekends. If I am not at home, they can just do the outside. They use some sort of natural pest control. It is not like covering my lawn in chemicals. They seem reasonably priced. I haven’t really seen any bugs, so I don’t have any complaints. I would use them again in the future.

My husband called me at work and said he thought that he saw a (flying) termite in the house! So I called ABC Pest Control and the lady told me that all her technicians were booked for the day but she would call to see if someone would be available to come out that afternoon. She called me back and said one of her technicians had just gone home for the day, but that she had gotten ahold of him and he would come out and inspect our home for possible termites. The technician showed up on time and determined that we didn't have termites.. which he very well could have said we did, since obviously we don't know what one looks like! and he could have charged us for unnecessary services, but of course he didn't.. that was very impressive and is what sold us on his services. The technician took the time to explain to us all of his services and even showed us pictures of what actual termites look like! He said he would be back the very next day to spray the house - told us what time and how long it would take, in which he didn't disappoint on either. One added thing.. this company is a green company and since we have 2 black labs, their chemicals they use are environmental friendly. Not less than a week later.. we received a hand written card in the mail from ABC Pest Control welcoming us and thanking us for choosing them for our pest control needs!

The pest control technician arrived as per the alloted time and proceeded to explain the process. The home was properly inspected and treatment applied inside and outside the residence. Very pleased with the professionalism of the technician and the quality of work.

They were honest and told us the truth. They addressed the problem and they are looking into it for us. They think it is gecko's and are looking into other things. I appreciated that they were honest with us.

This was the most professional company I can remember using. I was only expecting an inspection where the actual service would be scheduled soon after, but Troy treated our termite problem right away. Everything about the treatment and the cost was fully explained and all my questions were answered. We added pest control to our annual contract which is reflected in the above price. That treatment was also provided during the the same visit. With our contract, ABC will come by quarterly to inspect our house. Now that the termite problem is taken care of, the actual annual contract rate is much less than I spent that day. I highly recommend ABC Pest and Lawn to anyone. Also, there was no high pressure sales pitch. Great experience!

Several companies came out, mapped out our house on paper and listed all of the pests around our home. They showed us our problem areas and the pests and gave solutions to our bug problem. They gave a lot of free advice too. Most werre around $200.00.

We set-up an annual pest control contract, including termite monitoring, for our newly constructed home. When I called the customer service line to request information, the agent was very knowledgeable. The price quote was very reasonable and they were able to schedule the initial treatment by the following week. I was pleased that they offered an Angie's List discount, and an additional discount for setting up auto-pay for the quarterly service payments. The technician arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend ABC to anyone in need of pest control service.

He explained the difference between dirt dobers and wasp , i did't know. I was also impressed that he wore shoe covers inside the house. Ann Stewart Fort Worth, Tx.
