Description of Work: Small ants were in my kitchen, bathrooms & pantry. They came immediately & treated. Because weather kept them from doing everything outside, they returned 2 days later. They examine & assess risks

Description of Work: We just moved into our house and found there was a bug problem. Without going into too much detail ABC came and treated our house immediately after I contacted them. They explained that their products are safe for both my dog and my children and the provider wore coverings over his shoes when walking inside the house so as not to track dirt in. I asked them to come back the following week for another treatment the following to make sure everything was gone and they have been immediately responsive and thorough.

Description of Work: We have a quarterly inspection program that includes any as needed calls for free. They always come on time and the technician is very nice and respectful of our home and garden. My only wish is that they would return phone messages more quickly. I've left messages over the weekend twice that have never been returned.

Description of Work: I was already using ABC for Pest Control, so had them come out to treat my lawn as well. Ended up signing a 1 yr lawn service agreement. They are always on time & very professional! They also offer a 5% discount if you have their pest control services, and an additional 5% discount if you set it up to auto pay.

Description of Work: Rodent extraction from the attic. This was the second time Randy with ABC came out. The first to do a quote; the second to perform the service. Randy is very knowledgeable about rodent and pest control. He was very helpful and educated us on the basics of rodent control. When he came out to perform the service, he careful inspected, plugged any access points and set traps to capture the squirrel. We have not caught it yet but we will. The service was excellent. I did initially put in the request via Angie's List email link, but suggest that you call them instead. They were 2 days before they responded to email; but apologzied about the delay. All in all, this has been excellent so far.
