Description of Work: Provided foundation inspection, detailed analysis and estimate; salesman was prompt, friendly and informative. We have not yet but plan to have the repairs done in the near future, and will use this provider.

Description of Work: Very disappointed. Broke a plumbing line, had to bring in a plumber, which delayed everything. Our water pressure to kitchen has not been good since, never made it right. Left our yard a terrible mess and ruined much of our landscaping. Ruined our front porch and back patio.

Description of Work: Since it's construction in 2006, the NE corner of my house had settled to the point of causing interior cracks and a cracked foundation. A-1 installed 10 concrete piers and lifted that corner of the house, successfully closing the interior cracks in the house. They did the job in one day. They were courteous and seemed very efficient. | |As this is foundation work, I've waited to comment until some time had past to see about settling. As of this writing, it's been almost 8 months since the work was done and there has been no noticeable settling. I'm aware it can still happen. The work is warranted so I'm not overly concerned about it. | |I would definitely recommend this company. They are professional and very responsive. | |

Description of Work: The man came and inspected the foundation and gave us a watering plan. |told us to call him back in 6 to 8 weeks after we had followed the watering plan. Then we had some days of freezing weather and my husband fell and got hurt so. it hasn't been watered as requested. We were given no estimate, Only told we did have a foundation problem. Not how bad it was just that we had it, My Husband should soon be able to connect new soaker hoses our old ones have watered some but not doing the job needed. |I will contact them after about 6 weeks of watering is done, and if they are going to come out at no extra cost fine. But I want and estimate from them. I am not unhappy about anything except the no estimate.

Description of Work: I was not present when they came to the house but my husband was very impressed with them. They've given us an estimate which is costly. We are just checking our finances and, maybe, getting a second opinion before starting the work. The house needs a complete "righting" of the foundation.

Description of Work: Installed 10 piers on my home. The work schedule backlog was about six weeks, which was a bit longer than I had hoped but was worth the wait. The crew that did the work was very efficient and cleanup was exceptional. A supervisor arrived to actually observe the leveling activity and used appropriate equipment (not just eyeballing it) to make sure the desired amount of lift with least amount of stress was achieved. I would definitely recommend them. My only criticism would be that I did not get any follow-up calls from them after I signed the contract during the six week waiting period. That might seem like a blessing, but I would have preferred a call or two just to let me know the installation date was still on time. I had to call them the day before installation to confirm.

Description of Work: This visit from Kevin restored my belief in humanity. We knew we had to have foundation work done. We were ready for the really bad news. He walked all around the outside of our home and then came in and measured the inside. Kevin pointed out a few watering tips and then told us that we did not need foundation work but needed to water in a few places more then what we had been doing. He very easily told us " yes you need work and the price is $$$$" but no we met a man and his company that told us the truth and didn't try to take advantage of a retired couple. An honest man. You hear so much on TV about people taking advantage of others well this is not Kevin and A1 Foundation. Asked him to leave us some business cards and he left me several and I only have one left to give to someone else in need of an honest company.

Description of Work: This was just an estimate to get my foundation done. I've not actually done it yet but Angie's List keeps bugging me about filling out this survey so I am. | |The guy that came out was awesome. He explained things thoroughly and we will most likely go with him when we are able to do the repair. | |Angie's List, however, needs to take a hint. If I don't fill out the survey after the first 10 requests then you should stop bugging me about it!
