Description of Work: The men digging broke a PVC supply water line, then repaired it, covered it up without having a plumber or the owner of the company inspect it. I was not informed of it by the owner of A-1. The tenant informed me of it the next day. A-1 had a Plumbing Leak Detector come out, did not dig where the pipe was broken and said if I noticed water was standing to call him back out.

No work needed at this time but did |give some pointers on how to properly maintain to prevent future problems.
