Dear [Member Name Removed], In response to your comments, I believe it is possible you may have confused A-1 Guaranteed Foundation Repairs with another company you may have speaking with at the time. When you purchased your coupon deal on 08/13/14, we had responded within 24 hours to collect information in order to schedule you and serve you better. On the 25th we had scheduled you for a special Saturday appointment for August 30th in order to work around your schedule. On August 30th, Steve had visited you at your home for the 9:00 AM appointment. He made his observation, drew up and measured your home, and during the following week after the Monday holiday, had sent you an e-mail to the address you had provided him with along with 4 attachments, including the drawing and measurements he took, a plan with recommendations on how to correct your foundation, a quote estimate on the cost to perform the work, and suggestions for how to adjust watering to prevent further foundation issues. Given that we had maintained a considerable level of interaction, communication and service to you as you had purchased, I maintain you may have us confused with another company that did not respond to you, or provide you a service. I would be happy to forward the e-mail with your information to you, in the event that you did not get it originally, and am available at the office if you should have any questions. If you have the opportunity, I would ask that you reconsider your review and grade as they do not seem to accurately represent the facts of what happened.
