Description of Work: structural foundation repair, they were prompt and responsive and completed the work within a day.

Description of Work: Steve called to advise me how long the appointment would take. He introduced himself when he arrived and again explained that he would measure my foundation and let me know what he found. Within the estimated time, he showed me the drawing and measurements he made, advised me of the implications, and agreed to forward a drawing and watering schedule, which I received in the next couple of days.

Description of Work: A1 assessed the condition of our foundation, the level of the house, and gave us a quote on what needed to be done. The engineer report matched what they had reported to us. They installed 15 piers and a drain on one side of the house. |Each step of the process was fully explained and the experience of watching the team in action was priceless. Cracks could be seen coming together inside and outside. Missing mortar was applied and the holes that were dug to install the piers were filled and concrete replaced at those places where needed (front porch and driveway). The men were friendly and had the respect of their team of workers. We have recommended this company to our neighbors and allowed A1 to leave a sign in our yard for those who passed by to see.

He answered all my questions and also gave me recommendations on how to watering to keep my foundation 'healthy'. Since my foundation is in good shape, no works need to be done. |He later emailed me a detailed map of the house. Highly recommended!

Description of Work: We purchased the deal for a foundation inspection. Steve came out and did a very thorough job of checking out all aspects of our foundation. I was very happy with his professionalism. He did not try to sell us anything extra and thoroughly explained the current condition of our foundation.

Description of Work: This was the $49 Angie's List Deal for a Foundation Inspection and Preventive Watering Plan . They were on time and provided the service specified. Their analysis showed I didn't need foundation work, but in the future should I need this service I would call them back.
