Description of Work: They came and seemed to do a thorough gas-level measurement of the slab to determine any high or low spots. Also recommended a foundation perimeter watering plan to prevent future settling. | |Satisfied.

Description of Work: The company sent a team out to do the job so it didn't take all day. They were very friendly and informative. They did let us know that our interior might experience some cracks because they had to raise the level quite a bit (pier and beam - 1920 house). They also knew when to stop placing piers to avoid cracking any piping (gas, water, etc.) going into the house. 6 months later, there has been obvious shifting and we're experiencing some shifting and investigating a possible sewer leak but we're confident that it has nothing to do with this company's work. I've checked with neighbors and they're houses are shifting as well. it's just the way of the neighborhood. All said, I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: The deal was $49 for them to look at my foundation issues and develop a watering plan. There was not much to the watering plan, but he did find a couple of things that could be causing a wetter area around my foundation and said I should have those checked out. The first thing that needed to be ruled out was a broken pipe under the house, etc. and they sent a plumber out to check that without extra charge. It is too soon for me to know if I will use them for foundation repair.

Description of Work: Good service. The assessor was knowledgeable and did a sound examination of my home. The only thing that I wasn't impressed with was the layout diagram he handed me at the end of the inspection. I would have expected it to be a digital layout however it was one he drew with a ball point pen on a graph paper during the assessment.

One side of my house is a little lower then the other but not enough that repair is needed at this time. He drew a picture to scale and emailed to me for future reference. Also gave me tips on watering. Would definitely use in the future if needed.

Description of Work: guy they sent out to do estimate was rude and arrogant. Told me I would have huge crack in my walls and doors very soon. Wanted to put in pilings under my concrete slab on 2 sides of my house. Never did talk about the problem I asked him to come out and take a look at. Would not recommend them to ANYONE
