He was very professional and answered all my questions. He made some suggestions as to how to alleviate the movement and then emailed me the information including an estimate for adding piers should the need arise.

It was great - Kevin told me that the cracks were not a problem, and also taught me a lot about how to keep my soil at the appropriate moisture level, sources of potential problems and initial warning signs that the foundation was becoming uneven.

The whole experience from the Angie's List initial order to the conclusion of my foundation report/review, the entire experience was amazing and problem free!

They did what they could with the issues with the foundation. My interaction with them was good. I had no issues. Price was okay. Quality was okay. They were pretty responsive. They were professional.

Both visits were very good and professional and informative. Alberto who did the initial evaluation explained what he was doing and what he was finding and gave me advice on how to go through the summer. Kevin who did the follow up evaluation was equally professional and communicative about his findings. He offered other invaluable advice above and beyond what the company might do. It was wonderful to work with both. This company also gave me a 30 minute appointment time (none of this half day waiting) and both guys showed up within the time window which I very much appreciate. Luckily, I do not need foundation repair - but based on my experiences with them - if I did need that, I would certainly call these folks!!

Steve Greenhill was excellent. He was courteous, punctual and professional. He was also very detail oriented which I really appreciated. He informed us that our foundation was in good shape and he also provided preventive measures.

They recommended some repairs. I had a foundation warranty on it. When the foundation warranty people came in they said the evaluation was wrong.

I've worked with several foundation companies over many years and they continue to price fairly. 3 other bids were asking for almost double estimated price. The process was fast and painless 1.) A1 examines the foundation and provides an estimate 2.) Professional Engineer is scheduled to re-examine the property and repairs (you get a discount on the $500 cost from A1) 3.) Schedule a time and A1 installed and adjusted all piers in a single day 4.) Same Engineer comes out to property to do a final inspection. Mariana, the assistant, is a sweet person to work with. Kevin, estimator, can talk about any subject for days.

I worked with Mary Anne in the office and she kept everything on track and very organized. She was so easy to work with and every time I had an issue she would take care of it immediately. She would always tell me who was coming out, what time they would be there, who the manager was that would be there, and what they were doing. Kevin came out and did all the measurements and estimates and he was very informative and told me what exactly they would be doing and what I needed. Another company had told me I needed more work than I actually needed and Kevin told me I didn?t need all that the other company said I did and encouraged me to hire an engineer I was comfortable with to confirm what he said was correct. All of the work was included in their estimate where other companies told me I would have to pay extra for certain things to be done. I could always call and all of my concerns were important to them and they would make sure it was handled. I will absolutely use them again if needed.

The service just went great. He was on time. He provided the information we requested in writing. He gave a follow-up call. He was responsive. We absolutely plan to use them again.

Although my foundation did not need fixing, the representative was so helpful in giving ideas on how to divert water away from foundation. Am very pleased with his service, and will call on them if the foundation needs to be fixed.

Steve explained the process and went over the details of the inspection. Very professional, measure both inside and outside of the house. We moved here from CA a year ago and were told foundation is a problem here in North Texas. Steve explained how to keep the foundation moist and even emailed how to take care of the foundation. Luckily our house does not have any foundation problems yet and at least we have same measurements to work with the following year.

Could not be more impressed with A-1 from initial inspection to final install of piers. The whole process was handled very professionally and we were kept informed on next steps throughout. Slight delay with installation but that was due to backlog of work currently scheduled. Installation of piers only took 1 day as two crews were assigned to complete our job. They arrived by 8:30 and completed with everything cleaned-up by 3:30.

Great. He determined that our foundation was in good shape but we need to work on water drainage around the house. His written report was very detailed and helpful.

It went great! The price was reasonable and they were done with 15 piers from start to cleanup in about 4 hours. One of the best parts was that we had gotten an estimate 2 years previously but could not afford it. I contacted them and told them about the old estimate and they honored the same price. They could have said they needed a new estimate and charged more but they kept the original. I would definitely use them again but I hope I won't have to :)

The technician that came out, Steve, was very knowledgeable and thorough in taking measurements. He offered suggestions and recommendations about my foundation and the builder's warranty. He also informed me of ways to care for my foundation. I am waiting for their final report to be sent to me.

They were amazing. I've had other foundation companies come out to look at leveling my house and was given quote around $3,000. He told me exactly what I needed to have done. He gave me a stellar review of my house. I was very pleased. He told me what I needed to do was very minor, nothing major. I told him I would give a referral. The guy knows what he is talking about.

Kevin came to my house today to look over my foundation and get a quote for repair. However, that was not the outcome. He instead told me that it might be a plumbing leak underneath my house and also recommended a better method for my soaker hose. He told me to get on a more regular watering schedule and get a plumber to come and test my house for a leak and if none of that works, then to give him a call in 4 to 5 weeks. His honesty was very refreshing and completely appreciated. I would definitely recommend A-1 Guaranteed Foundation Repair. I feel they will be honest and upfront and not take advantage of you. Kevin from A-1 to my home for a foundation evaluation on July 20. After checking the inside and an elevation of the interior he said no piers were needed. The house had some heave but there is nothing his company could do to address the issue. Recommended having a hydro-static plumbing and drainage evaluation performed. Very impressed with the integrity of this company.
