Description of Work: Inspected foundation and consult on watering plan Went well, foundation was all good. Recommended drip line, said to get at least 3 quotes and not pay over 500$. I did just that as I think that water is going to become very regulated. No restrictions on drip lines.

Description of Work: walk the property and inspect all aspects of the house....foundation, windows etc. Followed up via e-mail with a drawing of the house and all inspected areas with inspection grades for each area. There was a problem with one of the pages coming thru on the PDF so it was mailed to me. Very efficient and conscientious.

Description of Work: A1 Guaranteed Foundation Repair checked the foundation for level and verified that it was within desired tolerances. I also showed them some cracks between the foundation and brick veneer and they stated that it was mostly cosmetic and I did not have to worry about the cracks at this time. Overall my experience with them was very favorable.
