Description of Work: They would not follow up. It all began with questions regarding what type of water system was needed under the deck to assure the problem would not happen again. We got one answer from a sub Guaranteed was going to use and another from Guaranteed. We had a vacation planned and I TOLD BOTH THE SUB (we should never have been working directly with the sub in my opinion) AND GUARANTEED when we would be leaving, asking Guaranteed to come up with answers before we left. No phone calls before we left, no messages while we were gone and no phone calls since we returned. So, I am not sure, given their lack of response with answers to our questions that I would want to get involved with a contract to do the work.
