"Zebra Carpet Cleaning"

If I could give negative stars I would. I called them to get my tiles cleaned and specifically asked them if they could clean tiles and they confirmed several times and said yes they do both carpet and tiles and told me they are coming Sunday morning. I made my plans around it. Sunday after 30 minutes past the point when they were suppose to come, I called to check and then they told me they do not have equipment to clean tiles and so they can't do it. Not sure what kind of business they are running where they confirm multiple times that they can clean tiles and then don't bother to show up or even call to let people know. I usually don't write reviews unless the service is really good or extremely bad like this one. Hope this will help someone else save time and hassle.
