pressure washing

Description of Work: In November of 2012 I purchased a groupon deal for Powerwashing from the ward group. I tried to call countless times, and left multiple voice messages between November, and FEBRUARY of 2013, when I finally got a call back in the beginning of February. I was told that unfortunately no one would be able to come do the Powerwashing until the 25th of February. Reluctantly, I said that was okay. Wel, the 25th of February rolls around, and what do you know, I get a call saying that they wouldn't be able to come out that day, do to an "injury", and I was told that they would come out on Thursday, the 28th. Thursday morning, I called, again, no answer, left a message. Friday morning, I called, and again left a message, and I still have yet to get a response or hear back from them. This is ridiculous, and incredibly unprofessional, I would not reccommend using this company for anything!
