Claimed deal prior to July 4th. Scheduled service. Last min, Steve calls to cancel to go on vacation for the 4th. Would call back after the 5th. After couple weeks, emailed to follow up, he responded to touch base. I did not get his message for a few days and explained we have bad internet out here and please call or text so we don't have a delay. No response. Waited few more days and emailed him again asking to let me know if he wasn't going to honor the deal. No response. Almost 2 months later and never bothered to respond. Deals are no good if you can't actually claim them.

I do not recommend! He showed up one day and painted a door, took the door knob off, then he told me he was out of town and would be back to finish. He never showed back up. If he didn't want the job he should have stated that so I could hire someone who wanted the job. I wasted 3 weeks waiting for him to complete the job as he told me he would then I had to pay someone else to reinstall the door knob and it's taken me 4 weeks now to get one someone else's schedule.

Steven came out the same day I called to give me a quote and get the work scheduled. The crew completed the work on time and on budget. They did a great job.

Great experience with Steven and his team from start to finish. Steven was responsive, had great suggestions and met all of our requests and expectations. Steven managed the entire project to completion in less than one (1) week. The agreed-upon costs were established up front and there was no scope/cost creep.

Great Experience - would use Truetelligent again; had a very quick response with great results. Steve was thorough and professional. I would use him again. He not only fixed the doors that were a problem, but checked and lubed all the other pocket doors in the house. Then he explained why the stuck door had the problem. He is much appreciated.

You get what you pay for. If you want low quality work, you can pay less. If you want the best, hire Steve. This company will show up in the middle of the night if you need them. No fuss, no trauma, just got it done.
