Horrible. I spent $2500. I have been using him for several years and I thought they were an honest company. They had already serviced my hot water heater twice that year and they did a $500 repair for a new expansion tank just a few months before that, and when it went out they put in a new water heater. I knew about the American Standard heater because I've had that one when I was living in Jersey and that was the one he said he would put in. he gets here several months later to install it and when we went out to take a look at it it wasn't an American Standard heater. We asked him what happened to the American Standard heater and he told us they didn't carry that. So we did research on the company and they had a lot of bad reviews. They told us that the cost of the water heater was $1900 and the service contract extension was $500. They said that without that extension every time they came out within the next year we would have to pay service charge. I said OK but we were uncomfortable. That had already convinced us enough to take out our old water heater and we felt stuck at that point so we had to take the contract. After we had the heater done and people told us we paid too much. We did more research and we could have gotten a cheaper price for our service. I started to feel really bad about how much I paid. I called them and they said he would call me within a week. He basically told me I paid more so that he could pay his guys more so that they would stay loyal and not run off to another company.

They are good but expensive. I bought the toilet, picked it up and brought it to the house and all they did was install it and then take away the old one. It was quality work and everything was good. I didn't realise it was going to be that expensive and that was the last time I used them. It was kind of my fault because I didn't ask ahead of time what it was going to cost, I just assumed it was going to be a fair price.

It turned out well. They are good but expensive. It was in the middle of summer and the technician who came was great. They did give me a discount on the major job. Then I had a very minor thing, I needed to change my toilet and they charged me $500. I didn't realize it was going to be that expensive and that was the last time I used them.

He told us what needed to be done and my husband opted to do the work himself. We have used Roger's plumbing on several occasions and would not call anyone else unless the issue would be covered under home warranty.

We called this provider because of a good experience 5 years ago with their repair of a water main freeze/break on a Sunday morning. We woke up on New Year's Eve morning (a Wednesday) with way too hot water coming out of our shower. We determined that there was something wrong with the circuit/heating element of our 8-year-old 66-gallon water heater. Not wanting to risk water heater failure, we immediately called the provider to see if we could get it reviewed and repaired before the long holiday weekend approaching. The office staff promptly answered the phone and very effectively scheduled a same-day appointment for 3-5 pm, but said she would try to get us in earlier if possible, since we didn't yet know what would need to be done. At 11:15 AM she called back to let us know she could have a plumber out in 30 minutes. Plumber was on time and quickly determined we would need to replace two of the elements/thermostats (at $267 each, plus $67 visit charge) and that he could do it immediately. Service scheduled to take about an hour. For the simplicity of the repair and low cost of parts needed, based on research conducted, the quote seems a bit high. However, the prompt professional service and all-inclusive labor + materials pricing makes this provider easy to deal with and we are willing to pay a bit for that convenience. This time, as repeat customers, we were offered their Diamond Club membership (for $95 per year) that extended us 15% discounts on repair, reduced service call fees, priority service in appointment scheduling, and $200 annually in maintenance check-ups. Adding in the cost of this membership, our total cost today came down under original estimate of $601. There is a 2-year warranty on the parts and work done today, and given our club membership, we now expect to be able to postpone the need for a replacement water heater for 2 years or more. Given the age of our water heater and the hardness of our water in the area, this should be quite cost-effective. Service ended up taking a little more than 2 hours from the time he arrived. Our water heater took a long time to drain given scale and temperature and it is nice that the "Straight Forward Pricing" doesn't change based on changes in service time. We most definitely have been satisfied both times we've engaged the services of Roger's Plumbing and will continue to recommend to neighbors.

The process took about a week on and off because after inspection, diagnosis, and estimation of cost, we had to bring in a carpenter to tear out a cabinet blocking access. The actual work took almost two days with breaking up the concrete foundation to get underneath, replacing the pipes, then resetting the concrete and replacing shower and bath valves. It was a lot of work and well done.

The owner of the company, Rodger came out to the house to perform the work. In the past I've used this plumbing company, bu this was the first time Rodger came to do the work. Rodger fixed the problem and gave me a one year warranty on the work.

Roger's Plumbing was called by my property manager after the grinder pump failed and blackwater backed up into my house in Lago Vista. They were immediately on the job, pumping out the old tank, assessing the situation and fixing the problem quickly. They obtained all city permits and their work passed city inspection. While I was not at the property when this nightmare occurred, my tenants were pleased by their prompt service. Roger's was easy to deal with over the phone, giving me all the details I asked for, and processing my payment. I will definitely call Roger's Plumbing again!

The owner is very conscientious and very knowledgeable. I had a quote from another builder to replace the hot water heater. A Cut Above Plumbing?s price was less than half of the other builder?s. They used the same pipe but changed the gas regulators, so that we could get the appropriate pressure for the water heater. They were very professional and showed up when they said they would.
