Absolutely wonderful, I really appreciate the time and effort they spent with us. They were polite and professional and I will be using them to replace the hot water heater in my home.

We are i the middle of a major remodel and they had easy access to all needed water sources and drains lines. No cabinetry was in the way. I really am not sure what prompted them to think that the job was worth $4400. I have since received two estimates under $1000. They tried to tell me that since the prices were listed in a spiral bound book of theirs, they were therefore fair and legit. With something that far out of a fair ballpark price, I don't see how we can ever work with them. Sad, because the plumber was nice!

Service man was very friendly, Courteous & knowledgeable and was very helpful in resolving my problem.

Wonderful job-on time very efficient got in and out in a timely fashion. Terry did a great job. I recommend Roger's plumbing very strongly. Their club membership is a fabulous value.

Seemed somewhat expensive (maybe all plumbers are ?!?!) Would I use them again? The answer is not just a yes or no, or maybe it's both. When you NEED a plumber, you NEED a plumber !!! Nothing wrong with their work, so far..........it's just plumbers are expensive!!

Terry arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He explained about the company and his experience. He listened to the issues and sat down to discuss his findings, problem solutions and exactly what the cost would be. He had everything needed to complete the work in a timely manner. I would highly recommend. Angela answered my call, was friendly and helpful!

It's now been 2 weeks since Roger himself came out and quickly replaced the (probably 15+ year old) faucet with a good-quality metal replacement. He also offered to do a walkaround inspection with me. During the inspection, he caught a few things (some of which I knew about from the home inspector when I purchased, and some that were issues with non-code work). His non-pushy nature and professionalism decided me to have them to come back and do some of the more strenuous exterior repairs, which they did (which was, of course, a completely different job from the agreed-on faucet replacement).They did the work while I was offsite, including digging a ditch to install some valves. when I came home, the place appeared just as I'd left it except for the new additions - the ditch work was unnoticeable except for it being the only ground with no weeds. Yes, their prices are not the cheapest, but it's a fixed price so they don't have any reason to stretch out the time - they do the work, then move on. But, as far as I can tell, they also did the work correctly.

Jerry did a wonderful job as he always does. He checked several things to make sure they were ok that I did not even ask him to check. Extremely high service level.

It was an excellent experience from the time I purchased the Big Deal to the time the plumber left. The scheduler, Angela, was professional, responsive and courteous at all times. Chris, who came by to do the job, was also prompt, professional and personable. The resulting look of the faucet was better than I had expected. All around great experience!

My two outdoor water spigots were leaking and in trying to repair them, I found out that my main water shutoff valve was broken. And so, I had to look for a plumber. At first, I found one using a phone app, scheduled a time, and waited...and waited. 45 minutes later, still no one showed up, and so I called and got the excuse that he forgot to call and let me know he was going to be late, and that it would be another hour before he would arrive. Yeah..that wasn't going to happen. I canceled and the very next day called Roger's Plumbing. Angela answered and was very nice, and said she could have someone meet me up the next day, and the next day I met up with Chris. He was on time and very professional. I explained the situation, he took a look and explained to me in detail what was needed, explained the pricing and warranty, and we then set up a time to get the job done. It was hassle free! Sure enough, Chris came on the day that we set up and texted me to let me know he was getting started. I was at work, and appreciated that he informed me that he was on the job. He even texted me pictures, showing me progress along the way. I got to see the pipes and valves after he dug into it and the beautiful new pipes and valves after he finished the job. And a bonus surprise, as I found out later, was that he went ahead and even replaced the two leaky spigots with brand new ones. I had thought he was just going to fix them. This was at no extra charge. Excellent! The entire experience was excellent, and I had repairs done in a matter of days. They are now my go to plumbers for any future projects or repairs. I highly recommend Roger's Plumbing.

The fellow who did the work was here promptly when the company said he would be, and got right to work. The company bills at fixed rates for the job, not by the hour, so the repair person could afford to take the time to talk to us about a number of things related to the job. I had already dug c.a. 18 inches down to the pipe and exposed the leaking section, so we saved a couple of hundred dollars for digging, which is billed by the yard of trench. The job was completed very much to my satisfaction, and our opportunity to talk with the plumbing tech was valuable to us. I built our house, and installed all the pipes and did a lot of the original plumbing over 25 years ago, so I'm neither ignorant nor incapable when it comes to plumbing, and being able to learn what I did from a master plumber was really very useful. I'm 74, and very busy, and wasn't eager to go mucking around in mud to fix a leak in a buried pipe at this point, but still do the lion's share of my own plumbing in our relatively modest and rural homestead. My only issue with Roger's Plumbing is their pricing, which is rather rich for our lifestyle. The very slick pricing and options presentation we received seems to have been designed by a corporate marketing department. Repair prices are set by the coupling pair, the yard of trench, etc. We were offered the option of a "membership" with them which would give us a modest discount on future repairs. While I'm sure the presentation and the prices would be appropriate for folks living in a $500,000 home, they're really a bit out of our rather modest league. Had I used Roger's Plumbing to install the last hot water heater I installed here, the installation cost, based on their pricing, would have cost at least as much as the water heater! This in no way should reflect on the work and the helpfulness of the fellow who did the work here, which was first rate. I can justify what I consider a exceptionally high price for the work as the cost of the education in contemporary plumbing skills, and other tidbits of knowledge, that we gained from working with him. Did we get our money's worth? The repair and the quality of service were outstanding, but I would definitely recommend that someone who's price conscious might want to shop around a bit more than we did. In one sentence, from Roger's Plumbing you get Cadillac service at a Cadillac price.

Terry is very professional and friendly and honest about the work he is doing. It was his suggestion to replace the cartridge instead of the whole faucet unit, saving me $400.00! I bought the annual service package and then saved more than the cost of the package in the work that was done.

Terry did a wonderful job. Very dependable. On time always. I have used Rogers for 4 or 5 years now. They perform a yearly inspection that is very valuable to me.

Chris came out. He arrived on time. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained what was going on, what the options were to fix it and verified he had all parts with him. He gave us an overview of the company, their policies, prices, and warranties, obtained our permission and fixed our problem quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this company. They actually have a price list. And their technician was very friendly and professional (like putting slipper covers over his shoes before entering the house as it was raining outside.) We had another plumber out a few months ago for the same problem who griped the entire time he was here and forgot to put set screws in the handles so the porcelain knobs fell off and broke as soon as he left. He was so unpleasant we made do without fixing them for several months rather than risk another expensive surly repairman. We used the Leander Roger's Plumbing and will definitely call them again with future plumbing needs!

The provider check entire home from all the sinks, toilets and washer drain. The provider unclog one drain and made some tune ups so several toilet bowls.

They did real well. We highly recommend them. They were on time and they were very neat and clean. They cleaned up after themselves.

It was very good. They were very professional. They were very diligent in performing their job. They gave me a quote at the beginning. They texted the quote even that required an extra hour. One came out. The drain was fine. They were very straightforward, honest and reputable. They were not inexpensive but I don't know how they rate with other people.

It worked out pretty well. I spent $3000. They didn't steal any money from me so that was good, they were prompt, they were clean they did a good job and we only went through one inspection and we passed it. Everything worked out fine.

They're a great company. I've used them on our personal and rental properties. I spent $60. I have nothing but praise for their company. My interactions were fantastic and the work turned out great.

They were wonderful, I liked them very much. They were very professional and they did a great job. It was a challenging job and I would definitely recommend them. We had contacted some people to put in a concrete counter top and sink and the people who did the concrete work tried to do the plumbing for the sink themselves to do us a favor and they didn't make the holes the right size in the concrete so they were the ones who called Roger's Plumbing for us and they came out and fixed everything for us. It was a hard job because they had to actually get underneath the sink through a little hole and try to make everything fit. They're very good, very clean and they did a good job. The cost was kind of high because of the situation. They're very knowledgeable, very professional and very clean and so we liked that.

It was pretty good. I think their service is honest. I think their pricing is very fair.
