Very thorough--very satisfied with service

I would suggest that you could find some improvements for your survey. You ask questions that are inconsistent. For example, "would you hire them again?" If I didn't hire them in the first place, the question is inappropriate.

Arrived on time w/a phone notifying us that they were on there way when they arrived explained in detail everything that was going to be done. Did install & went then thoroughly how to work everything and safety issues did inspection after water was turned on to clear bubbles out of water one. It bought the diamond package which includes discounts & inspection. If I had any questions they would reply promptly with an answer.

It was just fine. We had to call them back. There were some other issues. It was a rental property and we weren't there.

Chris and Ryan were both personable and professional. Explained what they were doing, and why.

This was a big deal purchase. I was very happy with them. He was here actually quite a long time and confirmed that everything was okay.

On time, professional, pretty expensive.

Ok. I had bought an entire facet set (previously, not from Roger's) yet to change it out I was charged $400????

Roger was early but called before starting to come over. He's a great person, friendly, intelligent and is a very good plumber.

They were professional in all their contact with us - the estimate was clear and explained and the service was done in a timely manner. They were on time to the appointment and finished in about 5 hours. The installation is very professional and complete. There appearance was professional and non-confrontational in any way. I felt safe with hem here.

I am very pleased w/ the level of service I was given by Roger's Plumbing. Scheduling of service was very easy, I was given a timeframe and I was called/notified when Roger will be arriving. Roger demonstrated high level of professionalism and responsiveness. He answered my questions and explains with patience. I like the fact that he helped me understand what I don't know about plumbing. He is very skilled on what he does. . In this visit, he gave me options and straightforward cost on things I want done. So there's no surprises. I would definitely call him back for future plumbing projects/issues. Highly recommended!!

I bought their coupon $75 for $150 worth of service. Their price are skyrocketed high. All I wanted to install is install kitchen faucet. Prior to contacting him, I have spoke and got quote from several vendor. Price ranging from $80 to $150. Their price was $250. When they came here, they up-sell me about diamond yearly membership and lots of thing that we don't want. Their diamond yearly membership price are way higher then other plumber. Their price to install Toilet Seat cover is ridiculous $75 which you can do it using screwdriver. Needless to say, i have cancelled their deal and I got money back.

Courteous, articulate, and professional. I was pleased with the work that was done. Easy to schedule. Good pre-call to let me know they were on their way. Prompt/on-time.

This is an excellent service, office staff very friendly and helpful, Terry (the plumber) was brilliant. Company is awesome. I used Angies list on the first visit and he finished on schedule ...job done. Since this visit I've used them again to change a kitchen faucet. Professional, knowledgeable and such a nice guy. I"m always going to use these guys in the future and joined their 'member' plan to save money ....boom :)

Terry was very pleasant and professional. He explained everything before he started and did a very good job. I appreciated that he was able to modify my plate to make it fit and did not charge me extra. I highly recommend Roger's Plumbing and will use them again for any future plumbing repairs.

They were easy to schedule with, showed up on time, and cleaned up after themselves.

The plumber, Chris, arrived on time. However, during the operation, he discovered one of his tools had dead batteries. He quickly ran to the store for more batteries and completed his work in a shorter time than a previous plumber had taken the previous year.

I made a Saturday emergency call to Roger’s plumbing and Angela answered the phone. She was busy, but called me back in five minutes. She told me she could have Chris visit me within an hour and he showed up in 20 minutes ready to work. Chris did good work to fix my plumbing emergency, but he was also an interesting person to talk to.

Repair went well. Company worked with us on scheduling and the repair man worked to finish the repair before the end of his day.

Very good-they were early-phone ahead-all was well-finished cleaned up.

Unclogged sewer line went fine. Terry showed my what the problem was when he ran the camera through the line. Root were growing in the sewer line. Terry gave me a written proposal to fix the problem. He told me that the problem might be the city's part of the line and to give them a call. Terry was very friendly and answered all my questions. I will use them for my pluming problems.
