Description of Work: The technician who came was on time, very polite and very pleasant. However he did some work which was costlier than covered by the coupon I purchased and that has since been questioned as totally unnecessary. It certainly made no difference at all in taking care of the problem I called about.

Description of Work: On a previous service call, they had replaced an isolation valve on the water heater. At that time I agreed to let them drain and flush the heater. Two weeks later, my lawn guy pointed out that the overflow valve on the water heater had saturated the lawn on the side of the house. I discovered that the Pop off overflow valve had be set open and water had been continually running through the heater and out the overflow. We had an incredible water bill that month which led me to discovering that no matter what valves in the house were shut down the water meter was still registering flow through it. I had been very "Curt" with them after discovering that they had left a valve open and water running out for several weeks so I decided to give them another chance. When they did show up again to work on the leak, they wasted half a day and dug up quite a bit of yard because the technician had not brought a metal detector to find where the supply line came in from the street to the foundation. With the proper tool in hand, he was able to find the supply line coming in to the house, cap it off, and prove that the leak was between the meter and the house, which was then dug up, and repaired.

Description of Work: Date above is when I wrote this, as we used Roger on two different occasions -- one with the original Agnie's List Real Deal coupon and another for additional work we discussed during that first visit. We had him come out to fix our master bathroom toilet and emergency shut off valve (with coupon), and discovered that all the shut off valves in the house were about ready to go. I also had been working to keep the other two toilets working for several years now, but Roger provided such aH great work at a reasonable price, that I decided it was time to replace all of them (over 20 years old, with several repairs over the years). He even went out and found wooden seats at no extra charge and that fit our new toilets when my husband complained that he did not like the plastic ones. Overall, potential catastrophe was averted on several fronts, and Roger always was here promptly, was courteous, and exhibited the highest of professionalism. He is now on my short list to call whenever I need plumbing -- and we still have a few jobs lined up down the road that I will be using him for! You can't go wrong using Roger!
