Description of Work: Roger's Plumbing has come to our home on numerous occasions. This time, we had noticed a watermark on our ceiling, so they were checking two bathrooms to determine whether it was from our children not using their shower curtains properly or to see if there was an actual leak. The bathrooms are adjacent to each other. They were prompt and very thorough. They have done a lot of work for us in the past and have always been reasonable and professional. We will use them again for our plumbing needs.

Description of Work: They came for a different plumbing issue but I mentioned wanting a chair height toilet so Rogers plumbling got me what I wanted and did the install. | |They charge based upon the 'Straight-Forward Pricing Guide'. I gave a 'B' because I don't know if that is a good price or not. It seems reasonable but I haven't changed out a toilet before. | |Roger came out and was extremely professional and informative.

Description of Work: Replaced toilet leaking around base flange. Also replaced second toilet to match the one they replaced which we were very satisfied with.

Description of Work: I've used this vendor for over 5 years now and have spent well over $10,000 for their plumbing services over that time frame. They came to my home twice in February. The first time they came out I mentioned that the water pressure seemed a bit low and asked them to check it out. They went outside to check the pressure valve at the street and came back to tell me it was in bad shape and needed to be replaced. They gave me a detailed bid for over $1,100. After they left I went through my paperwork for them and found a receipt and warranty for the exact same service. The work had been done in 2010 and carried a 5 year warranty. (The amount I paid for the work in 2010 was under $600, so the price had almost doubled in three years). I called Roger's to request the repair that was under warranty. They sent the same plumber out to "check it out". Amazingly, he spent two minutes outside and told me the pressure valve looked OK after all and that he was able to increase the water pressure by turning the valve up a bit. I will never use this company again.

Description of Work: I called at 9:15 pm to leave a message and a very pleasant lady answered the phone from their office (phones were forwarded to her that evening). She explained that they charge a $45 fee to come out and give an estimate. Although it applies toward the repair if you use them, I am not willing to pay a business for an estimate. Giving competitive bids is a cost of doing business and most plumbers are willing to come out and give you a free estimate in order to have a shot at not only your current business but future business as well.
