+ -1 moreI enjoyed working with this company. What better company to dig under my house than a foundation repair company, that know where to and where not to dig. They worked quickly and I was able to stay in my house while the work was being done. They dug from the outside of my house and went under the foundation. They made it quick and easy for the plumber to get in and do their job, too. They are honest, and only did the work that needed to be done. I highly recommend these folks!

Description of Work: Repaired leaks in plumbing under house in 4 locations ... Just finishing up today. They are in high demand... Once they are at your house they work hard.... And are experts in the problem as opposed to another company that guess and want to charge for each incorrect guess!

Description of Work: I had a concrete construction back porch poured and put together 30 years ago, and it had sunk down about 4-5 inches. So I had them come in and excavate, put in some piers and footings, and raise it back.

+ -1 moreFirst, they gave me an estimate, an elderly man came to my house and just walked around looking at the floor. He did not measure anything, he did not crawl under the house. Then they gave me paperwork to sign and when I asked for warranty papers, they said they did not offer such papers until they were finished with the job. Then they did the supposed repairs. Within a year, the foundation was worse than ever. The house is cracking. I tried to refinance the house and the house did not pass a structural engineer's inspection because the foundation is not even up to code. Piers are too far apart. One of the "piers" that they put in was a stack of concrete tiles, rather than a pier. The piers are not secured to the beams. Basically, it was an incredibly sloppy job. They never returned my phone calls after the supposed repairs. They never even gave me a drawing or a plan detailing the supposed repairs they had made. They never got in touch with the Better Business Bureau after I reported them. Basically, they are a rip off and people should not give them their business.
Description of Work: Foundation "repair". They came and supposedly repaired my home foundation.

+ -1 moreThey replaced 35 pillars underneath my house. They are local guys, they showed up when they said they would. They did the work pretty quickly. They are very responsive. The quality is good because the pillars look fine.
Description of Work: Rite Way Foundation Repair replaced the foundation pillars in my house. I used them five or six months back.
