Description of Work: This review is more cautionary as I did not hire this company, but my observations pertaining to this company probably justify why I joined Angie's. Reviews on Google were all five-star for this company, but upon deeper inspection, these reviews were very suspect. The reviews were clustered primarily on two days. Diving a little deeper into reviewer profiles, I found that every one of the reviewers specialized exclusively in five-star ratings posted for companies across half a dozen states. Why a reviewer would review companies in WA, GA, as well here in Austin was a mystery and didn't add up. I worried that they might come from a review-padding service. Deeper digging found a "Judy's book" knock-off of "Angie's" which offered up 10 reviews. *All* of these were posted by one person who apparently did not realize that the site I.D'ed them. I'm willing to work with a company that has little presence -- these typically are the most hungry and anxious to build up a reputation -- but when a company compromises its image through padded or *faked* reviews as this one appears to have done, I *cannot* consider them for any work regardless of their pricing or promises. I have to assume dishonesty. I did not hire this company, and my concerns, as noted, are speculative. I nonetheless feel that they warrant a cautionary post.
