REED'S PEST CONTROL

Description of Work: They got rid of termites for us.

Description of Work: Reed's was scheduled to come spray the house and the yard in the late afternoon. The day of service, their technician was caught up at another job, so a representative from Reed's called (at the time the tech was supposed to arrive) and told me he'd be late. We weren't doing much around the house, and it's understandable that things take a little longer sometimes, so I was fine with that delay. (Although, had I been working around that schedule, that would have been a frustrating delay.) The technician got there about an hour late, as he said he would. Once there, he sprayed inside the house, but told me that he wasn't going to spray the yard. When asked why, he responded that he wasn't scheduled to do that, and that he would also need a different truck, regardless. That was annoying. I know that I asked for the yard to be sprayed, too, so it's frustrating that they didn't schedule that part of it. On a related note, I've used Reed's for the past several years, but I've never had the yard sprayed before, so I think this could be a situation where they just scheduled the normal service, as opposed to my new request. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that I never told them to do the yard. With that in mind, they said they'd come out again early next week and spray the yard at the combo price. (You get a slight discount if you get the indoor/outdoor combo, as opposed to just one of those.)
