Paid Charlie $900.00 (cash)to reseal our concrete patio, that he installed 2 years ago. The reseal did not work and within 2 weeks it was wearing off. Charlie said he would redo our patio for us. However, after a dozen of phone calls and texts to him, he has never responded back to fix our patio. He only responded the first time we called him, after that he never replied back to us. Also, texted him pictures of the patio, which now looks awful. Would never recommend him again. Very unprofessional for him not to redo our patio, after wearing off in 2 weeks.

Great to work with. Even came on a Sunday to seal it up before rain the next week. Charlie and his crew are 1st rate!

They did a great job fixing our driveway. They were able to cut the slab and only repair the broken half and save us money.

If Charlie said x-y-z was going to be done that day, it was done. I was impressed with how quickly he and his team worked. Charlie made sure the job was done right. Bad weather arrived sooner than expected during the project, so he returned to the job site several days later to make sure the integrity of the work was intact. His crew was on time, friendly and left the job site clean. I will gladly refer him.

Arrived late and finished late. Did not clean up properly. Do provide a 5 year warranty. Came back and repaired a corner that popped off. Overall work was good.

Charlie is a consumate professional. He got right back with us when we initially called, came out when he said he would and gave us a prompt and very fair bid. They started the work very soon after we asked them to. The retaining wall and path are gorgeous and was completed in the 3 days promised. They also did a French drain including more than we evern asked for. Charlie and Jason are very easy to work with. I wholeleartedly recommend Pro-Crete and would use them again if we need this kind of work.

He did a great job. I asked him for some estimates on other jobs, but have not received them yet. I would definitely refer them to friends.
