Prime Pool Service

There were a few issues related to the condition of the existing plumbing and placement but Jonathan took care of us. In the edn, our plumbing and all valves were replaced and everything is working well.

Mike the owner came out and was the most thorough of any estimator I have ever had for any project. e took photos, wrote descriptions, asked questions, and physically inspected everything we discussed. He spent close to 2 hours here , but his estimate was the most precise and left nothing to chance. Donny , the Foreman for my job, was great. Very Knowledgeable, and patient., as I like to stand over every ones shoulder and see the progress first hand. We did complete control panel replacement, to unclogging water lines to the pool. Pipe replacement,t heater, lights, even down to small little spray nozzles for a water feature. Minus building a new pool it was probably the most work I have ever had done to a pool. The job came out great, I would recommend them to anyone for repairs, and just for routine maintenance, as we now have them as our regular weekly pool service company as well. There are not many companies left that make a customer truly feel appreciated when you select them. Prime is one of those rare finds where everyone in the organization is on their game, and the end results is the customer has an outstanding experience.

Owner came to house to personally review and provide a quote on my specific requirements. He showed up on time and was very professional and responsive to our needs. He gave us what I believe to be a very fair quote and so far they have perfomed as promised. Pool looks great. Also, everyone I have dealt with so far have been responsive and helpul. From my experience to date, I would definately recommend this company to anyone looking for a pool or spa service.

Requested a visit to evaluate the pool and give me a bid. Showed up on time and explained their services and what was included in the monthly service fee. Gave me a firm price for monthly service and presented me with a simple contract that I agreed to after checking references. They have performed the services as contracted on the day/time that we agreed on. They have kept the pool in excellent shape during this time.

Very happy with the job, good service and very professional. After adding the chemistry kit, the pool is SO much easier to maintain. The PH and Chlorine levels are always right where they are supposed to be. The pool looks great! Highly recommend Prime. Would definitely use them again.
