It went well. We were pleased with the plans and estimates they provided under this service. They just took longer than promised to deliver the results. We will likely use them to perform the landscaping services that they designed and quoted.

They hauled in 3 truckloads of dirt, moved it into my back yard, spread the dirt to improve the grade, packed it down, sowed grass seed and covered the repaired area with netting. Then they smoothed down the area of the yard that was disturbed by the bobcat's moving the dirt and sowed seed there, too. The grass came up promptly and the dirt didn't wash away in the Halloween rains. I was very satisfied. Everybody was helpfull and professional.

He hasn't gotten back to me yet. I hear he?s very good, he?s got references, but he?s apparently very busy. He came out to look at the yard, but hasn?t gotten back to me since. He finally responded and was hired to landscape my front yard.

I called Paul and we set up a time to meet. He asked me to email him my contact and address which I did. He did not show up for the meeting. He called that night and apologized and said he hadn't written down our meeting or received my email. We set up a new time and he arrived promptly. Very nice guy. He listened to what we needed. It then took 3 weeks to get a quote from him. The quote was fair and professionally done using quickbooks. It didn't cover everything we had discussed but once I followed up, he was quick to get me a revised quote. Overall the time lag on the quote didn't give us a good impression on the quality of the company and we went with someone else.

They came when they said they would and were on time. Very friendly and were thorough in looking at the premises. Delivery of a plan was somewhat slow (4 weeeks) due to the large number of people taking advantage of the "Big Deal". Their plan included a lot more grassy areas than I desired but the plant list with description and care was fabulous. All in all it was a good experience and I would use them again.

He came to look and I didn't hear back from him. I had to email him to ask where the design was. It took him 4 weeks to give me the design and it looked like he only spent 10 minutes on the design, there was no design for the front yard. I emailed him letting him know I was disappointed in the design and asked for a new design. A week later there is still no response.

They responded quickly and were on time for our design meeting. They listened to my ideas, took measurements of the yard, and spent some time talking to me about options. A few days later I received a package with a beautiful landscape design. They understand that I want to do this in phases and will do some of it myself and encouraged me to do so. I enjoyed working with the team and look forward to building out the design they created.

They did come by to my home and gave great ideas for our landscaping. They contacted me immediately after I purchased the deal and they accommodated to my schedule. They arrived earlier than anticipated. They gathered feedback from us in terms of what we wanted and took notes/drawings on the area. They told us they would get in touch with us in a week with our designs and I have not heard from them yet.

It's turned out well so far. They were able to schedule a convenient time for everyone involved. We're just waiting for them to return the final plans at this point.

We had our yard mowed, edged, and the shrubs trimmed up. They were very fast and efficient in getting the job done. The quality of work was very good and my wife was particularly happy about the way they trimmed the shrubs. They left the yard looking neat and tidy. Next time I need some irrigation work and repairs, I am going to call them as well. They get the work done quickly and at a fair price.

The guys that mow my lawn with Paul's Lawn and Landscaping come every other Monday, and work very efficiently to get the job done quickly and looking great. I've had several compliments on my lawn, and I'm very pleased with his company. I pay $35 each time, which I think is a great price for my large yard.

We couldn't be happier with a lawn service than we are with Paul's Lawn Service. We are very particular about our lawn, as our backyard also serves as a native wildflower garden. Paul's team is able to successfully navigate our very specific instructions for mowing and trimming the lawn to be sure to preserve the wildflower areas (which do not have borders, vary in size, and are numerous). His team never misses a mow, and he is very flexible when it comes to start and end dates based upon our personal needs at the beginning and end of the mowing season, and he provides extremely competitive rates for aeration and topdressing. We have a sizeable cul-de-sac lot for a NW Austin subdivision, and his rates for mowing are about $60 per mow, and $500 for topdressing and aeration. In regards to the irrigation services, we had had several issues with our irrigation since moving into the home in 2009, to the point that we had one entire zone turned off year-round. We asked Paul what he would suggest, and he provided a free estimate service in which his employees were able to determine most of the problems with the underground irrigation lines without digging, and counted out each type sprinkler head. The estimate came to $845, and we moved forward. During the service, his crew found a couple of more issues with the underground irrigation lines, and they were fixed at NO additional cost to us. Since then, Paul has been out to fix some minor irrigation system issues as are to happen when shoving high pressured water through PVC lines and plastic molded fixtures, and each time his pricing has been very reasonable. We are extremely particular customers, not every service provider is willing to meet our demands, but Paul's Lawn Service has been great in this regard. We could not be happier with the service he provides: the value he offers for the price, quality, responsiveness, and punctuality of his service is beyond our very high expectations. We recommend Paul to anyone that is looking for lawn, irrigation, or landscaping services.

Over the last few months Paul's LLS has provided me with excellent service. They are hard workers and follow through until everything is just right. I have been using. Paul's LLS for sometime and am continually thankful for their diligence in accomplishing the desired landscaping goal.

I called Paul's in April of 2013 and Paul came out and said that it was a problem with the solenoid / valve and replaced the unit. Part of the service was to adjust / replace heads, and I pointed out 2 that I knew needed replacement. One of the ones I mentioned did not get replaced, so I called to ask him to take care of it - it was difficult to get a return call from Paul. I found a problem with another valve leaking in the front yard after the initial visit (they missed this as well), and he sent his crew back out to check it out and replace this valve/solenoid. Also, over the next 30 days after the work was done, I had severe noise in some zones during operation (very loud) and some zones occasionally did not function correctly in the area of the noise. We also experienced water line noise and vibration in the house when the system turned on that I thought might be due to air in the lines from the repair (I still don't know what this was but it has gotten better over time). I contacted Paul a few times about this problem (May 31, 2013 and others), and he finally contacted me after about six weeks on July 11, 2013 (2 of these weeks I was out of the country but still had no contact from Paul) Without even coming out, he said that it couldn't be anything they did, and that I should have contacted him before so much time had passed. At the end of July, my neighbor noticed a wet spot in the yard near the front valve / solenoid he replaced, and I asked him to come check to see if it was leaking. August 1st he came and checked it out and said it looked like my neighbors system, or a broken line somewhere in my system, and I asked him to come check it out and fix it if it was mine. No further response from Paul. I contacted him on August 11 and fired him as my sprinkler guy. He never did replace the head they missed on the initial service call.

Paul and his crew are fantastic. We previously used Expert Landscaping and while they did a good job they were highly unreliable and unprofessional. Paul, on the other hand, is very professional and punctual and his team does a fantastic job for a great price. I would highly recommend Paul's Lawn and Landcape.

Prior to having contacted Paul, I was having some difficulty finding a landscaping company having equal emphasis on the irrigation and general landscaping aspects of the job, and which was available to do the job. I found one very favorable review of Paul's Landscaping on this site from a person who had the same thing done that I was intending to do, and I'm quite glad I found it. When I needed an estimate, Paul responded more promptly than the other companies I contacted. Paul himself came to do the estimate. I had Paul make suggestions of how to improve the appearance of the yard while making it easier to maintain. I had him implement these changes, and they worked out very well. Paul's approach and knowledge is comprehensive, including but not limited to the technical aspects of irrigation installation, the aesthetic aspects of landscaping, and customer service. He excels in all these areas. This combination of skills is important to me, because the alternative would have been to have one company do the landscaping and another do the irrigation, which would require that I coordinate between two companies. I don't have the experience or expertise to do that. The entire process took four working days, and went without a hitch. They just showed up each day and did their thing. After the job was complete, Paul explained the location of sprinkler heads for each station and verified correct operation of each one, how to program the controller, and how to do routine adjustments of the sprinkler heads. I now have a great-looking yard that is also easier to maintain than before. Highly recommended.

The entire job took about them one week, including clean-up. They returned our yard with evenly placed sod, beautiful flower beds, and a smart watering system. We are more than pleased with the work they performed. All details were carefully attended to. They were very responsive to our questions and attentive to our suggestions. This company uses a professional team to get the job done correctly and without the use of foul language. We chose them because of their sincere interest to obtain our business, plus their price was about $400.00 cheaper than the other company.
