I called Cyndi to schedule regular lawn maintenance on a corner lot as well as two yard clean ups over the course of a year. The price spread out over a year is reflected in the price per month above, and they mowed my lawn the same day I called! I know lawn services are busy in the spring, so I was really impressed with the responsiveness. Since I needed irrigation too and they had just lost their specialist, they recommended Sean with Southern Landscaping, and I was also able to schedule him the same day. Fantastic customer service and work all around.

If you do not get a quote within the time frame you are given, then move on.

They are excellent. The customer service is so good and they keep the customers informed. Paul is really a good communicator and they all do an outstanding job overall. They're also very punctual and reliable.

Paul was the only contractor I spoke with who provided an estimate for exactly what I asked for. The others added more things to the job proposal. His staff was skilled and worked very fast. They cleaned up after themselves. They asked questions when something was not clear in in the plan. Yard looks great now.

I can't say enough good things about Paul and his crew. They were all very friendly and easy to work with... Answering questions for us as they came up, addressing issues quickly and professionally, and went beyond my expectations on many items. They were fast and very professional. Excellent job.

Paul's team came in and inspected, and repaired the entire sprinkler system, front and back. They did a great job, and he even gave me a brief tutorial on the automatic timer (we just purchased the home), and set it up for the initial times and zones. His team was very professional...they came in an went straight to it. I will be using Paul's Landscape for any sprinkler needs I have in the future.

They are just a good company. They do what they say they are going to do. The price was good.

Never got a chance to prove/disprove it was a good plan, because the quote was far above my target. I was not able to negotiate a deal. Even now if he comes back with a reasonable quote I am prepared to go with him.

Reset the system to coincide with watering restrictions in Round Rock. Replaced a broken pipe in the front and found a leaky pipe in the backyard where the dogs had tried to "fix" it with a hole! He replaced it and filled in the hole. Can't remember his name, but he was punctual, polite and made friends with my dogs before going in to their area. Would definitely recommend this company and use them again.

I was extremely pleased with the first visit (i.e., the tune-up). Soon after, though, a child from the neighborhood twisted one of the tall sprinkler heads and broke it. We called the office to to get this broken head fixed, and Paul (the owner of this business) showed up. Going far above and beyond the call of duty, Paul not only quickly and expertly replaced the broken head, but he didn't even charge us for it! The broken head wasn't due to any fault with his workers, but he graciously gave us the new head to make sure we were pleased with his company. Our family will definitely be relying on Paul's Lawn and Landscape business for all our future sprinkler-system needs.

The big deal service from Paul's Lawn and Landscape LLC for the sprinkler check was good. He went around. He was very prompt in pulling over here. He went through the whole system in which I have 8 zones. He gave me a report and walked around and showed me different things that I need to be aware of as far as making sure that the lawn moving people don't hit him or this and that. He was good. One thing that I asked him was that I wanted to know if he could have his boss call me because I would like some trees put in the front. We talked about that but I never got a call back. They did have a special deal but not on doing any additional work. It was pretty fast. I think I did it over a weekend and it was the next week they called me right away on a Monday. They were out that week. There were no extra charges. They thought that our system was very good and in a good shape. I think he may have even replace a sprinkler head but he didn't charge me for it.

Everything went well. I would hire them again in the future. I would recommend them to others. They took care of my problems really fast.

We contacted 6 companies to obtain quotes for doing this work and only 2 companies responded. 4 of the companies didn't even bother to return our calls. Paul's Lawn and Landscaping was one of the 2 companies that showed up to provide the quote. In fact, Paul was early for our appointment. He listened to what we wanted done and then made suggestions about how to carry out the work. The quote was not the lowest of the 2 quotes. However, you want quality work done and not just the best price. The job took two days and his workers were very meticulous about the work. The end product was excellent. We are very pleased and we would recommend his company to anyone.

They were very professional. Beautiful work but he is a little hard to get a hold of. He is supposed to come back and hasn't yet.

The tech was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I'd never had a sprinkler system before, so he showed me everything I needed to know about programming the system and maintaining it in summer and winter. He thoroughly check the entire system and said there was nothing which needed fixing or upgrading. No high pressure sales pitch! He programmed the system for watering in my area and even knew all about the watering restrictions in my community. I was very impressed with this company.

After our total- loss house fire; Paul's Landscaping was a breath of fresh air to work with! His vision of our backyard has provided an Oasis for our boys and us to come home to and create memories once again! His genuine sweet mannered business approach made us trust him from the very start. His employees were always on time and got the job done each day with Paul checking in with us to make sure our expectations were exceeded! Even when we had questions about setting the sprinkler system he was prompt to return our calls and eager to come and explain the system features. His prices are always fair and the quality of work continues to impress us. We continuously receive compliments on all the rock work in and around our home and throughout our landscaping! Paul was responsive to my ideas and offered good solutions to the challenges. Easy to work with and anxious to please. He was quick to respond to all communications. Very dependable, knowledgeable and experienced! I'm looking forward to an ongoing service relationship.

Paul and his designer showed up on time, walked through the existing landscape, listened to all of our specific requirements and a week later supplied us with a professionally created landscape plan that addressed those needs. We now have detailed list of the materials (hardscape and plantings), their locations and their cost along with the labor cost estimates associated with the project.

We were thrilled with the landscape plans provided by Paul and his team. So much so that we went ahead with Phase 1 which included the front yard limestone flowerbed and electrical box planting as well as planting 3 large trees in the back yard. The limestone that he used matches the stone on our home perfectly and ties the entire front of the house together. The planting at the electrical box softens the corner of the property and in time will duly cover the box with a nice grass and bushy pattern. We were so impressed with Paul and his crew that we expanded the original plans and are getting ready to start Phase 2 for the backyard which will include a pond, a patio extension and more flower beds. Paul hires the experts to do the work while he front lines all of the details. The end result is a team that produces professional results that WOW the customer! We will post an update when Phase 2 is complete.

Paul's response was very slow. He initially committed to a 4-6 week turn time after visiting at our house. This extended another month. Several of my phone calls and emails went unanswered as I tried to get an update on when he would be sending the work. I was very disappointed that we could not get the estimate and the work completed before Thanksgiving. The plans are very detailed and he listened to what I was wanting to do.

Although the owner was very nice, I would not hire his company due to this issue.
